I just wanted my hair to start growing again and I wanted to feel less yuck and less depressed. I knew I didn’t eat right all the time so I needed a GOOD vitamin; something real. The real deal. Now, I mean I have been trying vitamins for like 15 years 😳 and could’t find one that worked. #facts Amazon.com saved me with Alive! vitamins. These are different because they are “living” vitamins. Made from fruits and vegetables, not chemicals or ingredients. They don’t make you burp up that vitamin taste all day, for one thing! You can even take them on an empty stomach. Bonus! They dont give you crazy dreams if you take them at night, either. Another bonus!Alive! vitamins are made out of fruits and vegetables, not chemicals. They are “living’ vitamins. I take the Women’s Energy choice Alive! vitamins (they have quite a variety of selections to choose from – even gummies for kids and adults – all on Amazon.com) and I DO really feel a difference in my fatigue level and my mood. I’m back to piddling with fave hobbies and my sink has not had dirty dishes left in it since I started taking them. Ha! They may seem a tad pricier than other vitamins, but please realize that they come in huge bottles with 130-200ish pills; wheras most vitamins come with a monthish supply only or don’t even work, anyway. (Check label before purchase to see pill count and amazing nutrition label!)When you see the amazing nutrition label on these babies, you will understand why these are the cream of the crop. I take one in the morning and one at night because I don’t eat like I should so I know I don’t get my nutrients. I’m losing weight again with no exercise. The mood being better helps out for everyone! Lol.I highly recommend the kids to have Alive! vitamins, too. My daughter loved the Alive! Kids Gummies. Finally functioning. I used to not be able to go through the day without a nap, even after a short 5 hour shift. I would have to get 10+ hours of sleep just to feel tolerable throughout the day. With these vitamins I can now get through the day without a nap and stay up later than usual. I truly feel like a functioning human now. These are great!
Great for energy. Great multivitamin for women plus well deserve energy! Doesn’t make you feel jittery but this make you feel more awake and alert. Always loved the line from Alive vitamins easy in the stomach as well.

LOOK NO FURTHER. I waited a while to write this review, because I really wanted to give my honest opinion. I have been taking this vitamin for about a month and a half and I have to say just WOW. My energy level has increased ten fold. I spent hours reading reviews on different vitamins and this one really stood out to me. I love that it made with garden vegetables and doesn’t have a lot of artificial additives like we sadly find in many of our vitamins today. This vitamin has truly taken the cake and has given me the over all wellness that you are supposed to receive with a multivitamin. I found my got to and I am so happy that I have!
Great product, would and am buying again. I was worried about these when they came in the mail, because the pill size seemed to be insurmountably huge. I’d tried similar pills in the past and had horrible results. But I’ve been able to get these down pretty much every time, every day, and that’s saying something, because I’m really sensitive to texture as well as taste and shape and thus my gag reflex is quite sensitive as well.I don’t believe I’ve had any huge issues with digesting these. I have had a couple episodes of feeling unsettled, but when I eat more food on top of it, and I also have food in my stomach before I take it, I really haven’t had much of an issue to speak of.I also noticed an increase in energy levels and a slight decrease in anxiety when I started taking them. It hasn’t lasted, but no multivitamin, no matter how potent, could mitigate the effects of what I’m currently going through. And that’s okay. I’m not expecting it to.But, for a multivitamin, and especially for the price it is here, it’s really worth trying it out.
Reliable Vitamin. I have quite a few chronic health problems and this has been my go to vitamin. I’m on a lot of medication which can mess up my hair and skin and all that and it seems to have helped some. I take it regularly and I think it’s helped me feel more energetic. I feel better taking a wholesome vitamin when my busy job often means I don’t get to eat what I should, this helps to fill the gap. It doesn’t bother me stomach. There’s a minor taste to it but it’s almost reminiscent of berry flavor, so it’s not as bad as some vitamins taste wise. Size it tolerable, I’m not the best at swallowing pills but this is easy to handle. The ingredients list is good with the natural sources and Amazon always has it priced at a fair value for the money. Quality is consistent with these too and I like being able to order them in a large quantity so I don’t run out.
Awesome vitamins. I love how i feel after taking these vitamins. I feel a boost of energy and an extra step in my pep! Definitely get one of these if you struggle with getting enough vitamins.

