Does not seem to work with AT&T in the USA. Updated review:Swapped my provider to T-Mobile in the US and the phone is now working just fine. I had so much trouble with getting support/assistance from AT&T it wasn’t worth the hassle. The provider are up-front in pointing out that this won’t work with Sprint and Verizon, though I have no idea why, but maybe review AT&T also.Original review:Bit of a warning – although this phone is sold in USD is available on the US Amazon store, I could not get my AT&T SIM card to work, yet.Will persevere with it and AT&T support, but not confident
Este móvil es muy bueno. Funciona sin problema en Costa Rica. This mobile complies with the technical specifications detailed in the product information. This works very well and without any problem in Costa Rica. However, you should be careful when stating that this is an ‘international’ model as it comes with a included G-type charger which only works in the UK. This type of charger does not work in the United States and this charger does not work in Latin America either… I had to buy an additional adapter that was not budgeted for. It bothers me that this condition is not clearly indicated in the product detail so that the customer can make a truly informed purchase.
Will Absolutely Get this again. Not only is this phone affordable but, it out shines the apple and Samsung phones (imo). The battery charges so fast and lasts over 24 hours with pretty heavy use, which doesn’t matter because it charges completely in under an hour.The camera rivals those of the more expensive brands. It takes clear and beautiful pictures with no knowledge of photography needed.I love the dual SIM cards because I can have my business number and personal number on the same phone. It is so easy to use before you text you choose the SIM card to use same as making a call.All other features are more than amazing. I highly recommend this phone to everyone who uses a phone for any reason.
Great phone, good service by Amazon. I ordered this phone first by Cell2Get and they sent me the wrong phone (they did reimburse me when I complained). Then I ordered from Amazon and received the right phone within a few days. It was about $120 more expensive, but I think it is worth it. I also appreciate the return and complaint policy, though I did not need it since the phone works very well.
These are the Chinese variants – warranty not honoured and Seller doesn’t respond. While I love this phone and we bought 3 of them, one of them is having BATTERY ISSUES WITHIN THE FIRST MONTH of purchase.As it is a Chinese variant, the warranty isn’t covering it and there are no OnePlus service centres where I live where I can even get them to check it out.Tried contacting the seller and they never responded.It is a pity as the phone is otherwise great, but definitely hit and miss as you don’t know if you’re going to get one with a faulty battery.The issue I’m having is that with even light usage the battery dies quickly. Sometimes even if I have no apps open, the battery just starts to run down. We tried comparing two of the phones settings and even opened apps at the same time etc on both phones and my battery life drops significantly faster than the other one. I plug it in and it almost immediately says battery is full then about 10 minutes later it shuts off again while still saying battery is full.Googling it, I see a lot of people are having this battery issue.Buy a different phone.
