Gripping office device. This thing is pretty phenomenal for the office. I don’t know if I would keep this in a personal gym as another piece of equipment for a workout session, but for working out in what would otherwise be unused time in a work day, this kicks the proverbial butt. I saw a coworker who had one, used his, and ordered this that first night.Be aware that it is not a brute strength device, but rather an endurance focused piece. I have a job which requires me to be on the phone and when I’m not typing, I can pick this up and use it for a minute or two and definitely feel the burn. I have very strong wrists and large forums and this is great when used correctly. Good for distraction or to get the blood flowing a bit when sitting at a desk all day.Pros:- Workout your forearms in the office without disturbing anyone (other than the people who smile and wave back to your bobbing hand)- Adjustable settings make this useful to most people. I crank it all the way up and go until I can’t anymore.- Can be flipped for extensions as well as curls- *Can* be used for finger(s) isolation. This is admittedly a bit tricky, but worth the experimentationCons:- Wrist size. I have rather large wrists (6′ 260#) and the wrist grip is snug. I work with a lot of people who were collegiate athletes, now 1-4 years out of school, and they have no issues. The majority of people won’t.- Hand grip loosens regularly during use – minor issue – just keep tightening the screws after use

Noticeable difference after 2 years -. I’ve been using this product here and there strictly as a stress reliever – Noticed results*I’m sure if you use it in a more serious manner you will achieve growth and tone.-My forearms barely fit now – I use it from time to time 😁
A nice piece of equipment for working out. Great for a home gym.

I like it. It’s comfortable and ajustable to left or right hand. I’ve bought others that hurt my wrist when used, but this one feels good. It’s a great price also.
Adjustable resistance. Great for my recovery exercises after surgery
Beneficial and simple equipment. I use this while watching tv and also a few times while walking. Like any exercise, it’s got to be used.

Easy to use. Great product,👍 very easy to use. Very comfortable. Very affordable. I really enjoyed it

