This is a blast. I heavily rely on Amazon reviews when making purchases, so I felt compelled to share my honest thoughts after trying this product. Even though it may seem silly and dumb, I have to admit it’s incredibly fun (and unintentionally rhyming). It took me about five minutes to get into the rhythm of using it. I found myself favoring one side of my body initially, so I had to find my groove to balance it out. But once I did, it was an absolute blast. I started with the first 10 minutes, thinking it would feel like a long 30 minutes, but before I knew it, I was jamming out to music, swinging my hips, and having a great time for a full 45 minutes. I did have to put my dog in another room because he thought I was trying to play fetch with my hips think. Also, I highly recommend using a waist sweatband to enhance the results. Overall, I give it a thumbs up. I’m challenging myself to use it for 30 days and see if I can drop one link. I’ll definitely follow up on my progress.P.S. it definitely stirs your tummy, so you just get ready for that potty.
Makes Cardio Suck Less. In the interest of full transparency: I am on a weightloss journey and going to the gym every other day which I have no doubt plays a role alongside the hoop in my review.I got this hoop 1 week ago and have been hooping for 30 minutes on my off days from the gym. Before the hoop I had lost pounds at the gym but hadn’t lost inches yet. After 1 week of hooping I’ve already had to remove 1 link. I re-did my measurements and sure enough, I’ve lost 2” since adding 30 minutes of hooping into my routine.I surprisingly had no trouble at all getting the hang of using the hoop. For me, it’s not the motion you do when using an actual hula hoop, it’s more of a shifting of your weight back and forth on the balls of your feet. You can also do kind of a jogging in place movement but only pick your heels up. I wear my Apple Watch while hooping and my heart rate stays between 150-160 BPM while doing it. You also work up a hell of a sweat.I’m really pleased with the hoop and will continue to use it on my weightloss journey. If you’re on the fence about spending the money on it, I say go for it. It’s effective, a good workout, and actually kind of fun as far as exercising goes.
Decent. This is the second exercise hoop I bought and is definitely better than the first cheaper one that I returned. I only tried it out for a few minutes, but I was successfully able to keep it going for a minute until I started knocking everything off my table. That being said, make sure to use this where you have lots of room! It was getting stuck sometimes when it would go around my back. But, I may just need to practice more to get my groove to make it go more smoothly. Though I wish it was quieter because I think that’s going to prevent me from using it early in the morning or late at night when everyone else is in bed.
Best one yet. I bought the original infinity hoop the one all over tik tok and so on but the weight always got stuck in the track was noisy and super expensive. I tried another off brand one not much better. This one is the best! No noise doesn’t get stuck easy to put together and easy to use. I’m in love with this hoop!!
Good. The product is good and easy to use, it is loud but headphones will help.
Easy to use, even for me. I’m notoriously uncoordinated. I’ve never hula hooped and I can’t even jump rope. Anything with rythym required cripples me. However, I put this on the moment it arrived, and to my delight, I had it going on the first try. I opted to shorten the string after about 10 minutes and it makes it feel a bit less unwieldy. It does have a noise, but that didn’t bother me, it isn’t too loud. It feels really nice on my midsection, like a gentle pressure that moves with the ball. I did 30 minutes on the first day and I was a little sweaty and sore in the midsection and thighs. I look forward to continuing to use it!
Just getting started. I was wanting something that was pretty low impact, easy to use, and easy to travel with. I don’t have any real high hopes that this is going to make huge differences in my body, but it is getting me moving more. I have used it 2 days in a row for 30 minutes at a time and I can honestly say I’m feeling it! Especially in my thighs, bottom, and a bit in the abdominals!
Fun way to work out. I just got this yesterday. Happy to find an affordable version. It came with extra pieces. Watch a video by hoopsmiles on YouTube to learn how to use it properly. I’m trying for 30 mins a day which I’ve already done for 2 days. I mark it on my fitness pal under Wii Super hula. It is a little noisy but I can still easily hear the TV. My husband tried it out and much to my chagrin, got it immediately with help. We will be hooping together. Give it a try!
High quality. Best value. I didn’t want to spend too much for the “original”. I bought a knock off one before but that one didn’t have the easy on/off latch or the inner spring knobs. This product is very sturdy and much cheaper. The easy on/off latch on the links is a great idea!
Satisfied. Very nice quality, not loud when using, very comfortable when wearing, love how well it works. I am completely impressed with this product. True to its color. I’m already down 2 links.. highly recommend.
Makes working out fun. I bought this to use for some fun workouts while working from home. This is so easy to use and you don’t even really your working out. Nice quality and love how it’s adjustable
The Mint Green and Pink options are not as nice – they’re missing the easy release tabs. I purchased the Mint Green one and a Blue one. The Mint Green one does not have the the black tabs which makes it easy to open and close so that you can put it on and take it off easily. It’s soooo much nicer to use with those tabs! As I look closer at the pictures, I think the Pink option has the same problem. If you choose the Blue or Purple option you’ll get a much better product. Besides that, it is fun and easy to use and works well. I’m glad I bought them (I returned the mint green, and bought another blue)
Great product. Easy to put together and to adjust. It is noisy but not extremely loud. The workout gets the job done once you get the hang of it.
Great so far. This arrived quickly, new in the box – some things frame amazon dont. I’ve had this for 2 weeks, using it mostly every other day, sometimes 2 days in a row depending on how I feel. The first thing I noticed after how much fun this is was my back feeling stronger. If that is all I ever get from this gadget it’s worth the $$ I spent. By now my core & legs are feeling stronger, my hips looser, more energy daily. I’ve removed 2 links. I check it over every time I use it, still sturdy & holding up. I love using this! I purchased the blue color, it has 2 small clips that make it easy to get on & off. One of the reviews I read said some other colors didn’t have that.
Great exercise/ cheaply made. I absolutely love my infinity belt exercise is fun and 30 mins went pretty fast. It gives you a little massage around your waist when exercising. The problem is its cheaply made. One of the links came broken and one is on the verge of breaking after one thirty minute workout. It’s the pegs that connect each piece they are very cheap plastic. I understand this was a less expensive infinity hoop, but I really did not expect it to break its first time in use or come broken. I have extra links and will use it until it no longer snaps around my ways due to lack of links. For me this was really just a test to see if I liked it before I Invest in a more expensive hope.
