For the price, this phone is insane. Tons of RAM, a great processor and it runs like a dream.Everything runs fluidly, there’s no lag or jittering, and I have no complaints, one of the best ratios of value for money you could get spec wise.The only thing that isn’t as good as expected is the camera, I personally don’t care at all, but if you do, its performance is somewhat below what you’d expect of the stats.

All the features are there, and largely, the phone functions well. The focus on the camera is a little slow, but more than acceptable. For the price, this should get 5 stars.However, there are two big issues:1. The phone crashes and resets constantly. At least twice a day, four times this morning. No idea why, it can just be sitting there, locked, nothing going on, and it crashes.2. Incoming call screen takes 30 seconds to appear and give you the ability to answer the call. The phone will be ringing audibly, but you have no way to answer the call. Often by the time the screen appears, the call has ended. This is the fundamental function a phone performs and this phone does not perform it well or at all.If these problems are fixed the phone is a great 5 star, cost-effective phone.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER, CENTURY SALESI bought a OnePlus CE 5G smartphone from this seller, Century Sales, in good faith for £254. My first smartphone so I took a while to learn how to use it and didn’t use the video at first. The video recording was faulty, an intermittent fault where no picture was recorded. This happened many times (I still have most of the blacked-out mp4 files). The sound still recorded.I contacted OnePlus support in the hope that they would be able to solve this. I jumped through their various hoops (including a very badly and inaccurately described procedure to reset the phone to factory settings) but nothing removed the fault. OnePlus told me I must contact Century Sales for a refund or replacement.So I did. Century Sales refused to send me a replacement until I returned the faulty item – at my own expense. They say they will refund the £8.95 postage but they haven’t done so yet. I have some health problems which are potentially life threatening and I need to have a phone at all times (as I told Century Sales, it is unlikely that my life would actually be threatened, but it was and remains possible). I told them this but they ignored me. They then said that there was no fault. There IS a fault and I have plenty of evidence (or even perhaps proof) of this. I had previously attempted to upload an example mp4 where the fault occurred but they wouldn’t allow me to do so. They also ignored me when I pointed out that they were refusing to even consider this evidence/proof of the fault. I pointed out to them that this is an INTERMITTENT fault so may not have arisen when they “tested”it. They ignored this.They refused to replace the defective item, offering me a second hand replacement, which I obviously refused. They became quite nasty at the end and informed me, with some malice as it seems to me, that they have reset the phone to factory settings, and made a partial refund. I didn’t actually ask for a refund, I wanted what I had PAID for – a brand new, fault-free phone.I later received an email from Amazon informing me that Century Sales had refunded £190 to me. The phone cost £254! Century Sales have stolen £64 from me, 25% of the purchase price! I still can’t quite believe this. This is THEFT pure and simple. They have no right to do this. I am £64 down, plus the £14 I paid for a leather case for the phone. I have contacted Amazon about this and hope they can help to recover the stolen £64.In the meantime I urge any potential customers of Century Sales to consider this. We always run the risk of receiving a faulty item when we buy something, it’s part of life. What we all hope for is if we are that unlucky that the manufacturer or seller will do the correct thing and replace the defective item with a brand new fault-free replacement, and in many cases, in my experience, this is exactly what happens. But not with Century Sales. If you buy something from them and it is faulty, they will NOT do the correct thing. They will refuse to replace it with a brand new fault-free item, and they will steal 25% of any refund. You have been warned.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.

256GB, dual SIM, 5g, 3.5mm socket. This is one of the very few phones I could find with these features at a great budget price. Not as fast as a premium phone but I don’t use it for gaming and I don’t notice any lag with day to day use.
