Surprisingly Great. It took a minute to figure out how to use this but a minute later I could seal any bag in the house with ease! It should have an LED light to say if it’s on or off but for the price it’s worth the cost. My husband was impressed with it and wondered why he had never heard of this. Great addition for a wedding present basket or a shower game prize.
It works. This chip sealer is a great option for those who are smackers and will have multiple bags open at the same time. I think it works pretty good, sometimes you have to go over it a few times to get an airtight seal that’s why I am rating it 4 stars. It does take a little practice to get it. I do like that it has a magnetic side which is great to just stick it to the side of the fridge so it doesn’t get lost.
The small knife is awesome. I bought it for one reason and using it for another. It’s sealing capability is NOT that great. I press the sealed bag and I can still feel air escaping. It seals it maybe 95% which is not bad. I really do like the little knife that comes attached to it though. I have been using that for opening packages and other misc things.
Wish instructions were in English, dead batteries. We were not thrilled that instructions were NOT in English (bought in USA, so seller loses half star), or that enclosed batteries were DOA (another half star lost) but our rechargeable batteries do work.Still, it is a clever gadget, pictures were quite helpful, and it does truly do a good job sealing. As others noted, 1) the battery cover must be slipped back a millimeter or so to expose the heating element. That’s not necessarily a design flaw. You wouldn’t want the sealer to heat up and engage when not intended to be used. 2) There is a faint odor of heated plastic that quickly dissipates 3) the device not only seals bag, but also cuts (via heating element) excess bag. It takes a few tries to get comfortable with the sealer, but totally worth it.

Generally works well but. This product does not seal thick plastic bags whatsoever. Only thin kinds like snack packs etc. I really expected more from this product.
Easy and convenient. This doesn’t compare to a regular food sealer but it is good for small things. Like sealing chip bags.

It isn’t a bad item if used properly. It is very good at sealing bags but they need to be tight and you have to seal the whole way across. It does smoke occasionally while dealing and smells a little while sealing but it isn’t a bad product. In all honesty I stick to clips on my bags. Overall it’s still cool.
Seals. Gets the job done. You need to practice the timing. Go too slow and you over melt. Too fast and it partially seals some of the bag. Do a couple practice runs. Easy to use tho.
Cheap but works. We had a very important package to send and wanted to get it sealed so there would be no worries about water getting inside in case of rain and/or mishandling by the shipping company. We decided to buy this product and you get what you pay for.The item comes with a magnet for the fridge, but it is not a strong one. It slides down all the time. There is a small cutter in it, which it was a plus. The sealing part is easy to use and it does its job, but it is also very easy to cut a hole in the process.Overall we are happy with it because it does the job if you are careful while using it and there is not much we need it for. But for those looking for serious usage out of a sealer, I would not recommend this.

I did have to go over some bags a couple of times to get a perfect seal, and the instructions weren’t in English, but it wasn’t too hard to figure out. The battery cover design is a bit tricky, but once you get the hang of it, it’s not a problem. Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase. It’s a solid 4/5 stars for me!”
Truly a mini sealer. Worked well straight out of the package, although it takes a little practice to get right!PROS:• No wait time for heating!!• So mini you can easily store it away in an utensil drawer and it’s cute enough to leave out!• Sealed my opened salad kits quickly, even if I had dressing towards the top!• Has a magnet for your fridge or pantry (if you have metal in your pantry, like me) easy access for next use.CONS:• I can easily go straight across but I always seem to miss my starting point by a quarter of an inch.• I’d have given it 5* but I cannot find any assistance for how to consistently seal across the entire package the first time.I’ll post the info if I figure out the trick to better seals on starting points!TIPS:•Check your seals before placing into storage — should keep your items fresh & ready for your next snack/meal when done correctly.•Practice on items to check if what you’re hoping to seal works with this particular sealer.•Read their info!•It’s so small, and moderately made, be careful to not drop it. It might survive from hand to counter but not hand to floor!Glad I finally purchased one… and very happy it works exactly as expected.
Wish it worked longer. I had high hope’s for this keeping things like chips closed. every time i tired to use it the dang thing would fall apart. I have used it for the past 5 months using it from time to time about 30 times but every time it would fall apart but still would use it, till today new batteries still nothing after messing with it for about 15 minutes I’m done with it I have had it with it. I hope people have a better time with it then I did. wish it still worked.
I FRICKEN love this little thing. So I was skeptical cause I saw some bad reviews but also some of those people seemed to not be using it right SO I got it. AND ITS GREAT! We are chip eaters and I have 12349 million chip clips and even use my hair clips sometimes to close bags if they are in reach! Lol! This worked on the first try! &&&& it even COMES WITH BATTERIES!! What in America even comes with batteries anymore?! THIS DOES! I’m sorry I’m super excited … I’m in my 30s and little gadgets make me happy 😃. It doesn’t feel hot , it’s easy to clean, I can magnet it to my fridge, I can cut the bag AND reseal it QUICK, in seconds — faster than it takes me to find ONE of my 1928755 chip clips!! The color is absorbs. It’s small and easy to store if not on fridge. The seal is also air tight!!
