Thus far, I have not been disappointed with those 2 books. Saw this book on TV. Great Day Houston had the author of the book on and I love it. If your liek me and you grew up with such remedies, then this is a great book. I have had it for a while and the are many remedies that my Mom used on use while growing up that acutally work so I was sold once I saw that they were in the book. I have tried some of the remedies since then and I turn them. I had no problems with this shipper.
Prescription drugs are expensive and sometimes not needed. This book discusses methods to achieve good health without the use of the high priced prescription drug alternatives. While it is always advisable to consult with a doctor before taking on some ailments, this book walks you through ways to not only relieve some problems, but to also avoid complications which may arise as a result of not being healthy.
Home remedies that works. My sister recommended this book to me and I found it as informative as she said it was. The suggestions to help heal cold sores was very helpful with easing the pain.