Health Boost with Every Tablet. So far, I have really enjoyed taking these multivitamins. They have been great in supporting my immune health. I’ve also noticed a holistic improvement in my wellness. The fact that there are no preservatives is a major plus for me. I’m definitely going to continue using them.
Alive Vitamins. Good basic Women’s vitamins for good health and vitality. I feel a bit more energy after taking these daily. They’re easy to swallow and don’t upset my stomach causing any indigestion.
My daily vitamin. This vitamin is great. I have no burp taste, it’s medium size because it’s one daily, but i have no problem swallowing the vitamin, it has no smell. I would definitely recommend as a daily multi.

I’m pretty sure they made me get my period back. Box came in a little rough condition but nothing major. Seal and bottle intact. So, I used to always take vitamin D, Zinc and B complex daily but I saw a bottle of Alive! Women 50+ at my MIL house.I decided to try one because why not? 🤷🏻♀️🤪The morning after I GOT MY PERIOD meaning an actual light flow. I’m extremely irregular and it had been more than10 years since my period was spotting.So I’m pretty sure these vitamins made it possible for me to get a regular period again. I even got minimal cramps which were NON EXISTENT.2 weeks before I took the pill, I was “on my period” but like always, just spotting. I haven’t taken anything differently or made lifestyle changes so I’m certain these provided a specific nutrient I’ve been lacking or several nutrients, let’s be honest.I don’t have the most balanced lifestyle or diet. I’m genuinely so happy but I got the regular woman’s vitamins not the 50+ as certain nutrients are too much for a woman my age and can cause adverse effects. I truly recommend these.

Great value vitamins. These vitamins are great. They have so many more nutrients compared to other vitamins and they don’t upset my stomach if I take them in the morning.
Real Value. This is probably the second or third time I’m purchasing this multivitamin. I’ve found it to be a very useful addition to my supplements. The pills are a bit big but easy to swallow and there’s no bad after-taste. I really like this especially the fact that I only need to take 1 per day. There’s no smell. I definitely recommend.
They work well. I spent a while looking for a supplement that had everything i was looking for and i was a little worried about the size of the supplement/smell and its honestly really not bad! If youre worried about the taste dont use water to take it and just do it fast! Its actually easier to take than most of my other medications because its not a chalk supplement, its smooth and wont get stuck part way down. I noticed the affects of the supplement within a few days of taking it as well, i have a vitamin d and iron defenciency that would make me feel sluggish and low energy, this helps give back some of that energy and my nails look great!

Works Well for Me So Far. I don’t have anything negative to say about this product. I’ve been using this multivitamin for about 4 months now. No side effects thus far. I always make sure to take this with a meal to avoid nausea.My goal was to help repair the health of my nails. Also need a good source of B vitamins because I have a disorder where I am deficient in that. So my nails, they were very brittle from wearing acrylics for months and also being anemic. They were paper thin when I took the acrylics off, breaking off repeatedly. So after using this for a few months I can say that my nails are thriving. No longer thin, constantly breaking off, etc…but now much stronger and thicker. No more ridges in my nails from being anemic. I’m very pleased with my results and would recommend this.

Good vitamin, except insufficient magnesium. This is a pretty good vitamin with no nasty aftertaste. I donate blood regularly and I have good iron levels since taking the vitamin. The magnesium level was ridiculously low though — it’s only 12% — so I have to add on an additional separate magnesium supplement.

One of the Best Vitamins I’ve found. Very well thought-out and works great! My last multi vitamin made my urine a bright, shocking neon yellow. Too much vit B and my body passed it off, bt it was weird enough for me to do a search and found it’s harmless, but it was weird anyway. This does not do that and I feel wonderful! Should I tell you I’m 73 so feelingg good means a lot to me. Easy to use, too! 5 Stars!
