Buy this product! Now. Holy cow! Yes! Yes! Yes!I’ve been really trying to think about environmentally friendly products and packaging, and I’ve wanted to try a solid shampoo bar for a while. I opted for this one because the reviews and the price were really good.Well, the first one that I bought was snagged by my daughter! And after using it once, her hair was so incredibly soft, she didn’t want to give it back! She has thick, fine, young hair. But I wanted to see how it would work on my older, color treated hair. My hair tends to frizz and get fluffy, no matter what I do. Plus, we live in an area with really hard water. My hairdresser recommended using Moroccan/Aragan oil and it helped a little but not what I was hoping for.So, I get my second bar and I finally, yes, finally I have found hair nirvana! I spent a whole day with my hair down and it still looked great. I am so incredibly happy with this product and I can’t recommend it enough.Other reviews suggested putting it into a mesh bag, because it gets a little slippery. I just used a very small laundry bag from the dollar store, the kind you would use for your delicates, works great! Buy this!

Most impressed. I was somewhat sceptical, I had done quite a lot of research on shampoos and conditioners.My hair has taken a lot of abuse, chemically and emotionally , extremely dry color treated and falling out . I bought the caster oil shampoo and rice water conditioner. I have used them twice , on the first wash there was a significant change , on the second again big change , I’m impressed. Today I am expecting the deep conditioner and body soap . I have also purchased the bar shower holder . I will let you know more later .Oh , the sents are beautiful . Gentle soft and sensual. VERY IMPRESSIVE.

So Impressed. To be honest I was very skeptical about getting my shampoo in a bar form. Let me tell you though, It is small but it does an amazing job! I felt like I barely had to use any of the bar and it washed my hair way better than I expected! And it has a very natural smell. I love it!!

Such Soft Hair. So, probably like you, I’d been wanting to try some of this ‘bar’ shampoo and conditioner. Based on customer reviews and the ingedients I chose this particular bar and a different company conditioner. This bar makes my curly hair not so curly, and so, so, so soft – it reminds me of the texture of my hair when I was about 5 years old. The scent is pleasent and not overwhelming, the price was right – some people have said that this is too pricey. I think that those people must have a lot of hair, more hair than me because I have found that I don’t need that much, I put it both directly on my hair in an up and down motion and then use what’s been left on my hand to build up a lather -and it does lather up nicely. I don’t use this everytime that I shampoo my hair, but definitely once a week so that my hair can get a break for all of the abuse that I heap on it in the form of product. Just based on the way my hair looks and feels after shampooing with this, I can tell that it’s a friend to my hair and I’ll be keeping that friend for a while.

The perfect shampoo bar. I’ve only used this once so far but I love it, it cleaned my hair very well but also left it very soft and shiny. I think I’ve finally found the perfect shampoo bar! I used this shampoo bar along with the Arvazallia Hydrating Argan Oil Hair Mask and then one drop of argan oil on my ends and mids afterwards while my hair was still wet and I swear my frizz is gone. The shampoo bar smells nice and paired with the conditioning mask the smell is amazing, very clean. I just bought 2 more bars so I have one as a backup and one to give to a friend so she can try it too! (The pic is from after sleeping, I just took my sleeping bonnet off and haven’t even brushed my hair out yet)

Leaves hair soft and clean. I liked the fact that there’s no bottle. Easy to use. Produces a decent lather. I typically don’t use any conditioner and my hair was very soft and shiny without it.

Works well. This shampoo bar smells good and makes my hair feel clean and soft. The split ends are reduced some and de-tangling is a a bit more manageable. The only drawback is that it did not lather up like it showed in the ads so I used more product than should have been needed.

Product can take some getting used to but works well. UPDATE:I decided to continue using the product to figure out why it had worked so well and then didn’t. When my hair started getting waxy, I tried using less and less product to prevent the issue. But as it turns out, using less prevents it from lathering well which was causing the shampoo not to rinse well. I started rubbing the bar directly onto my hair to create a good sudsy lather, and that made all the difference!____________________________________________________________________________________________I had really high hopes for these… At first I was getting good results, but after about a week my hair started to get a waxy coating on it, no matter how much time I spent rinsing. After a few weeks it was pretty bad. I stopped using the conditioner in case that was the problem but it made no difference.I reached out to Kitsch and explained the issue and described my hair type to ask if it was maybe the wrong product type for my hair. Not only did they refund me for the shampoo & conditioner, but they sent me the Tea Tree shampoo and conditioner for free! |My hair felt clean after the first wash, but within a week it started to get the waxy buildup again 🙁 I’m not sure if I just happened to get defective products or if these just don’t work with my hair type or if there’s some other issue going on… The customer service is fantastic so I’d say these products are definitely worth a try, I just wish they had worked for me 🙁
