Life altering! Best $ I’ve ever spent! Highly recommended. This is the one I bought after many many hours of research. The price was unbelievably low, and I would pay more knowing what I know now!!! The thing I didn’t like about the Body Max IT6000 and similar models is the table isn’t padded and there is no neck/head rest. Beware of models without padding and headrest. Very dangerous!I chose this specific model because:It is the 2014 model so they’ve worked out the issues that still exist with many in this price range. You don’t need to wear a belt around your waist; there are no belts on it anywhere. Belts are not as safe. The degrees of inversion, height settings, etc. are set with very strong ball knobs and backed up with easy to insert/remove safety pins.Easily adjustable padded ankle slots. Can use with or without shoes/socks. Does not hurt my ankles (I have no pre-existing ankle problems or swelling. Inversion tables can be hard on people with bad ankles. Ask your Dr. first if this is a problem for you.)Easily adjustable height for perfect positioning of nearly any size person (see height specs for exact range)It moves slowly and easily both going back and coming up–you don’t want to fly to the upside down position and you don’t want to have to pull hard to get yourself back up. This is center of gravity oriented. I hold onto the handles, but it goes back slowly and smoothly. Getting back up takes very little effort. VERY IMPORTANT!It was rated very easy to put together, and it was!!!! That’s a huge issue. Instructions were good, assembly was logical and not complicated. Husband did it in about an hour or less and didn’t curse. ;)Holds up to 300 lbs (most are limited to 200 or 250) which just tells me it’s very sturdy.I can stand it up behind a door to get it out of the way. Not a huge space hog.My brother has the one you see on TV for about $700 and he hates it. No padding, no control over tilt degrees/speed, hard to get back up.I LOVE THIS TABLE!!!!!This product has literally changed my life!! My neck and hips are in terrible shape from years of abusing my back at work, in sports, sleeping on bad mattresses/pillows, wearing bad shoes, you name it. For me, a few minutes of inversion once or twice a day is better than thousands of dollars worth of chiropractic care. I no longer use a chiropractor and I am no longer living in chronic pain! I also use it stretch before and after exercising, which I can now do again because I’m not terrified of injuring my back any more.I cannot overstate the value of the decision to buy this particular inversion table, or the importance of the specific features this one provides for your safety and comfort. Two of my friends bought one just because they could see how much better I was after I bought it, and I couldn’t shut up about it. They are both as thrilled as I am.Pros: Cost; ease of assembly; ease and comfort of use; ease of storage considering size; not heavy–easy to push around; value to my entire body; no more chronic neck/back/hip pain (so I sleep much better!)Cons: None that I can find.[…]
Best present I ever bought. Short Version: Christmas gift, back and knee problems, high blood pressure, easy assembly, works wonders.Long Version:I bought this for my husband as a late Christmas present. He has struggled with back problems for years. I got tired of hearing his daily complaints, and when it started affecting his job and pain was running down his legs, I bribed him with some adult favors (T.M.I?) to finally go and get an MRI. I had a better chance of winning the billion dollar lottery than getting him to go to the doctor, so hey, sometimes you gotta hit below the belt 😉 He was diagnosed with degenerative disc disease and acute arthritis in his shoulders and hips. He’s 45 and I’m 36.But enough about us, let’s get to the table.PackagingThe packaging was great and the pieces were secure. No damage or problems whatsoever.AssemblyThe instructions weren’t great, but my husband is a carpenter and mechanically inclined and he was able to assemble it quite easily. If it would have just been me, I might have had some issues, but together we had it down. It comes with some wrenches, but if you have your own, it’s best to use them. The ones that come with it aren’t the greatest and bend easily. We put it together in about 30 mins, could have been a little faster but the kids just had to ‘help’. I’m pretty sure it folds up, but I haven’t used that feature yet . We use it every day, sometimes twice a day, so we haven’t need to fold it up.The Inversion TableFirst impressions of the table are wonderful. The table was sturdy and I didn’t feel any discomfort or safety issues using it. My husband LOVES it. He said it’s done wonders for his back and I can tell. Before I purchased it, he could barely move at times. His legs would give out randomly and sometimes he’d wince and just sit on the ground in pain. (He was a little more dramatic than that but he may read this.) I was hesitant to get the table at first because he has high blood pressure and I’ve heard that you shouldn’t use these if you have high blood pressure. And his BP is crazy high, many times both numbers are 3 digits. He always blamed his high blood pressure on his high pain level. So, we’ve been using it together and we’ve been going slow. (Please take