Works wonders. My boyfriend’s dog is an Australian Shepherd mix, so you could only imagine the fur!!! We used to take him to Petsmart for a bath and brush, because every brush and shampoo we used was not working or helping the shedding, but it started to become pretty pricey. Kong is the only thing we ever buy this dog, so while I was looking for a new toy, I stumbled across this little gadget. We already bought so many brushes, but for this price… why not? We use it every bath time and it has helped TREMENDOUSLY! we get at least a couple days of little to shead free! I recommend to anyone to try! It really does work wonders!
Perfect for short, dense fur. I have a short-haired Chihuahua with super dense fur, and I’ve used a Furminator on him, but it never seemed to work that well – he also seemed bothered by the Furminator. I saw on Instagram, someone use a rubbery brush on their Chihuahua – GAME CHANGER! Instantly, tons of fur came off, without having to pull at his short fur or put much pressure on him. He wasn’t trying to get away, he seemed to enjoy the grooming/brushing. I can’t believe I didn’t know about this style of brush for dogs with short, dense fur before.Reason for 4 stars instead of 5: the only negative part of my review is it took over 4 weeks to be delivered – the delivery date kept changing. I paid just under $14, worth every penny.
You wouldn’t believe how much hair this takes off. I was recommended this by a retired veterinarian who stopped to speak with me and my pup one day. He said I’d be amazed at how easy it was to groom my pup with this rubber brush. I had a dog grooming brush I was using already but THIS ZOOM GROOM – wow! It’s crazy how much of the undercoat it gets to so quickly. I litterly grabbed a garbage bag the first time I was brushing my shiba with it and was shocked how it effectively got to the undercoat. I have a lick mat that I put peanut butter on for him to be distracted while I brush him and he for the most part is distracted so I can get some good brushing in. I highly recommed it!
Wow.. they really work. I have bought several different types of brushes for my dogs. Many of the brushes do not work or it would pull the dogs hair. My digs would run when it was time to get brushed..I ordered this brush in the hopes it would work. A few days later it showed up… when I opened the package I was skeptical.. this silicone thing was better than the most expensive brushed I have bought… it actually worked! The amount if hair that this thing removes was unbelievable… from my pug to my husky…it removed a lot if hair. My husky actually stayed to get brushed.. it kinda gives them a gentle massage while removing their hair. PURCHASE this brush!! I truly think you will be just as surprised as I was… a few days later… I ordered another one..
Amazing to help reduce fur fallout. This brush is amazing for dry brushing and when showering your dogs. I have a boxer that sheds a lot so I brush him outside and it helps a ton with reducing fur inside the home. Second one I’ve purchased due to leaving outside in the Arizona heat but I’ll continue to buy this brush ! The best I’ve used

Great dog brush. Super easy to use. It works great. Helps with shedding. It’s comfortable he likes it. It’s durable. Size is great. Large dog. Use on Pit bull/mix brindle dog. Easy to clean.
Amazing. This thing is absolutely amazing. I asked a group of groomers what they recommended for short hair dogs and kept hearing “rubber curry brush.” I had never heard of it so searched it & found this. I was skeptical but it is absolutely amazing for all coats, but especially for short hair. It’s perfect for our American bulldog and Basset Hound. Fits prefect in your hand & the dogs love it. We also used it for bath time & it worked great as a scrubber. Easy to clean too, just spray it off with the hose or spray nozzle. 10/10. Also seems very durable & made out of thick, high-quality rubber. You can’t brush too much with this one.
This works!! Pain free. We’ve been through a lot of deshedding tools. The furminator was painful for Samuel and just didn’t seem as effective for removing hair. The equigroomer is decent and does remove a lot of hair, but it is also painful at times. We tried the gloves, which work well in the bath to remove hair. I wanted something that was painless for this little guy. This is not painful at all and it works! Samuel enjoys his massage with this tool. I use it in an up and down motion and it removes so much hair. It is difficult to remove the hair from the zoom groom, but I just rinse ot off outdoors. I will use this along with the other tools we have, but I’m happy we were finally able to find something that works and isn’t painful. The brush is well made and as long as Sam doesn’t get ahold of it, it will last for a long time. That would be the only negative thing I can say about this tool. It does have the look of a toy to a dog. Otherwise, it’s a great one to have in your arsenal.

Gets the hair out. Our dog does not mind this brush. Even the cat likes it or tolerates it. It is gentle on the dog, and it pullsthe shedding hair out easy. I have tried the fulminators and just a pain. This one will get more hair out and easy to clean it. Like a rubber brush – works very well. Stroke in one direction to gentle brush out hair. Or do a vigorous back-and-forth brush to get deep clean. The dogs legs will start scratch kicking from joy of it. It fits well in your hands and is easy on the hand. Glad we got it.

Works amazing on my French Bulldog. When I got it my first thought was “oh I wasted money, this will never work” it doesn’t look like it would do anything. I was SO wrong!! It’s the oddest thing, it can’t possibly hurt the dog because it’s just soft with zero pointy edges. It works so well! It’s easy to hold, my dog doesn’t care about getting brushed at all. The amount of hair it gets is shocking. I didn’t even try to use it for a while because it really did just look useless. I have Saint Bernards & it’s not good on their coat because the have fluffy fur, my bulldog has hair more like a lab. Works fantastic & almost seems like a massage for the dog. He gets almost excited when he sees me coming with it!
My dog loves this brush. This brush works great on my pit bull. It’s the perfect size in my hand and is very gentle on her skin while still grabbing and pulling any loose hair away. Cleanup is also very easy. I even turn the brush over and use the flat side against my clothing after brushing the dog and it easily lifts her little needle like hairs out of my clothes.
