Amazing product. I was having a problem with my hair being crunchy after a shower and air dry. Crunchy like I stepped out in 20 degree weather with wet hair and my hair froze, except I live in South Florida so it never gets that cold were I live. Anyway, after my first application of this stuff (shampoo, rince, Wonder water, rinse) my hair feels so soft. I didnt use any conditioner cause it didn’t feel like I needed it after the wonder water. Hardly any crunchy parts of my hair. My hair feels 80% better after only 1 use.I usually Pantene shampoo and Herbal Essance conditioner, daily.I found it very interesting how it got all warm when I put the wonder water on my wet hair in the shower. Felt like some kind of chemical reaction. The directions of on the bottle warned me of this so I wasn’t worried. Just kinda curious as to what it is actually doing.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND. BUY THIS. I have fine,thinning hair and usually this kind of stuff leaves my hair weighed down and greasy looking. This truly is a Wonder Water because it leaves my hair looking like I just had deep conditioning at a salon done! I recommend this stuff for everyone from curly hair to straight,it transforms your hair,making it smell so fresh and clean and looking healthy. I love how it warms up in your hands and the bottle has a twist cap so you can control how much to use since it is a “water” a little does go a very long way. I am beyond happy with this product and will continue to buy it from here on out. It’s like a spa treatment for your hair! If you have thick hair you may want to buy 2 bottles but at this price,it’s REALLY worth it! Fantastic product that really delivers! This is definitely part of my holy grail for my hair!
This product works miracles. Don’t be alarmed if you feel a warming sensation when you apply this. I experience that with every use. This instantly smooths and detangles hair leaving it easy to comb through. My hair also has not been falling out nearly as much since using this. I had to purchase a backup bottle just in case I ran out! This is absolutely my go-to hair care rinse.
Really works. I’ve tried so many products and this one really works. It restores my hair without the greasy heavy feeling. My hair feels so soft and clean after. My daughter also uses it and she has thin hair that gets tangled so easily and nothing works, until this! We use it about twice a week and only use about half of what it says to make it last longer and it works great. The only part I don’t like is that it smells strong and I tend to get sneezy when a perfume smell lingers. I use my own conditioner after and that takes care of the perfume smell. It can get pricey if you have to use a fair amount but for now it’s worth it for my hair and my daughters.
My hair loves this. In Arizona we need all the extra moisture we can get for our hair. This is a perfect and quick product I use at least once a week for that extra boost. Make your hair so soft and smells great. I use it in my natural hair and extensions.
Awesome! But will take some time if you have damage. (I have tips further down in my review for anyone needing help!)My hair is super, super damaged after a little bit of a bleaching incident on top of years of bleaching and dyeing, and I have naturally curly, ethnic hair to boot, so it’s always begging for moisture and conditioning. I’d tried (almost) everything I could at home, but nothing made even a slight improvement, even when I felt I was doing everything “right”.After I started using this treatment, I did not see results right away, and I wondered if my hair was just too damaged to fix at this point. However, after about two months of use (I wash my hair about 1x/week, so about 6-8 uses) I saw a sudden, drastic improvement! It was shiny, no longer felt as “hay-like”, it even has a lot more flexibility and bounce even when I use heat styling tools! It feels better than it has since I was a kid! I will say, if your hair is thirsty, I don’t feel this *adds* moisture, but I do think it helps repair damage so the moisture you add with conditioners doesn’t immediately get sucked out, so keep that in mind.Here are some tips, at least as far as what helped me:- It says to make sure your hair is clean before using it. I condition my hair more often than I wash it, but I only noticed a difference after washing, so definitely follow those instructions; only apply this to clean hair without any other product.- It also says you may use another conditioner after using the rinse “if needed”. If you have dry and/or curly hair, you NEED to use conditioner after this. It was a game changer.- I had a hard time figuring out exactly how to evenly apply an entire dose in 8 seconds and always under-dosed. What worked best for me is not to worry about the dosing so much and instead do this:After washing your hair, GENTLY wring out about half of the water in your hair, then go in small sections. Dispense a coin size amount (really doesn’t matter what coin lol) into your palm and work from one side of your head to the other. I like to start with my top layers, rinse, do the bottom layers, rinse, and then go back over all my ends and anything with extra damage. If you have really long hair you might want to bring some hair ties with you.- I’m going to reiterate this one because it helped the most: don’t be afraid to RINSE and REAPPLY! Don’t try to just leave it on longer, it doesn’t work very well that way.- Let your hair dry at least 75% before trying to apply any other products after this one. I also tend to towel dry until it’s no longer dripping, then I use one of my satin bonnets to keep it from drying too fast. I also recommend using leave-in conditioner in addition if your hair is suffering too!I hope this review helps some folks! All in all, this is an awesome, awesome product and if you use it right it will almost definitely help!
Excellent! Amazing! It actually works. After buying too many other “miraculous” products without seen the miracle of hydration happening, I bought this product without high expectations but it actually made the wonder happen.I waited to use my first bottle completely before writing the review because I want to see if it actually worked at a long term.I am using this after shampoo, rinse it, then apply the Elvive total repair mask for some minutes, rinse it , and a conditioner that I also rinse.After that, I style my curls as I always did and my curls are back and look much more healthier.It is not a miracle, but it did its job making your hair looks great.I am so happy with the results and ordered a second bottle.
Great product. This product actually made a difference right out the gate. I’m usually a Moraccan Oil fan, still am, but this product really kicked it up.
