I assume this works. I have no idea if this stuff works.I suppose it would take a Theranos analysis and laboratory tests to know.But I go on the theory that it is not hurting me.
Seems to be a good vitamin B supplement. These vitamin B capsules seem to contain a satisfactory amount of vitamin B
Great B complex. While it is a large size, since it is a capsule it slides down easy. Also no taste and better to digest since in capsule, not a hard pill.
Very pleased. This vitamin B-Complex is helping with my overall health. I have more energy, helps with digestive issues and much more.
Its a capsule. That’s not necessarily bad, it’s just that this is the second supplement I purchased from Amazon recently that was capsule instead of the usual tablet form. I have purchased other brands of these hundreds of times and they’ve always been oblong tablets. I’m 61 and have bought them since I was a teenager so it’s a surprise to suddenly get a different form. Also, in particular the B’s, I sometimes like to brake one in half because a B100 is a strong dose if you’re not working out doing anything vigorous that day. No con do with these.
Great for menopausal women. I purchased B100 Complex because it includes many essential B vitamins needed for energy, carbohydrate and fat metabolism, and transporting important nutrients throughout the body. I noticed an improvement in my energy levels after taking it. My doctor recommended it, especially since I’m going through menopause and experiencing estrogen loss, which increases the need for energy and system support. Be forewarned, this supplement will turn your urine an electric yellow color, so don’t be alarmed. I highly recommend this supplement, particularly for women going through perimenopause or menopause.
Good B-Vitamin Complex. I like the NOW Supplements brand. It allows you to get a quality product at a good price (as well as a good number of pills for each bottle). This is a great source of B vitamins if you are needing extra of those. The only thing I would say about this product, is that is still uses folic acid as its folate. That’s a no-go for me.

Well worth it. We take vitamins every day. And the B-100 are great for energy. Warning…… they do turn your urine neon yellow. Lol

It is too soon to tell if they are making a difference but, I feel very comfortable taking this brand and will continue with them. Upon opening the jar, they all looked nice and fresh. Easy to swallow. I am happy with this purchase and price.

Premium brand. No bad side effects. Clean and works really well! My kids love this too when they get sluggish or feeling slightly anemic. I give them NOW brand iron with it, and it perks them right up. Both are really easy on the stomach and highly effective.

Easy to Take Every Day. I know how much our bodies need Vitamin B complex. It is water soluble so I take it everyday. Niacin B3 and B12 we need especially but B complex is great for our bodies. I really like that this product is in capsule form so it is easier for absorption. The value is great for how long it lasts. And the bonus is that it is vegetarian/vegan. It has pure quality nutrition.
Be healthy. This is a very high-quality vitamin it didn’t have extra ingredients or added colors. The size made it easy to digest, and it was priced fair.
Great value! Highly Recommend. This product seems to work well for me – my recent Blood Test showed an increase in my B-vitamin intake. The past few Blood Tests showed a deficiency in all my B-Vitamins including B-100 as well! Highly Recommend!
