Light evens tone some. I wanted a product that would even out the tone of my face and had sun protection.This evens my tone lightly. I used too much to make sure to protect my skin while outside. It looked bad. It was obvious, matted in areas, and turned an orange color along my upper forehead. The obvious color was noted by the lighter skin near my hairline. So, I took a wash cloth and removed some of it to look more natural. I put some more at my hairline.I use a 70 sun protection on my face and put this on top. I would not count on this product alone to protect my skin. It is a bonus if it helps some.I have fair freckle skin. I wasn’t sure what color to get. I got the lightest and am happy I did.I recommend this for a light evening tone for your face. I can’t recommend it for sun protection as a more generous coat defeats the purpose of invisible coverage.I suggest thinking of any sun protection to be a bonus to a stronger sun protection used under the product.

Been using for years. I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed this product. I have it on auto ship. I don’t use foundation bc I don’t like the way it looks or feels. I’ve always been told I have great skin and don’t need makeup so I’ve never been a fan. But this is a twofer for me. It’s sunscreen and it also provides a nice sheen and moisturized look to my face. It’s like a translucent foundation if that makes sense. It’s VERY rare that I don’t apply it, but it’s noticeable to me when I’m not wearing it. My skin doesn’t look as Dewey and fresh without it!

My go to makeup. I’ve used many brands of all kinds of foundation over the years since I was 13. Even expensive department store brands and while as an adult I don’t like using foundation at all most the time; I do need a good moisturizer and something with spf as I’ve been living at 7,000 feet for a few years. This one of all the brands and types I’ve tried makes my skin look luminous and the spf actually does work (no dark spots on sunny days). The moisturizing lasts even after washing off so this doesn’t dry skin even with the pigments at all. For the price and the quality and the convenience of one skin product for the day, it’s a must! I use shades 100, 110 and 120 throughout the year as I’m blonde and fair skinned but need more color sometimes as my skin is a bit darker in the summer. Sometimes 120 isn’t available here or overpriced which is silly so hopefully 120 becomes consistently available.

Great way to try a BB cream. I had never tried a BB cream before, so I thought I’d start with this. I actually think my skin looks better wearing this than with a fuller coverage foundation. I’m 52, and I don’t have much in the way of discoloration of my skin. I am fairly dry though, so this offers just enough coverage, and it doesn’t feel cakey because of the moisturizers that are in there. You can apply this very quickly, which makes it great for people who don’t want to spend more than 5 or 10 minutes doing a simple makeup routine.

Set it and forget it. This is my go to all in one daily beauty basic. I am 53 and still have pretty clear, healthy skin with only a few fine wrinkles. My makeup style is natural and minimal and I absolutely love this tinted moisturizer/ sunscreen for my daily face. It is very light and sheer with buildable, blendable coverage, the sunscreen is effective but not heavy, or sticky. It works well under a heavier foundation if you need a more done look for work or special occasion but is dewy and fresh all on its own. Eyeshadow, blush and other powders stay on and blend beautifully over it as well. I’ve tried other similar, more expensive products and this one is my favorite, I love that I can just pop in to the drugstore when I need to resupply, but I have started ordering it from Amazon because it is a popular product and my shade is frequently sold out in my local stores. The product I received was fresh, sealed and in original packaging, exactly like what I have bought in person!

Stop reading reviews & BUY IT! Love, love, LOVE it. If you’re even contemplating buying this product, just do it! You will NOT be disappointed! It is literally my favorite foundation EVER, even more than my bareminerals and other top brands I’ve tried at more than triple the cost! I’m super fair skinned and the “light” color is so forgiving and blends so well that foundation lines are a thing of the past, and it matches me perfectly through various seasons as well!Includes SPF, doesn’t dry out my skin, doesn’t look cakey, doesn’t cause breakouts and it’s the only foundation where I feel/look like I have nothing on, yet have much better skin overall. I wear it daily, whether it is a “makeup day” or not. And if I fall asleep with it on (I’m a new mother, so it happens) – no big deal. I can either just wash my face in the morning, or really just apply a 2nd layer and be good to go since it really is so lightweight and forgiving. I’ve even blended it over a full face face from the night before (bronzer, blush, highlighter – again, new mother), and it still looks great and natural! A definite staple to my routine and I don’t see that changing anytime soon!Please Maybelline, never stop making this product or change the formula!

