Very Satisfied. I’ll start my review by saying, you can get this for half the price at Wal-Mart, which I found out shortly after buying. I’ve been using this product for about a month or so and since they are small bottles and I have long, thick hair, I have bought more just to use it longer and see if I notice results. I’m halfway through my second bottles and I am pleased with the product. I feel like I get less split ends since using this shampoo and conditioner, and my hair doesn’t get greasy as quickly and I can go longer between washes. I go to the gym nearly every day and live in Florida so needless to say I sweat a lot but it’s not good to wash your hair every day yet you also don’t want to look grungy and gross. It leaves my hair feeling soft and clean yet not the best for volume I’d say. I have naturally curly hair and I feel like it has been lacking in volume and nice looking curls since using this shampoo and conditioner. But it’s not a big deal compared to how healthy it has made my hair feel. It is also sulfate free which means if you color your hair, your hair color won’t fade as fast. The conditioner may feel like it’s not really lathering and you need way more but trust me you don’t. It’s just how it is. My hair is so much easier to brush through when using it. The smell of the shampoo and conditioner is light yet nice. Kind of like lavender. Definitely not overpowering. Combining this shampoo and conditioner with a biotin supplement if you are trying to prevent hair loss and growth works a TON. My hair felt so much thicker. I recently stopped taking biotin and noticed hair loss again but combining the two will give you optimal results if that is your goal. I’m definitely going to be a regular user of this product.
Impressed. Was sceptical at first but after continually use this product does as stated. It really does help make your hair thicker. I only wash my hair once a week but rinse it with water daily to remove any product I might have used for the day. After two months I can say I am very impressed. I will staying with this product. Highly recommend this one for sure!
Great shampoo, small price. This product the shampoo and conditioner are amazing and I can’t believe the third this cheap. Very very healthy feeling hair after one wash. I will be purchasing again.

Unbelievable difference. I’ve had fine thin hair my entire life and once I hit 55 it just got so much thinner. I never blow dry or curl it, not that you can tell by how it looks! The money I’ve spent on products over the years is astronomical & nothing worked until now. In the past I tried thickening shampoos & they always made my hair feel weighed down and greasy so I stopped trying them, then I saw the reviews for Thick & Full and figured why not and I’m so glad I did:) my hair looks like it did 30 years ago and it looks thicker which is crazy plus it smells really good:) My hair has always been really soft & shiny so I really don’t know if this shampoo made it feel better but it sure does look & feel great so I’m going to say it more than likely does make your hair silky smooth and shiny too!I highly suggest using this product if you’re hair is thin or fine it really is amazing:)
The Best. The best shampoo & conditioner for my hair. No more a bunch of hair at the shower drain like before. The result was almost instantly. My hair seems thicker & smoother. It smells good, too. The only complaint is the shape of the bottle. It cannot stand upside down to get the last drops.
Smells Like Pink Sugar. I’ve only used this once, since I got it. Sadly, the shampoo leaked & Amazon wants me to return a MESS of a bottle to get any type of refund or replacement, so that’s annoying, but no reflection on the product itself (just Amazon’s rapidly declining customer service).Anyway-when I bought it, it was on a whim here on Amazon, so I was concerned about the scent, since so many hair products smell perfumery or floral (and I do not like that AT ALL). I never see many reviews about the ACTUAL scent of a product, other than “it smells good”, which is an opinion & doesn’t help.Here is a fact: this stuff smells exactly like Aquolina’s Pink Sugar. If you’re not familiar with the perfume or product line, it’s often described as an “adult cotton candy” scent. I, personally, love it. This is an exact dupe, in shampoo/conditioner form.As far as the performance of the biotin/collagen aspect, I’m not sure yet. I’ve only used it once, so far. It did make my hair a bit shinier, but since I have some damage from bleach, it didn’t do much for the frizz/damage/dryness caused by that, BUT-that’s not what this line is intended for, anyhow. With biotin & collagen, there’s no way to properly review that aspect, until you’ve used it for at least a month or 2. Until then, I love the scent & the bit of shine it provided.
Perfect for oily scalp and hair fall. My hair has never felt better. I am a person who is very selective about Shampoos and conditioners. I have used this brand before but the white bottles one and after using that my hair felt greasier. So, I stopped using it. But one of my friends recommended this purple Biotin and Collagen one. I have hair fall issues, and any product takes time to set on my hair. But right after using 3rd day of it, my hair fall has gotten better. My hair is less frizzy and oily. Also, my scalp does not get too oily. One of the best things about this shampoo and conditioner is it does not contain Salfer which is bad for any types of hair. Also, it added volume to my hair. I really like this product. Pricing is very much valid than any other products I have used so far. It has been almost a month I have been using this, it’s worth the price. Lastly, I love how a very little amount is enough for my hair.Pros: Nice smell, perfect for oily scalp, valid price, reduce hair fall, no more fizziness.Cons: Dry scalp people should not use it as it can make your scalp a bit drier.
My Hair Is So Soft and Full. I’ve always had really thick hair but as I’ve gotten older, it is thinning so I thought I’d try a “volumizing” shampoo/conditioner. This product did exactly what I wanted and more. My hair is so soft (and I color it) and it’s so much fuller. The lady behind me in the checkout lane commented on how cute my hair was. I already purchased a second set!
Great shampoo & conditioner. Very poor bottle design. OK…From the start, I am older than dirt. I love this shampoo & conditioner….helps my aging locks soft and shining. The bottle design is horrible! The cap is rounded so you cannot store it upside down. The shampoo is easy to squeeze out. The conditioner? Not at all. It’s a great conditioner, but getting it out of the bottle is nearly impossible! I have to use both my hands to squeeze a bit on the ledge of my shower and then scoop it into my hand. I would love to keep the conditioner UPSIDE DOWN on the ledge, but those rounded tops prevent that. Please change the tops on this sized bottles.I do love these products…..I even bought HUGE bottles of them…..those have pumps. I’ll never buy these rounded top bottles again. The product is excellent though!
Good for Sulfate Allergy, Hair Thick and Clean. I am liking this so far. It’s hard to find stuff that doesn’t make me itch after washing. This one is as promised, no sulfates and no itching, finally something that works good, smells clean and no itchy skin afterwards. My hair looks nice. I will say it is not heavy or sticky or gross on your hair. One bonus is it is much easier to hold these bottles than others. I am not sure why but they never slip out of my hands.
AFTER YEARS—-OGX STILL SELLS HAIR PRODUCTS IN ARMOR HARD BOTTLES. I’ve used this product off and on, both the conditioner and the shampoo volume style for many years. I hate their armor hard bottles. They’re extremely difficult to get the product out and you never are able to get all of the product out unless you take a chainsaw to it. The least they could do is put a little clear panel on the side so you can see what’s remaining in the bottle. It’s a good hair product but they’re packaging Sucks a big one.Also, my order arrived today for my OGX conditioner and shampoo, the biotin and collagen variety. It was intact. It arrived fine but the box was dented and literally literally whoever packed my product put a piece of brown paper in it, that fit in the palm of my hand. That’s all that was in the box to protect the product. Highly recommend product . Horrible packaging all the way around!PS (I would buy this product more often if it wasn’t so hard to use).
Smells so good. I really feel like this product has made my hair thicker and grow faster. I take biotin too so maybe that’s it but even if I didn’t notice any difference in my hair I would use this product for the smell alone!! It smells clean with a bit of flowery scent. And it stays smelling good for a few days! Even after working out and sweating and not washing my hair for a couple of days I can still smell it! Buy this for the smell alone. 👍🏽

