Never Be Without It. I would not really call my lifestyle holistic, but I am never without echinacea in my medicine cabinet these days. The immune support benefits are real in my opinion and is good to keep around in your arsenal of home remedies. That said some designer companies are charging way too much for it. This company charges a fair price and it works just as well.

Immunity booster. From my experiences, echinacea boosts immunity. A friend used to plant them in the garden and the flowers are pretty.

More awake. I’ve been taking these for a couple weeks now then I seen they were cheaper on Amazon, but I’ll tell you what they make me feel more awake. I was told to take them because I have Epstein bar and it makes you extremely tired.

I have depended on this for years now. Boosts the immune system. Very useful when one is ill.Many folks do not know this, but it is vastly more effective if taken at least 2 hours before or after eating! Because the way to stop a reaction from an herb is to eat. Food stops the herb from working in the body.Many herbal labels say that their product may be taken with food…hence less chance of a lawsuit from the odd interaction in a customer-lol.
Good price, fresh product. Been using echinachea for years in the winter and no colds.