Used Lots of BB Creams Over the Years-How This Stacks UP. I have tried many BB Creams and CC Creams over the years and now this is one of them. BB Creams can contain skin caring ingredients and/or SPF. Probably the best thing this BB Cream has going is the price, although be aware it is a small item. Like a lot of BB Creams it comes in few shades like light, light-medium, medium or deep. The difficulty with this is that one shade of light or medium, etc. may not work for all skin undertones–cool (pinkish undertones) or warm (peach, yellow or gold undertones). So, not everybody can always get a shade match. There is no where on the product that states about transfer/resistance or sweatproof. It did get shiny on my skin as the day wore on ( I have combination skin) and I had to blot. Maybelline does have a BB cream with salicylic acid that might be better for oily or breakout prone skin, but it is minus the SPF factor. On the other hand I read some reviewers with dry skin mention having to use moisturizer prior to using the product. So, skin type plays into how it works as well. Normal to slightly dry skin types might do better. I do thoroughly remove makeup products and sunscreen at night due to pore clogging concerns,So, yeah, it is wallet friendly budgetwise. However, there are tinted sunscreens that contain more product and are sweatproof and/or waterproof. I also have some makeup foundations that match my skin better and have SPF plus are transfer resistant as well as sweatproof.

This what just what I wanted. I love this BB cream. It feels so good on my skin. It has nice coverage. Not too thick or thin. It helps to balance out my redness and even my dark under eye area. It looks flawless once it’s on. It stays well and I have oily skin too. Glad I got a two pack.

Been using for several years. I’m an older lady (57) that doesn’t like to wear make up. I’ve been using this BB cream several years and it’s great. It moisturizes without being greasy, it has sunscreen and just enough light tint so my skin looks nice and glowy and not so pasty and dry. I wear no other moisturizer or foundation with it just the BB cream. I love it. I apply in the morning and it lasts all day. The tint isn’t enough that it comes off on clothes like foundation does. And it’s inexpensive esp when you think it replaces foundation, sunscreen, and moisturizer.

Super lightweight and very good color. I am someone who does not like a heavy and oily foundation. This goes onto the skin so nicely and blends in with my foundation powder. Very good. I will be repurchasing.

Best BB Cream for a natural look. This is my go to bb cream. I love having a natural look and having some minor sun protection and this tops the cake. I absolutely love how it is not heavy and covers the skin just enough. Definetly a 10/10

Solid product – great for the price. I have been using m Maybelline’s Dream Fresh Skin Hydrating BB cream for many many years now. It’s a great tinted moisturizer with light to medium coverage. It helps even out my skin tone and cover up minor blemishes. It’s great as an everyday product as I typically don’t like to wear too much make-up. When I am looking for more coverage I simply use a concealer before applying the bb cream then finish with a powder and I love the final result. It works well with my sensitive and oily-combination skin. 10/10 recommend.

Can’t say enough about how amazing this product is! I am a raving fan. I don’t hand out accolades often, but this skin care product is my new go-to!!!!! I have been using BB creams for a while; I don’t like that full coverage caked-on look or feel, and prefer a more natural look, especially as I age (just turned 60). I have normal to dry skin, and tan easily. I used to use bare minerals BB cream, and loved the color match I found, but I didn’t use it everyday as it had this weird metallic scent once it was absorbed into my skin. So I have since tried a multitude of similar products. Saw this one, and thought I’d give it a whirl. Initially I purchased the lighter shade. Tried it for a few days, loved everything about it except it was a tad too light. So I bought this 1 shade darker, and guess what??? I mixed them! Yup! I discovered that yeas ago! As an artist, I mix colors all the time, so why not do the same with skin care products? The 30 SPF is a must, and keeps me using it every day! No more using those powdered sheer foundations on in-between days. I’ve used this for sports, hiking, etc. It doesn’t run, or highlight your pores at the end of the day. It simply makes my skin look like real skin, only with less flaws (age spots, wrinkles, redness, etc). The bonus = it’s a great value! I could buy 4 of these to my 1 tube of the named brand! Highly recommend!
