WOW. This LBS is AMAZING! I had two pills to begin with to see how it would affect me. I felt something happening but no movement. The next time I had 4 and the results were quick and explosive but I realized it was too much for me. I have now found the correct amount for me, which is 3 pills. Thank you for creating this for people who have bowel issues, like myself.
Works great for paralyzed peeps. Maybe TMI but this could help someone else. Im a t8/t9 complete paraplegic. I have to do what we call “bowel routine” (going poop) lol. I take 4 of the non capsules in late evening. I do my bowel routine the next day around noonish. I use a certain kind of suppository to stimulate colon an this product moves things faster, not much messy “gel” from suppository afterwards like i normally always had. Cuts my bowel routine time down!!! Puts a smile on my face!! The suppositories i use are called “magic bullet”. They are made from water an not oil, like normal ones. They were created for paralyzed peeps. Anyways, hope all have learned something new an has helped at least one person. HAPPY POOPING! LOL
Its mild. I think it works, but I’m taking other things with it so I don’t have any idea the good thing is is it doesn’t have any bad effects some things like this do
It did Help. This product did help me, but not to the degree I was hoping for. All in all, people are different. It may do better for you.
This products works. Without TMI, I can say this product works for me. Taking the advice of other reviewers, I started taking two a day that I took after my evening meal. I found that taking three daily works fine for me. Much relief I’m happy to report.
Best best best. Goooooood product. I have been taking this stuff. I do one pill a day. For me helps with bowel movement, bloating, and I have notice that I don’t overeat. I get full fast. I recommend this. I also noticed I am losing weight in my waist area. Very very very gentle. I do workout and eat healthy. But before taking product I have notice the bloating still while eating healthy and working out. Anyway thank God for this product. Chef’s kiss. This product works for me in half strength. I have tried many other products Senacot, ducolax, MiraLAX. I like this one the best because it’s made of natural ingredients and works very well without causing alot of diarrhea the next day. I wish they made a half strength because most often I only take half a capsule mixed in something flavored because I don’t need the full strength.
All natural ingredients. looking for something that would help naturally no stimulants anyway this works pretty good I’ve tried their products before and have always been pleased with results!

It’s effective in helping relieve constipation, and I appreciate that it uses natural herbal ingredients. I also like that it doesn’t cause cramping like some other products I’ve tried.The results are gentle but noticeable, and it has definitely helped with regularity. The only reason I’m not giving it five stars is that it took a couple of days to really start working. Overall, it’s a solid product that I’ll keep using for a natural cleanse.

Works. Works without giving you diarrhea! It just adds in… well pushing everything out. Very happy I found this.
Works during the night to clear a clog in the morning. My successful remedy to move a logjam: I take a full (4 pill) evening meal dose and it works quietly through a good night’s sleep like nothing is happening. The multiple stimulant formula works slowly and naturally through the night. By morning, it has my bowels wide awake and ready to move again, ready for a major call of nature. When that call comes, relief will follow. This stuff works.
Love it. It worked immediately for same day I received it. They are not harsh to your stomach, no cramping at all .I am glad it all natural. Great.
My stubborn colon is finally working. This is working very well! I took 3 the first night after dinner. All night long, I could feel my bowels moving, I finally went around 3AM. The next evening, I took two and again, all night, I couldn’t sleep. So this morning after breakfast, I took 2. Within an hour I was running to the bathroom. It’s awesome for me to go. I can go for a week and have to take a laxative, drink tons of Miralax and Benefiber, nothing works. This stuff is magical! So, I am going to experiment and try 1 after breakfast and see how that works. Bottom line, this stuff works and I feel so much better. Now I have to play around with dosage and timing. It feel great not to be constipated and miserable like I usually feel.
It works. Works as advertised. I will be buying this from now on.
