well, it’s just… perfect for doing push ups. The media could not be loaded.  I purchased this back in 2015 but I didn’t really use it until last year, which is when I began to appreciate this.Last year, I enrolled in a fitness kickboxing class for 2 months in order to force myself to get out of the house and do some cardio exercises, and it worked. Great Design. These are well designed, work perfectly and seem to be of excellent quality. They are especially helpful for people like myself who have difficulty placing their hands flat on the floor but need to practice pop-ups for surfing.

Best push ups I’ve done in my life. I purchased these because I have arthritis in my left hand and wrist. I thought doing push-ups was over for me until I purchased these. It’s been a game changer! I’m so grateful I’m able to do push-ups again.

Had a set from years ago. They worj perfectly and are even more comfort on my hands than my original pair. Smooth and quiet. Great chest and arms workout and very versatile with all of the angles, grips and spacing you can use.

Very smooth, large grips. After breaking both wrists in a motorcycle accident, I can no longer do traditional pushups. These things are way better than on my knuckles. Smooth bearings, and large grips that are supportive but have a slight give. Should hold up pretty well, being simple and well-constructed.

Much Better Than Expected – Commercial Grade. These push up handles are extremely well-made and would hold up to daily use in any gym environment. The bearing is substantial and smooth. The handles are very comfortable and don’t slip at all, giving a lot of confidence while doing push-ups. These are large, the base that sits on the ground is 7 inches in diameter. The base is rubbery and works equally well on hardwood and carpet, with no slipping. The rotation is so smooth you hardly notice they’re adjusting to your wrist angle while doing push-ups. And, if you want to work out other muscles, you can rotate one or both of them on the fly to get just the right stretch. I usually don’t do push-ups because of the strain to my wrists, but these handles remove that completely. You don’t feel any strain to your hands or wrists, only your arms, pecs and back muscles – as you should. Buy these with complete confidence, you won’t be disappointed.

Super high quality product – worth the extra money. Let’s be real – this is way more expensive than the other options here but I assumed at first it was just because this was the OG product and you were paying for the branding. I gave it a shot thinking I could just return them and exchange for a cheaper version, however, the quality of these handles is off the charts.Firstly, the grips: most of the grips on these products are either hard plastic, solid wood, or possibly foam covers. All of those are uncomfortable long term. The grips on the Perfect Pushup, however, are some sort of gel rubber that twists around the solid handles. It makes these extremely comfortable on the hands and wrists. I can do pushups and then hold plank and my palms / grips never hurt – my arms give out way before my hands do and that’s super rare. I’ve owned multiple pushup grips in the past and my hands always ached afterwards. This is a huge plus.Rotation: I was not specifically looking for rotation but wow I’m glad I got it. The bearings make the smoothest rotation and it allows your arms to adjust to the proper spot for each of your shoulders. I didn’t realize how much of a different this makes but I can do more sets and reps thanks to the rotation. I don’t know if it’s also adding small muscle strengthening but the live adjustment alone is a huge benefit for me.Placement: The rubber on the bottom of these (they’re huge btw) is well designed and hold great on hard floor and carpet or mats. They don’t move once you have weight on them; no sliding or any concern at all.Overall these are supremely designed and well worth the extra cost. I’ve had mine for a few months and I use them everyday; no signs of any wear yet so I’m hoping I’ll have these for many years in the future.
