Easy to use and clean. The Kitchen Gizmo Snap N Strain Pot Strainer and Pasta Strainer is a brilliant kitchen tool that has made straining and draining food a breeze. This innovative strainer is both practical and efficient, saving me time and effort in the kitchen.The design of the Snap N Strain is clever and user-friendly. Its universal fit makes it compatible with various pot sizes, eliminating the need for multiple strainers. The silicone material is flexible and heat-resistant, ensuring safe and easy handling even with hot liquids.Using the Snap N Strain is incredibly simple. Just clip it onto the pot or pan’s edge, and it securely stays in place while I strain the contents. The secure grip prevents any spills or accidents, allowing me to strain pasta, vegetables, and more with ease.The strainer’s fine mesh allows for effective straining, capturing even the smallest food particles while draining liquids efficiently. This results in perfectly strained food without losing any of the desired ingredients.
A nice little convenience in the kitchen. This little drainer gadget comes in very handy! It’s nice not to have to try & find someone to help drain a big pot or drag out the colander. It works well on every size of pot I’ve used it on and doesn’t take up much space in the dishwasher. The only issue I have with it is that the spring clips do not open up very much, so if there is a “lip” on your pot, it can be a little tricky to get on and off.
Better Than Expected. (Note: I am not being paid/offered anything for this review).I ordered this strainer because draining pasta was a drag since I didn’t want boiling water going down my drain through my Pex pipes. This thing attaches to my pans VERY easily (a couple of clips) and I just put a couple of inches of cold water in my sink, pour the pasta water out of the pot through the strainer and…done. The water is out of the pot and mixes immediately with the cool water in the sink and goes down the drain warm not causing any heat-related damage to the Pex pipes.Well worth the $$$!
Just What I Needed. I didn’t know I needed this pot and pasta strainer but it turns out it was exactly what I needed. I had 5 colanders in my kitchen and with this nifty little gizmo strainer I got rid of all but one…I kept my largest one. I would recommend this to anyone…you won’t regret the purchase.
Where have you been all my life. This is so convenient! I actually made a pasta dinner in one pan with this. Browned the sausage, boiled the pasta, drained it using this handy gadget, then added the pasta sauce. I love it. No more dealing with a colander to drain the pasta.
Excellent addition to my kitchen gadgets. LOVE this!! Takes no effort & totally replaces a traditional colander!!! Fits on every pan I have used, very secure, takes the heat of boiling water, and is completely non slip. Easy to clip to pots, may need a little pushing with pots that have a “lip” but once it’s on – it’s not moving until you take it off. My only complaint is that it could be bigger in the height – I am always careful not to tip the pan too much as I wouldn’t want my macaroni to fall over it into the sink. A back up colander in the sink takes away that potential issue. But it is a great product & frees up both hands for draining. Washes & dries nice.
Great buy, but some inherent things gives pro’s and con’s. The product is sturdy, excellent grip, well made, easy to use. It had difficult fitting over pots with the lip unless you fumble with it to make it fit which is kinda hard when steam and hot water is in the pot. So dont use a pot with a lip.The product is well made, so I didnt worry about it slipping off the pot when straining and it didnt slip off.I wish it was a strainer part had a little more height because you have to be careful that the content of your pot dont fall out. I used a full box of small shells and I had to use something else to make sure she shells didnt fall out of the pot.Overall, it was a good buy and I will continue to use it for the convenience. Its better than taking out the strainer.

I have been using this for a couple years now and am just getting around to writing a review, so it is very well-tested. I love this strainer so much that I have been giving them as gifts.Not recommended for things like rice or quinoa since the holes are a bit too big to keep them in, but I’ve used it extensively and it works great for for pasta, cubed potatoes, veggies, marbles, ice cubes, pickles, rocks, and some cereals.Also, the strainer will fit on many different-sized pots and containers. I have used it on a small sauce pan, 6 quart pot, 8/10/12 inch skillets, and even a few of my mixing bowls.As a note: I always wash this strainer by hand. It has held up perfectly for the 2 or 3 years that I’ve had it now, and it’s SUPER easy to clean.

Works for everything. We absolutely love this product. I made 10 pounds of mashed potatoes for Thanksgiving and this easily helped me drain 5 pounds at a time without having to deal with a colander in the sink. It is easy to use and very sturdy and versatile.
