Great color. I usually buy the super stay matte ink, but decided to give the ink crayon a try. I LOVE the color of this one (On the Grind). It is a great neutral mauve with brown undertones. It goes on nice and smooth. It doesn’t quite have the staying power of the matte ink variety – but that’s ok because it wears off in a more natural way (fading gradually as opposed to flaking a bit near the end of the day). Give it a try!

Color is great. But the delivery took forever to get this. It took more than 2 months to get this. Color is great but the shipping is real bad and I would not buy this from Amazon anymore. I will rather go into the store and get it

Buy it, buy it, buy it. Ok i am in LOVE with this “ink” crayon Lipstick.It glides on very smoothely. It sets rather fast, and as long as you dont eat or drink or kiss for at least 5 mins after application it will lock in and stay for hours and hours, throught eating and kissing, whatever! Does not smudge or leave traces once set. Compared to other long lasting lip products, it is not drying either. Bonus, it holds up well when left in the car in the florida heat.Overall, 100% my favorite lip product, i wear it every day now! Its so fast and easy to apply, and look awesome all day.SHADES: Finding the eight shade took some trial and error, as i am a very fair redhead. Ive tried several. Results below.My very favorite color is “Keep it Fun”, which is the perfect rosey shade (you can see me wearing with the black top in the good lighting, as well as the selfie with the red shirt.)”Peice of cake” is my 2nd favorite, simply because it was such a soft almost neutral shade. Hard to tell in the pic (the closest close up one) but it is a pink nude with specks of copper sparkle in it. I would NOT describe it as shimmery as the glitter is not throughout but rather sparse flecks. Id prefer nore sparkle or none but its still nice. This one does have a scent by the eay, like vanilla, very light and pleasant.”Lead the way” was too bold for me, against my skin it was bordering on being a red. (Seen in selfie pic with pale nightgown and my tardis phone in my hand.)”Stay exceptional” was WAY darker than i expected it has brown tones, i hated it. (Shown in pics where i am wearing green.)

Stays put longer than regular lipstick. I use this as a base and put my regular lipstick over it. Seems to make it last a little longer and I can drink without sitting there bare lipped 😉

Pretty color, color lasts for a couple hours before reapplying. I like this item. I like the color but it’s just not my color. I will find my color. Until then, this will do and I like that it’s Matte looking.

A great lipstick that lasts and stays without drying out your lips. NOTE WELL! Do as much research as possible on the color you’re thinking about getting, as I had the misfortune of purchasing an everyday shade (“Lead the Way”) that was wayyyy too pale for my complexion. As it wasn’t returnable, I basically gave it to my fairer-skinned mom as a gift. Watch Tiktoks and Youtube reviews with people close to your coloring to get a real idea of what it will look like on you, as the pictures can and even tend to be inaccurate. And make sure you know whether it’s returnable before you buy that color.As for the product itself, it’s really exceptional for such a good price. Feels great on your lips, lasts a crazy long time, unlikely to get on your teeth — just a really great lipstick. I, falling toward a more olive complexion with yellow undertones, found the best to be:-“Own Your Empire” is an absolutely perfect red. Think Peggy Carter from Captain America. I’m in love with it, just on the SLIGHTEST blue side of the orange/blue red lipstick scale. Anyone who’s had issues with their One Red Lipstick being a little too orange, this one’s for you.-“Pave the Road” is an excellent, subtle shade that’s just slightly darker and richer than my natural lip color — really great for everyday.-“Chase Dreams” is a more fun, slightly lavender-tilted option for when you’re wearing clothes that don’t look great with straight-up red.I’m one of those people who frowns at paying $8 for one lipstick, but it’s really worth it. Love these lip crayons. I am a makeup artist and self-proclaimed beauty guru. haha! That being said…I love these lip crayons! They perform with pro quality. They are SO easy to apply, have some fantastic color options, are matte without feeling overly dry or accentuating lines on lips, and the little sharpener attached to the bottom is fantastic and so handy! Since it has the sharpener and you can always easily keep it sharp, it’s great as both your lip liner and lip color. I own three color so far but I want these in all the colors!I Included a before and after photo of myself and in the after photo, I am wearing the shade “trust your gut.” I also included pictures of the built-in sharpener and how the lip crayon looked before and after sharpening it. Sharpening it can be a little messy so I just make sure I do it over a trashcan and typically wipe up the sharpener with a tissue or napkin after.Longevity: These stay on pretty decent for me. They last hours upon hours only needing a touch up maybe after eating a meal. I am a lip balm junkie so sometimes I do have to put a little lip balm on on top of the color maybe mid-way through the day just because my lips like that extra moisture. The color does well even with that but maybe is easier to wipe off a little more than normal.Smudge-proof: These are pretty smudge-proof. I get a minimal amount of transfer like on my coffee cup or water bottle only right after I apply it. Once it’s been on for a while I don’t see any transfer at all. They seem to be great for giving my hubby a kiss too! They have never transferred onto his lips with a peck hello or goodbye.Packaging: Lid clicks on and stays on great. Built in sharpener you can take off the bottom is awesome and handy to have.