Super soft and bouncy ❤️. I’m hard to impress and I never leave reviews. I’ve been using Paul Mitchell awapuhi lately, amika, Moroccan oil, and ouai. None of those make my hair feel as good as this. I bought this on a whim because it was on sale. I am so happy I did. I’m always looking for my perfect feel and this is it. I have fine hair but a lot of it and it gets weighed down easily. This made my hair light, fluffy, and so soft. I also noticed it cut down my blow dry time quite a bit. I rarely repurchase shampoos and conditioners but I definitely will be doing so. LOVE IT 🙂
Definitely try it…noticeable difference. Honestly, I didn’t think it would work, but I like the OGX line so figured i would try it. And I think it’s actually working! I def notice fewer hairs in the shower, and u use a wide tooth brush to completely condition, and there is WAY less hair in the brush and drain. So I don’t know how/why it works, but with no change to my diet or routine (was already taking Biotin supplements for weeks with no remarkable change), there is much less hair falling out than before the switch. Also smells great but not overpowering. Conditioner is rich and thick like a mask but not heavy at all. No problems with oily, weighted down or “sticky” hair after I dry it either.

It is the best shampoo for growing hair back. This shampoo 🧴 works wonders on my hair and I would recommend it to everyone who has hair issues and needs it to grow back. It will take some time but I already see my hair is growing back like 👍🏻 it was before I started using it. It helps to massage your scalp to make it grow back faster than if you don’t massage your scalp and hair. 💗🙏🏻♾️
Wonderful Biotin Shampoo and Conditioner. I found this shampoo and conditioner to be excellent. The shampoo makes a thick luxurious lather and has a clean delightful fragrance. The conditioner is also excellent. A small amount is all that is necessary as it is very thick.My hair was left clean and shiny and had much more volume than usual. It is too early to tell if it helps with my hair thinning, I will repost in a few months.I am very picky with my hair products. I was pleasantly surprised with this Biotin Shampoo and Conditioner. Try it!
I love it. I wasn’t real fond of the scent at first. However, blow drying my hair typically diminishes the shampoo scent from my hair. The day after using this shampoo, I caught a waft of a nice scent. As it turned out, it was my hair from this shampoo. If you like your hair to smell nice, you’ll like the shampoo. While I can’t say that my hair feels or looks any thicker, I can say that my long hair looks shiny and healthy. It may be that it helps with hair growth over time. Regardless, I am very happy with this purchase and will order again.

BEST product for textured thin/fine hair. Where has this been all my life omg. I used this ONCE and already I can see the change in my hair. If you have very thin/fine textured hair this is the perfect product for you. The biotin in it makes the strands stronger and since it’s volumizing it doesn’t weigh it down near the roots. Literally for the first time in my life I detangled my hair without pulling a bunch of it out (no matter how soft/careful i was) which is what I’ve been aiming for! I have such low density hair and detangling has been a nightmare for me because my strands are so fragile and get pulled out easily. This shampoo/conditioner gave me so much hope in my journey of hair repair. I also bought their bond repair serum and heat protectant to help control my frizz and seal in more moisture. Definitely will be looking into their leave in conditioner and mousse because this set brought so much life back into my hair!

My hair feel soft. I’ve been using this shampoo and conditioner set and honestly… I love how soft it makes my hair feel. It’s super smooth and shiny! As for hair growth, I didn’t see a huge difference, but overall it’s been a really nice upgrade for my routine.