Good product. It could maybe be heavier resistance for most, including me, but it’s smooth and you can just do more repetitions!
Effective. I’ve been using this every other day for two weeks and am pleased with the results. My forearms have always been slow to grow and I have a hard time finding the burn when doing other workouts. But with this device I finally feel “locked in” to my forearms. I do wish it went a little heavier, but overall it’s a great product.
Decent Construction. Could be built a bit more robustly, but overall it works well and worth the money.
If you want to have big forearms this is the deal. If you want to have those four arms like Popeye grab this now! It has variable resistance and will improve your grip as well as make your forearms look sexy!
Easy to use. Got it for my wife to help with building her hand strength back. Easy to use. Small and compact so it does not get in the way
Great. I’m using my resistance bands, so I really don’t need it, but it would be convenient I guess if you didn’t have the bands or any other resistance. It works great!
Good piece of starter equipment. I like the action of this product and its adjustability. Seems to be a good piece of kit to begin an exercise program with, however, once you’ve gotten to the highest resistance level, you will probably use it much less often as that level of difficulty will soon become much less challenging and effective and you’ll want to find tougher exercises for the (forearm) muscles this device addresses. But one very good aspect is that you can do a workout with it while sitting on your sofa watching TV. One recommendstion; while using this device, place the hand of the arm you’re not exercising at the moment between the bottom end of the device and the inside of the elbow of the arm being exercised. Do this to prevent the device from moving down when you flex your hand as that can nullify some of the device’s effectiveness.
Results within a week after using it every day. This thing gets fast results if you are using it consistentlyI just leave it near where I watch tv and do my other workouts. Whenever I’m lazy on my butt for too long, I simply use this to feel better about being lazy. And within a week my wrists were looking and feeling bigger and stronger. Using it is as easy as picking up a videogame controller and hitting the buttons. A good fun way to exercise a part of the body that you shouldn’t overlook because the size of your wrists limits the size of forearms and biceps
Works. Hi, I usually don’t write comments. I’m 52 and have not felt this firm and strong in my upper body longer than I can remember. But, I have to add that I bought a second one the day I received and tried the first one. Not that I liked it so much then, but because it was annoying for me working out one arm at the time. If you’re going to buy it, I strongly advise buying 2 at the same time. If the purpose of it was for the forearms, it works out far beyond forearms. It has tightened my stomach, my arms, and my chest 100%. Tighten your stomach, chest, and arms during your reps and you will certainly see positive results quickly.
New and Improved. Behold my trusty Marcy Forearm Developer, an older model that once served its purpose adequately. However, fate intervened, compelling me to acquire another. Lo and behold, the model that graced my doorstep today boasts remarkable enhancements! With lavish padding both above and below the forearm holder, and an unparalleled tensioner, this contraption is a marvel. Seeking to sculpt formidable forearms? Search no further. A resounding five stars!
Sturdy. Really enjoy quick forearm workouts with this gear. Adjustable resistance, feels like it will last. Good buy!
They need to improve this but overall good. For the money this thing works well if you use it right. Mine broke randomly after not much use, not even sure how. Not a lot of resistance on this which is one area they can improve, and if youre a large human or have really big forearms it wont fit on you. If you do very slow and controlled eccentrics and concentric on this for very high reps, you can get a wicked pump. they need to make it bigger and better though
Works. This is for someone getting started… but it works well n I’ve noticed gain.. mine is cranked up all the way so I will be moving on. But for low price, it was worth it
Grreat for Days When You Can’t Get to the Gym. I like this little device a lot. It’s great for warm-ups and light exercise on those days when you just can’t get yourself to the gym. It’s also easy to pick up and use when you’re stuck on a long phone call or just find yourself planted in front of the TV.I had something similar when I was a teenager, but I like this one much better and the range of motion is nice and smooth. Well worth the price.
Great Exerciser. I use this Monday Wednesday and Friday 20 reps then hold it closed for a minute at full Power then use Hands Grip tensioner the same way I do two sets of each 3 times daily. Then I do 15 minutes of football calisthenics, three times a week I Love it No alcohol, tobacco, or Low Fat Foods, Lots of Pasta YES!!!
Not Shabby At All, but With Caveats. This isn’t bad for the price. It’s fairly comfortable and it is easy to use; however, like another reviewer stated it does not adjust enough to be much of a challenge for many men. This is absolutely great for women, for older men and women, and for young teenagers until they become a bit too strong for it.This is also EXCELLENT for people who are rehabbing an injury to the forearm, wrist, and/or hand. Even though it doesn’t have the tension required for young to middle-aged men (I’m 46 myself) it DOES work and you can feel a good burn when you do a lot of reps. Set the tension to the tightest setting and do about thirty reps and you will feel your forearms burning. You can use this while you’re watching a movie or reading a book or doing anything that doesn’t require two hands (keep your mind outta the gutter!) and while the tension isn’t fantastic for most men, and certainly a few women, it can be set high enough to give your fingers a good workout. I’m probably going to order a second one so I can just work both forearms, wrists, and fingers at the same time while watching a movie. And if you put on a movie and use this the entire time of the film you WILL feel it working. This will not be good for people who are either very obese (sorry, but at least I’m saving you $25 and saving you from having to return it) or ridiculously muscular forearms because there’s not much room in there. If you take a look at the pictures I took for this review you’ll see that there’s not much wiggle-room in there. I’m a 6’ tall man (or at least I was; now I’m more like a 5’11 cripple with terrible posture) and I weigh about 210lbs with about the average amount of muscle a man my age who is only a casual lifter would have.Like I said earlier it’s not shabby and I actually kinda like it; I just wish that it had two or three times more tension.

Just what I needed after my PT ran out. I shattered my right wrist last November, and got put back together with a titanium plate and 7 screws. I did 20 PT visits, and when those ran out I wanted to keep working on my wrist as there is some loss of downward deflection. So far this is helping develop the muscles that atrophied after spending 6 weeks in a cast. I am not 100% but slowly but surely getting there. There is a lot of plastic that makes up this unit, but it is holding up to every other day use.

Works great. Be careful not to adjust the resistance too far….mine
Second one. Love it, ❤️ helps with my forearm after stroke
Popeyes Forearm Maker. If your trying to get ripped forearms this thing works great. Use in conjunction with other grip exercises and Popeyes forearms will emerge.
Workout. Perfect for a quick workout easy to handle definitely recommend.
Best form arm tension building. As someone who has natural strength and then worked out a lot in my younger days. (simply unable too at the moment) This is one of the few exercise tools that hit zones technic and skill couldn’t. Good to casually has help my carpel a lot something play with at the computer. It’s best tool for like mastering the curl vs just building muscle. I would say it builds great muscle memory and healthier curl habits.
Excellent service. Awesome!
Good piece of equipment. It’s good. Using a flat bar hurts my wrists. With this device I can adjust the grip to be at an angle and hold my arm in a comfortable position while using it.
Works great. Works perfect on my 30min drive to work, just do a lot of reps. This is the 2nd one for me, had this year’s ago, but lost in a move. Don’t listen to people saying it’s not enough tension, just do more reps and sets, you will feel it. Helps those 3’s also.
