Thick, strong rope with plastic covered ends. Bought for rope climbs and pull ups, it’s low grip/high slip material will make you do all the work in trying to hang from it. The plastic handles make it easier until you’re ready for the more challenging grip.
Too heavy to jump (update 11/29/23) but. This is good for other things than jumping. It is too heavy to repeatedly hit the floor.Update: After I posted the review above, the company sent me an email offering a full refund. I had to update the overall rating, because in addition to the rope being good quality, the company is honorable. I would certainly purchase from them again.

As decribed – a heavy rope. Product is exactly what I was hoping it would be. I always try to combine fitness goals with the movements I do. Strength/mobility or strength/endurance, endurance/breathwork, etc.This rope is perfect to build medium range muscle endurance and strength at the same time. Perfect to mix into a strength program as it doesn’t take long to burn out.A great addition to my home gym.