You need this. I’ve repurchased this in several colors because it’s SO GOOD!!! I’ve tried lip products from makeup stores and this is the best I’ve found. The Amazon price is way better than I’ve seen it anywhere else. It’s easy to throw in my purse or even a pocket because it won’t leak. The product itself is unscented and not sticky at all (which I love). It stays on for HOURS. Even if you’re eating/drinking – it comes off a little if you use a napkin to wipe your mouth, but some color remains. Plus it’s so easy to reapply! It’s a great creamy texture, and the colors are matte. They look beautiful but definitely emphasize if your lips are chapped at all – if my lips are a little dry I just add a little bit of a shiny gloss over and it looks great. The color is not well represented by the actual package (the product is often brighter) so definitely look at reviews and read the color descriptions to get what you’re looking for. I highly recommend this product!

stays on all day. This lip crayon has real staying power. It was still mostly there after eating and there was NO color transfer onto my coffee cup! I love that. I like it so much I’m shopping for 1 or 2 other colors. I must say that this pinky-beige shade called Lead the Way is the perfect color for everyday, work, running errands etc , although you may want a slightly deeper tone for evenings out. But I’m really surprised that Lead the Way has not gone viral yet, it is just the perfect light-medium nude tone that looks like a real lip color but better. I suggest you buy an extra one to keep in your purse in case you run out the door without make-up, you can easily apply this while driving. No mirror needed! It’s that easy to use in crayon form, and it’ll still look perfectly applied, it’s a very forgiving color. It lasts so long, and I needed oil-based remover to take it off. Also any cooking oil will work in a pinch. Im jus sayin…

Great lasting color. I bought this lipcolor as part of a very small makeup kit for flying across the country. I applied it in the morning, and it lasted through breakfast, TSA, sipping drinks, layovers, and didn’t come off until I ate dinner at night.When it wears off, it wears evenly, instead of just the inner lips. Very smudge resistant, but easier to remove once you decide you need it off.It’s just ever so slightly dry and tacky, but nothing like the long lasting lip color I have used before. Application is so easy and forgiving! Just color in your lips, press a little to even out coverage, and go.I love it. I plan to buy this in more colors.

At Last, A Lipstick with Staying (not bleeding) Power. What an excellent lip crayon! It goes on like butter, yet dries to a durable, all-day-long consistency. If you’re grandma age like me, you’ll appreciate that this product doesn’t creep into lip lines. I get a crisp, defined lip and color all day. And because you won’t spend a fortune on it, you can treat yourself to several colors. Also? If you go online to Maybelline, you can see how the lipstick looks on three different colors of human skin AND they have an app where you can “try on” their shades if you upload a photo of yourself. SO glad I found this product!