it slow if you have high blood pressure. It still works.) The available inversion increments are 20, 40, 60, and 80. We haven’t gone past 20 yet. Even at the lowest level he’s seen amazing results. We started using it 2 minutes at a time for a couple of weeks and even though I don’t have back problems (knock on wood), I feel great after a couple of minutes on it too. It’s so relaxing. He’s 6 ft tall and I’m 5’8 and I usually don’t adjust it from his level and it feels fine for me. I’ve read a lot of complaints about the feet and ankle holds on inversion tables, but since we haven’t gone past 20, we haven’t had any problems, but if we ever make it to 80 I’ll update. We are now using it at 4 minutes each still at the lowest increment and we are both loving the results. We’ll move up to 40 soon for 2 minutes and continue to slowly increase our incline. Between using this table and a Turmeric supplement, my husband is 90% pain free and his BP is finally normal.Bottom line:Great price, great results, fast shipping, love love love it. To quote my husband, “I wish I would have got this 20 years ago.”
I practised yoga since 1969, but had to stop head/shoulder stands after fracturing vertebrae multiple times starting in the late ‘80s. By 1998, my back pain was chronic so I bought my first inversion table (the expensive competitor). I loved it, my pain disappeared completely w/i a couple of mos., and I continued to invert just for my general health. In fact, so impressed was I that for years I sold these tables through the wellness centre I owned and received a constant stream of positive feedback re. customers’ back pain. Then in 2014, I was diagnosed with late-stage glaucoma, rapidly losing my vision. I had to stop inverting immediately and reluctantly sold my table. My weak vertebrae continued to fracture and back pain became a constant companion again, so severe I could stand up for only a few minutes after 2 fractures in Oct. ‘18. (I don’t use pain medications due to multiple/unpredictable reactions.)After numerous eye surgeries, to my delight my surgeon deemed it safe for me to invert again. I found that the expensive model I’d owned before had replaced its mesh backing with a very hard surface I found far too painful. So I took a chance and ordered the much cheaper Innova. At first, there was a lot of gentle crunching and cracking with the gentle, natural traction as my spine readjusted and decompressed. I like the padded back and the added feature that allows one to choose the max. angle desired and work up to complete inversion. I have been inverting daily now for only 2 weeks (2x/day, the 2nd usually right before bed) and already the pain is diminishing dramatically, my posture is vastly improved, and I optimistically expect to experience freedom from pain again, as in the past.I am thrilled with and grateful for the Innova inversion table. No fancy “new & improved” bells and whistles – just a simple, solid, very effective and affordable piece of health equipment
A great purchase. I really love this inversion table. I have had it for 2-3 months now and have used it plenty. I bought it mainly for help with tension in my back, shoulders, and neck. It has helped so much! Honestly, I think one of the most helpful aspects that I started to notice almost immediately is it just gets more blood flow to those areas that rarely get any when they are tense and tight from stress. I even noticed it helping to loosen up my jaw, seemingly for the same reasons. The increased(forced) blood flow getting to those areas was almost refreshing, as again they are usually so pinched when I am stressed and wound up that are rock solid. Since this is my first inversion table experience, I will add that the best way I can think to describe it when I use it is that I feel like I have just had a massage. Again, I think this must be because of the increased circulation? At any rate, it is really sturdy, was slow-and-steady but easy to put together, and has delivered in all of the ways I hoped it would. Three tips: first, until you get used to it, you really do want to wear shoes with tongues so that you don’t feel much pressure on your feet; I am pretty used to it now, so as long as it is a gentler inversion my feet are fine. Second, if you are not used to inversion tables (as I wasn’t), you really do want to start off at 15 degrees, see how it feels, go to 30, then 45. When you are first doing it, I wouldn’t even suggest going about 45 for multiple sessions, but that is up to you. You will get a lot of pressure in your head, though, ha. Third, definitely be honest with yourself about how you will store the table. If left out, perfect, no issues there, but if you need to slide it under a bed or in a closet, really consider whether it is going to fit. I think the clearance I had read in another review (that ended up being correct) was that you need something like 17 inches for this to fit, meaning your bed frame would need to be 17 inches off the ground to fit your inversion table under it. I would get out the measuring tape before ordering if you think that will be an issue! And reply to my comment if you truly need an exact measurement; I am not near my table right now as I am writing 😉 Lastly, I think this was a great value for all of the relief I get for the price I paid.

