Warranty info. First off I would like to say the machine is very powerful and very easy to control takes a little getting used to the safety features but it’s not too terrible. Would have given five stars but I’ve had my machine for a little over a month and a half and was washing it today and broke off the bottom edge piece of the blender cup. This did not take a whole lot of effort so I called to get it taken care of with the warranty and the only thing they cover under the warranty is the base the blender cup is $64 alone luckily they said they would replace it this one time but I feel like it should be under the warranty with the rest of the machine especially at that price so beware. All in all it’s a great product.
Love this. Best blender and mixer I ever had. Use this every day so far for smoothies. Blending right in the drinking container is so nice and I have less of a mess. The power is unbelievable.
I like it. I like it I’ve been making my salsa in it and trying to figure out what button and how fast to use it so it doesn’t liquefy my salsa but I like it I’ll use it for other things once I master it
Use This Every Day. I love the single cup option. Blends smoothies well – MUCH better than a regular blender.
Second Time Around. This is the second Ninja I purchased. I love the tall blade and it takes no time to make my smoothies. Do Not put the pitcher in the dishwasher. My first one cracked. I had it for a couple of years and I believe it would have lasted longer if I washed it by hand. Replacing the pitcher was about $40 less than replacing the entire unit so I went with the ladder. The difference is smaller when you catch a sale or if there is coupon offer.
Clutch and easy. The Ninja BR201AMZ Professional Blender 2.0 is an excellent kitchen appliance for anyone who loves smoothies and frozen drinks. Its 1200-watt motor and Total Crushing Blades easily pulverize ice and tough ingredients, making perfectly smooth blends every time. I love the convenience of the Auto-iQ program, which takes the guesswork out of blending. The 72-oz pitcher is large enough to make big batches, perfect for families or gatherings. With four manual speeds, I can easily customize the texture of my drinks. Plus, all the parts are dishwasher-safe, which makes cleanup a breeze!
Works great. It’s not a direct replacement for our Vitamix. Of course, the Vitamix is dead and this is not, so from that perspective I suppose it is a direct replacement. The Vitamix was a tank. Probably weights 2 – 2.5x what this does. In fact, the Ninja felt a little flimsy/lightweight when we unpacked it and I though “Uh oh…”. But I’ve been pleasantly surprised. Easy to clean, does an awesome job making shakes. Crushes ice no problem. Time will tell if it’s durable. Even if it makes it only a few years, it will be worth it. I like that the top locks in place as well. That’s one up on the Vitamix. The Vitamix was also 7x the price. Shakes taste the same. 🙂
Simple straight forward machine does as intended. Great machine with plenty of power, the togo cups are great, a bit loud when using them but hey it’s a blender… super easy to clean, good size that fits in dishwasher, just 3 pieces. This is the type of blender you use often.

Excellent product. I am totally in love with this blender!!! I need to crush frozen fruit every morning and it works like a charm. So fast and easy. It cut down my smoothie blending time in more than 50%. The blade is a game changer. I also really like the small side lid to pour the liquid when ready. It feels like a very sturdy product. I couldn’t be happier.

Powerful and does a great job. Probably like many, I shop Amazon because of convenience and like the reviews to lower my risks when purchasing everyday items that are new to me.This blender is awesome and goes right with its great reviews. Its main use is for smoothies. Adding cut up carrots, frozen mango, pineapple, strawberries , bananas , ice and a little fruit juice and almost instantly breaks everything down with little effort. Its very powerful ! The suctions cups on the bottom are just enough for stability but still easily to move where you want it. A great way for kids to get fruits and veggies in their diet and them great tasting all in one. The smaller to go cups are also great for smaller batches. The pitcher is great and the sealing lid is great and also allows easy pouring straight out of the fridge. I have read some complaints about noise but it is blending hard and frozen items almost instantly but it is still quieter than our old Oster which this replaced. Safety features are great and un cumbersome to work with. It is well designed and we absolutely love it. 😊 you wont be disappointed!

Very powerful. Very powerful. This blender crushes ice at the low setting. I’ve been using it for mixing ingredients for flan, smoothies, crushed ice, humus. Ingredients come out uniformly without need to scrape down sides and re-blend. It is super easy to clean. Easy to pour from. Rather large though. Very happy I bought it. I think it will last. The materials are very solid. Keeps steady on counter when in use.
Amazing blender, bought 7 years ago still using to this day. I bought this blender 7 years ago and still works to this day, I mostly use it for smoothies and protein shakes using the bullets, which have never had problems, along with the big container still proving fine I use it to make base for acai bowls for years, smoothies, etc and have never had a problem.

Best Blender Ever. I’ve had a few blenders over the years, but this Ninja BL660 is on a whole different level. It’s super powerful I can toss in frozen fruit, ice, even nuts, and it blends everything smooth in seconds. The 1100 watt motor doesn’t mess around. The 72oz. pitcher is perfect when I’m making smoothies for the whole family, but I really love the two on the go cups for quick mornings. I just blend right in the cup, pop on the lid, and head out the door. It’s super convenient and saves me time and cleanup.It’s also great for sauces, dips, and even chopping veggies.
