So far so good. My doctor recommended that I take Vitamin D3 because my bloodwork showed that my vitamin D was low. I’ll see in November what my bloodwork shows.

What the science indicates. With supplements it is always difficult to know if they are working or not. It’s not like taking an antibiotic and knowing the infection has subsided. What I do know, is that it doesn’t cause any digestive problems, that it is recommended to take vitamin D with vitamin K to prevent calcium from being deposited in the arteries.

Value and quality. It is is particularly important to take vitamin D with K2 to prevent calcification. This product provides a perfect ratio of vitamin D and k.Next, finding a tablet that is specifically D3, not D2 is important. This ticks that box too.The tablets are easy to swallow and I feel they work just as well as more expensive brands.Will definitely buy again.
K2 is important too. Many have probably been told over the years by a doctor, you are low in vitamin D. I always just bought D3, until reading how K2 helps D3 absorb better and vive versa those helping the D3 aid better with calcium absorption, helping direct it more to your bones & teeth. Together thesr two help your heart, blood circulation, and your bones. Plus it can have the added benefit of helping your immune system and even your mood.NOW vitamins are my go to as they are good vitamins at a reasonable price.

Great brand. I just started using this a couple of weeks ago and I honestly don’t know if it’s helping me yet . I Have osteoporosis and I am taking calcium supplements so I was told taking this will bring the calcium to my bones where it belongs. I haven’t had any side effects from taking it.

Great supplement. I love this supplement and continue to use it for my maturing 41yr old skin. I’m losing weight and was hoping it would keep my skin and hair nice through the process. No complaints yet. I think it seems to help with that and joint pain as well. It’s a little pricey but I feel it’s worth it for high quality collagen type 2.