Amazing Inversion Table – Real Results, No Freebies Here. I want to start off by saying that I purchased the Inversion Table with Adjustable Headrest, Reversible Ankle Holders, and 300 lb Weight Capacity with my hard-earned money. This review is based on my personal experience, and I didn’t receive any freebies or incentives for writing this. Now, let’s talk about the table itself. From the moment I set it up, I could tell that this was a quality product. The construction is solid, and everything feels well-made. The assembly process was straightforward, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The adjustable headrest is a thoughtful addition. It’s not just a gimmick; it genuinely adds comfort to the inversion experience. It’s well-padded and keeps my head in a comfortable position, allowing me to fully relax during my sessions. The reversible ankle holders are another highlight. They’re secure and hold my ankles firmly in place, making me feel safe even when fully inverted. What really impressed me is the weight capacity of 300 lbs. As a heavier individual, I’ve always been cautious about the weight limits of fitness equipment. With this inversion table, I don’t have to worry. It’s sturdy and supportive, and I feel confident using it.Adjusting the inversion angle is smooth and easy. I appreciate the wide range of angles available, which allows me to customize my sessions based on my comfort level and needs. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my flexibility and a reduction in back tension after incorporating this table into my routine. And now, for the real talk – the results. Using this inversion table has made a noticeable difference in my daily life. My back pain has significantly decreased, and I feel more mobile and flexible. It’s become a staple in my self-care routine, and I genuinely look forward to my inversion sessions. In conclusion, I highly recommend the Inversion Table with Adjustable Headrest, Reversible Ankle Holders, and 300 lb Weight Capacity to anyone seeking relief from back pain or looking to improve their overall well-being. This is my unbiased, unpaid opinion based on my personal experience, and I’m beyond satisfied with my purchase. It’s an investment in my health that I’m glad I made.
more improved over the last one I had great!
