Easy on the Gut. I have been on a low-FODMAP diet for awhile because of gut issues, and I was worried that these would upset my stomach. However, they seem to do the opposite. I know that’s not what they’re designed for, but I’ve kept everything else about my lifestyle the same, and my gut is definitely better. I would recommend these for anyone who is sensitive to vitamins in the GI system. Also, I’ve been cursed with terrible skin since adolescence, and my skin has cleared up (another strange result since my last foray into biotin supplements resulted in worse skin). I take one every evening with dinner, and I’ve had no negative side effects. My only concern would be heavy metals, but I’ll do some research…100% recommend for most dudes that feel like their diet is lacking certain nutrients and vitamins.
Great for those with sensitive stomachs. My husband and I are getting into middle age and he stopped taking vitamins years ago due to stomach pain/issues. I’ve been trying to encourage him to give it another try and bought these on a whim. He’s taken them for 2 months now and has no issue at all. I’m very relieved because he needs a multivitamin with our diet and lifestyle.
Broken!/Updated. As soon as I picked up the box I heard the contents inside rattling. Open the box and the bottle of vitamins were shattered to pieces. Update, was issued a replacement and everything was fine.
No abdominal discomfort (yet?). So far, so good. Taken 4 days/tmes so far, the first multivitamin to last that long without causing severe abdominal discomfort. Don’t know what has been the cause, but this one doesn’t seem to have it.The AIRplus bags in the package were not inflated though, which, considering that the bottle is glass is crucial. Luckily, the bottle arrived intact.I also noticed the price has gone up about 100% since my first purchase a couple weeks ago !!
Liking so far. Love all the vitamins that come in these. Not the best tasting but it’s a vitamin so who cares? Wish it was a plastic bottle though, probably be a bit cheaper and wouldn’t sound so loud if I dropped them….
