Feels great. I’ve used this product twice and I’m already in love with it! My hair feels so much nicer when I run my fingers through it. I didn’t think my hair was Damaged since I never dye/bleach it, rarely go to the pool, rarely cut it, and brush it gently bottom to top. I’m not out in the sun a lot either. Restored my damaged hair. The first time I used the shampoo and conditioner, my unruly dry hair became soft and pretty again. I am 65 years old, colored my hair a lot, and was dealing with very frizzy, dry ugly hair. Now it is shiny and looks smooth. I am very pleased. The box they were delivered in was a small box with a small amount of shampoo leakage, but the bottle wasn’t opened. The small box was put into a much larger box for shipping. I think the box may have bounced around a lot inside the larger box during shipping.

Wonderful shampoo & conditioner. I’ve been having hair loss for many months and the shampoos and conditioners I’ve used only made my scalp irritated, dry, flaky and made the hair fall worse (I used many high end expensive products to try and repair my hair, which all failed me).