Seems to be beautifully-made and effective. I liked this inversion table immediately, even before I used it, as it is beautifully designed and made. A bargain for the price too.I took a full hour to unbox and assemble it. I have a very well-equipped mechanical shop at my home and used mechanics’ tools, tho the included stamped tools will do the job. I checked everything twice, lest any component of the table should fail with me upside down on it.I did not expect to have lower (lumbar) back pain, having passed my 86th birthday last December , without any back pain, ever. But, by late April, I was unable to walk much and even standing was a problem. I let a very good chiropractor work on the problem, but the solution eluded her. I went to a spinal pain MD (not a surgeon) and an MRI a month ago showed that the two lowest discs (between L-3 and L-4, and between L-4 and L-5, were failing and upsetting an adjacent nerve, causing my pain. I had waited several months for the physician visit as I did have pain relief from sitting or lying down and was able to ride my motorcycles without pain.At the chiropractor’s advice, I ordered the Innova 9600 inversion table and it arrived 4 days before my epidural injections. Per advice from Amazon reviewers, I began slowly, using 30 degrees for a minute and working up to 10 minutes, 4 times a day. I had some improvement in that short time, but then the epidural injections (2) did their (temporary) job and I was about 80% better a day or two after the injections.I continue to use the table 4x a day for 10 minutes at a time, with an angle of 60 degrees. I was more comfortable at 45 degrees, but I wanted more decompression effect than 45 degrees seemed to offer. I do not wish to go beyond 60 degrees without concurrence from the chiropractor.Bottom line, it now is 28 days since I started the inversions and 24 since the injections. I feel much, much better, but I accept that most of that is due to the painkiller injections. I will say that sometimes I do feel pain around my right SI joint and using the table, as I just did a few minutes ago, has removed that pain. So, some pain occurs even with the injections and the inversions seem to stifle that.I was told the injections can be effective from 3 to 6 months and it is my intention to do not less than 40 minutes a day on the Innova table and, hopefully, when the effectiveness of the injections is waning the use of the inversion table will have taken over my pain management.I was and am very grateful to the horde (41K) of Amazon reviewers who gave such excellent advice and descriptions of their benefits from use of this table.
Good value. Purchased an inversion table on the recommendation from my chiropractor to help decompress my spine. Having issues at L5/S1.This one had good reviews and the price was right. I received it a day earlier than expected. It was packaged sufficient and there was no damage to the table. I unpacked it and layed everything out. It appeared as if I had all the parts. The instructions were concise and the screws were packaged in a piece of cardboard with the steps labeled and pictures of the screws with the numbers. It made it very easy to pick the exact bolt or screws needed for each step. I put it together by myself, except for one step where I needed help, and it took me about 45 minutes. The tools were Included which was nice but they are cheap throw away tools so if you want to go faster then use your own tools. The step I needed help with was when attaching the backrest. I needed a second pair of hands to help me slide it up into the brackets and hold it in position while I screwed in the bolts. It is well made and easy to put together. I was using it within one hour of unboxing it.It took some fiddling to find the best settings. You cannot go by the height markings. If you don’t first find the center of balance it will take some upper body and core strength to get back into an upright position. The easiest way to do this is to adjust the height to a position where your hips are in alignment with the pivot point. Get in, lock the ankles down and lean back. You want the pivot motion to be slow and steady and you want the table to basically stop pivoting when it reaches horizontal. When this happens you know your center of gravity and the height adjustment is correct. If the center of gravity is correct then inverting will require just a little bit of help from that position and returning upright will also be much easier. Trust me, get this right and it will be a much more pleasurable experience. You don’t want it to invert and slam to the stop nor do you want it to slam into position when you return to the upright position. Plus it’s really nice to go back to neutral (horizontal) and lay there for a bit to let the blood in your head return to your body.I had to adjust the back to the highest position and my head is still at the edge. I think it is because the pads for the back of the ankle are too high and when I invert I slide down a little. That is the only reason I am giving this table four stars instead of five. I really don’t like the position of the ankle pads and grips. I feel they are just a little high in relation to the step where you put your feet. All in all, for the cost you cannot go wrong with this table.
A great, quality inversion table at a very reasonable price. This Innova 9600 inversion table is a safe, sturdy way to apply traction to alleviate back pain. It’s MUCH safer than hanging upside down from a chin-up bar with anti-gravity inversion boots. You can easily break your neck doing that. The inversion table is fairly heavy, and came very well packed in a sturdy box–all the parts were individually wrapped and protected with cardboard. It took me 3 to 4 hours to assemble it, but that was okay. I laid out all the parts (section by section) on the floor, took my time, and followed the instructions to assemble it section-by-section. I didn’t have any problems at all.The instructions and illustrations in the assembly manual were EXCELLENT! There were NO grammatical or spelling errors in the entire manual, which is quite unusual for products made in China. Somebody at Innova took a lot of time to do that, and I commend them on a good job. This is a solidly built, quality product, and will be safe and sturdy enough for us to use for many years. The price was great, too.
