Thought I was getting capsules. Tablets aren’t my favorite to take. I thought these were capsules when I ordered. Still, a good quality product. 500 mg of C doesn’t seem to affect my digestive system the way 1,000 mg does. I like that it has rose hips, and the price is unbeatable for the quality. I’ve been a big fan of this brand for over a decade.

Works well as a Vitamin C supplement. My doctor suggested taking 2 500mg caplets of Vitamin C a day to assist with iron absorption. These caplets seem to work very well in that regard.

The smooth coating and manageable size make taking them a breeze, unlike other supplements I’ve tried in the past. They are not bitter but have a coating.