Best rinse for course thick hair. I have thick course hair and when humidity is in the air my hair just puffs up. I read all the reviews and decided to try it. Let me say what a difference this made to my hair. My hair feels softer and it keeps my frizz at bay. I loved this so much that I purchased one for a co worker and she loves it. For people with thick course hair try it, you won’t be disappointed.
Wonder-ful. WOW!! This is a wonderful product and far exceeded my expectations. I am amazed after my 1st use how shiny and silky my hair looks and feels. I needed to use 2 doses of Wonder Water for my longer, thick hair. My routine is simple wash, blow dry and flat iron curls 1xper week. (The big secret is a terry cloth lined shower cap between shampoos and minimum wearing of ponytails). Anyway, my hair has become very dry and dull looking of late, and the texture has become somewhat fuzzy/frizzy since I am allowing my natural Redhair to transition to white. It needed some shine and silkiness. I have tried several product and this one delivered awesomely, with no weigh down. I’m glad I tried it!

Unbelievable. I’m a woman in my 60s with long gray hair that always seems to be frizzy no matter what I do with it or do to it. I hate using any product in my hair because I hate how it makes it feel. I tried this today and absolutely love it! My hair looks and feels so much silk gear and smoother than I ever remember even when I was young! I will definitely be recommending this to all of my friends; in fact, Christmas is two days away and I might grab a bottle to give my BFF with her gift!
Works Very Well. Was not expecting this product to work as well as it did to be honest. It made my hair softer just after one use. I was shocked. And when I read the bottle I didn’t believe it when it said there will be a warm sensation. Well it didn’t lie. It startled me but that’s my own mistake for not believing the instructions. I really enjoy this product and have bought it several times now. I even got my mom to use it too. I use it a few times a week so I can make the bottle last longer. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for that something extra to put in their hair to help make it silkier and softer. Mom and I both highly highly recommend it.
Works like it claims. I bought this in hopes that it would help smooth my hair and reduce frizzing and it has done both. I like how quick it is to apply in the shower, and I typically will use this with regular conditioner afterwards. The product smells great and I can see and feel a difference in my hair now that I’ve been consistently using this product. I’m on my second bottle now and will likely continue to buy it.
Love this stuff. I think this is the second review I’ve ever written for a product.. I have coarse hair and have tried many many products to smooth and soften my hair. I used just a little of this and I could tell while I was blow drying my hair that there was a difference. My hair looks and feels smooth like I’ve already flat ironed it when I’ve done nothing but dry it. Finally found something that works perfectly!
Amazing product. I have been using this product for a couple of weeks now and just about through my first bottle. A little history about my hair, it was chemically damaged a few years ago and I still have dry brittle areas in my hair. This product has been phenomenal for my damaged hair. It’s so easy to use as you only need about 15 seconds between application and massaging the product through your hair. It leaves my hair, feeling incredibly shiny and smooth all throughout the day. The smell is amazing as well. I wish that I could find a shampoo and conditioner that had the same scent. It blows my mind that this product is so inexpensive. I highly recommend it.
Game changer. Ok…. This is my first Amazon review… but THAT’S how good this product was! I felt it the second I put it in my hair in the shower. I felt the immediate softness. I’m not big on blow drying my hair either because I always feel like it makes it more dry, but, I wanted to follow the instructions. If you have heavily dyed hair( my hair has been bleached due to various colors… blue, purple and now red) and wowIt feels like I went to the salon and it’s that feeling that I think every woman feels after getting their hair done… why can’t I make it feel/look this way.I will definitely be buying again and again
Transformative. This adds an extra step between washing and conditioning but it’s a very short step that is totally worth the effort!My hair is wavy straight (2A), fine textured but lots of it. I’m growing out my grey so the last few inches of my shoulder length hair still has residual color.The Lamellar Wonder Water is a watery liquid that feels warm in your hand. You squirt it on, massage it onto your lengths, avoiding the scalp, for about 8 seconds and then rinse it off and go on to apply your conditioner.My hair is noticeably silkier and the colored ends are smoother. No frizz or flyaways, even during high humidity or rain.I’m hooked! It’s a great product!
Excellent for fine thin hair. I have very thin fine hair. Even with a perm, it looks thin when I blow it out. But after using this product, I’m feeling like I won’t need to perm my hair again. I have no color in my hair, I’m 63, so there’s a bit of gray in there, and my hair looks beautiful, I think, for the first time in my life. I highly recommend it.
Don’t Get it in your EYE. Functionally speaking, this is pretty easy to use…unscrew the tiny applicator and measure it in your palm before applying. However, it is the same consistency as water so be careful or it will all end up on your shower floor.Also, keep your head tilted back the entire time it’s in your hair because if it drips in your eye as it sits for 8 seconds or runs over your eye during the rinse, (and the label absolutely warns of this) it will sting, burn and cause redness for an alarmingly long time. Now, as a positive, it works well. It made my sun damaged, wind damaged, hard water damaged hair more soft and less tangled. That being the case, I will buy it again.

Leave on for longer than 8 seconds. Works wonders for my long, curly hair tangles! It has the consistency of water so just be careful not to let it run down your face or eyes or spill over your hands!The directions states to apply it for only 8 SECONDS which I think is a total waste of the product. I let it sit for at least 5 minutes on the lengths and a little on my scalp, nothing longer than that, and it makes a huge difference. My hair is very soft and easy to brush through after my shower.
Helps with frizz. Great product. This stuff works great! Seriously. I separate my hair into 4 sections, squeeze it on from mid-length to ends, rub it in for 8 seconds and then rinse out. It acts as a conditioner so you can skip that step. As long as you follow the directions, it does not leave your hair oily or weird. My hair looks noticeably smoother when I use this (it really helps with frizz). I love it.