Good Product, Great Value. This is an excellent product for the price. It took a bit of assembly time, over an hour and a half, but all the parts were there and everything fit fine. The table is very comfortable and easy to use. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is the way it secures your ankles/legs. There is quite a bit of pressure on your lower shins which is very uncomfortable. If the U-shaped holders were only 1” longer at the bottom it would resolve this problem because it would make contact with the top of the shoe. I might end up adding some rubber strips to the top of the Footrest to alleviate the height issue.

Great for back pain but takes a lot of space. Fantastic piece of equipment for anyone dealing with back pain or looking to enhance their core workouts. It has been a game-changer for my back pain. By gently stretching the spine, it helps relieve tension and improve posture, which has really eased the discomfort in my lower back. The adjustable headrest adds extra comfort, ensuring you can customize it to your body for a better experience.Beyond back relief, this table is excellent for ab workouts. The inversion angle can be adjusted, allowing you to target your core muscles more effectively than with traditional exercises. I found that inverted sit-ups or crunches offer an added level of intensity, giving a deeper burn to the abs without putting too much strain on the back. The table is sturdy, easy to adjust, and feels safe during use. It’s also relatively easy to assemble. However, its only downside is that it takes up quite a lot of space when unfolded. If you have limited space, this could be a bit of a challenge, but if you can find a permanent spot for it, it’s well worth the investment. Overall, whether you’re looking for back pain relief or a challenging ab workout, the Innova Inversion Table delivers on both fronts
Once assembled, a welcome relief for back pain – also boosts energy. Have had this for awhile now, don’t know why I did not review it earlier. It came in a box with all parts clearly marked and with clear instructions for assembly. It did take me a couple hours to put it all together but I work slowly and methodically and actually read the instructions. It is very sturdy even after all the time I have had it (few years?). It helps my back decompress. It sends blood to the head which for me results in increased alertness, a benefit I did not expect. Bottom line, a quality product at a very decent price.

Sturdy, secure, and adaptable. This is a mid-range inversion table which requires some assembly. The assembly instructions and the tools provided are adequate. Construction is similar to exercise machines typically found in weight rooms and gyms. The table adjusts to the user’s height. It is sturdy enough to accommodate all but the heaviest users. The tilt angle adjusts from slight incline to full vertical. The foot pegs and ankle pads securely hold the user’s feet in place, provided proper footwear is used (I wear Uggs). The adjustable lumbar support pad is a plus. This unit does everything I need it to do, and I would buy it again.
Pretty strong unit, good buy. Works well. Easy to put together. Pro Tip: use a socket wrench and an open end and it’ll cut your assembly time in half. Holes lined up ok, material is good overall. Strong unit for the price. If you put it together properly and tight it should last the rest of time. Used it daily for past week, feeling better, stretching spine.

Finally have one. Installation took a bit of time. Like 40ish minutes due to confusing bolt placements but once it got put together its great. Before I continue: SAFETY is key. This machine locks your feet inplace and turns you upside down. If you are hesitant even just a tiny bit, have someone with you when using it. Comfort wise its alright. Pretty strong so far. Just be mindful where you use it. Hard floor recommended carpet is okay with a partner to prevent injury. This machine flips you upside down to help alleviate back and hip pain. Now idk how long you’re supposed to be upside down when using the machine. I wing it everytime I use it. Just be mindful to not be upside down for a long time due to blood rushing to your head. 30 seconds to 1 minute per flip.I have chronic back pain so its never going away even with the help of this machine but this machine does help reduce the pressure on my lower back for a bit after using it. My mother used it as well and she felt better afterwards however she does not have chronic back pain like I do.Machine has 5 levels of flip to use. I can handle level 3-4. Highly recommend getting used to level 1 first before moving to other levels. Level 1 still flips you over however you have the most support at level 1. At level 5 you’re basically free hanging. Be mindful and be careful when using this machine. Its supposed to help you not hurt you
