Feels great. I’ve used this product twice and I’m already in love with it! My hair feels so much nicer when I run my fingers through it. I am 65 years old, colored my hair a lot, and was dealing with very frizzy, dry ugly hair. Now it is shiny and looks smooth. I am very pleased. The box they were delivered in was a small box with a small amount of shampoo leakage, but the bottle wasn’t opened. The small box was put into a much larger box for shipping. I think the box may have bounced around a lot inside the larger box during shipping.
