Easy, clean and quick. I have the 7.25 quart Nuwave Brio and I’m a carnivore. Using this air fryer is so much easier than using a stove-top grill, conventional oven or skillet. With experimentation, I found that I don’t have to use the ‘Sear’ function to get a delicious seared outside on my steaks. The probe (go by the instructions in the booklet) allows the fryer to cook to perfection. And yes, a probe is supposed to come with the fryer. Make sure to search the box before throwing it out. To answer some of the questions that I read prior to purchasing: 1) the 7.25 qt cooks a whole chicken and there’s a probe temperature guide for a whole chicken in the booklet. 2) It can start to cook at a later time for the hour that you program it. 3) Silicone bottom covering is better than parchment because you can preheat with silicone but not with parchment, as the parchment during preheat can fly up to the heating elements and catch fire. Even though people say it’s safe to use parchment in an air fryer, there’s a fire hazard with that that I would rather not have to worry about. 4) someone said that popcorn can be popped in an air fryer. I wouldn’t do it, because the kernels can shoot through the heating elements and also scratch the non-stick coating of the pan. 5) make sure the drawer (pan) is closed completely so that it is perfectly flush with the fryer unit. It takes a firm push. Otherwise it won’t start to cook. 6) to stop the beeping sound when using the console, after turning on the ‘power’ button, press ‘sear’ and ‘stage’ buttons simultaneously. That has to be done each time the fryer is turned on.

Satisfied customer. I’ve not actually used this. I bought this for a friend as a housewarming gift. I selected it after searching for air fryers and sorting by most popular. The next time I saw my friend he made a big deal about how much his family loved this thing. The food was the best air fryer food he’d ever had. A guest apparently ate some and went out and bought one for themselves! I saw him again recently and the air fryer was the first thing he mentioned.
Glad we purchased yet another one. Great settings! Great cook! Still not that great to get the oily off the too 🙁 Great purchase!
Excellent Appliance. I am an experienced air fryer user, and this is my 3rd purchase. I enjoy cooking and use an air fryer at least 4 times per week. I read many reviews before choosing the NuWave, and I am extremely well pleased after using it one time. I do not like the small round interiors of the Ninja products, having always had a rectangular basket. That factored into my selection of the NuWave. I also chose a basket that DOES NOT have the push button feature to insert/remove the basket from the heating unit because on my previous 2 appliances, the latch broke. Once the latch doesn’t work, the air fryer is useless. So the NuWave was my choice – roomy rectangular basket with no latch. The NuWave basket is designed to slide in and out without a latch. Love it! The instructions were easy to understand, and the product manual and cookbook was included in the packaging. I love the subdued sound of the buttons and the air fryer is much more quiet than my previous 2 appliances. I cooked 2 beautiful chicken breasts in the bottom and placed 2 baked potatoes on the rack on top. Once the chicken was cooked, I finished up the potatoes and added a salad for a delicious dinner in a little over 30 minutes. I signed up for the warranty and at this point, I highly recommend this product. The odd shape doesn’t bother me because it is stored in my pantry between uses.
Great Air Fryer. I had a smaller air fryer which quite working. I decided to go bigger and I love this Nuwave Brio! It has so many features and does such a great job of cooking. I am totally satisfied with the Nuwave!
Now Your Cookin’. Makes great fries and great chicken among other things. I had never used an air fryer before – nor eaten food from one. My son said food from it is really good and I took a chance on it and am glad that I did.
Nice air fryer. Only reason this did not get five stars as the first air fryer that arrived did not work. The air fryer got hot but then turned off within 30 seconds. I called Nuwave customer service and within minutes they had a new fryer on its way to me. New unit works great, heats up food quickly and it very quiet. Great customer service at Nuwave!
Great customer service. It worked great first few weeks, then it started powering off in the middle of cooking & wouldn’t come back on. This was happening several times while cooking my food which took longer to cook.I called Nuwave Customer support & within a week , I had a replacement & it is working great without any issues at all. Their customer service is outstanding & they’re still one of the few companies that stand by their products and satisfy their customers. I will continue to buy Nuwave.This model is easy to use, cooks quickly, food is so crispy and clean-up is easy.
