Works for My Pampered Puss. My vet put me onto this food several years ago because my baby had a couple of UTIs and I just could not afford the prescription food long-term. Oreo loves this food (I add a little warm bottled spring water over the dry kibble to make “gravy” and give him fluids; cheaper than canned wet food which does have a lot more liquid in it, admittedly, though wetting the dry is still better than just the dry). This way, too, if I have to feed him a little dry in a pinch if I’m gone for a few hours, I can do that. You can’t leave wet food out. Also keep water available. I think this food stimulates thirst to encourage them to drink more water. No crystals in his urine and no UTIs since he’s been on this food. Amazon’s pricing is competitive. Like human food, it has increased in price more than I like, but it’s still a good buy for cats prone to UTIs.
Cats love it. I have multiple cats from sixteen, seven and two; this works well for all of them. The senior cat loves it and it has definitely helped his kidneys. Very happy with it and would recommend to anyone worried about their kitties kidneys.
Cats really enjoy this food. We have 6 cats. Two of them have a history of bladder stones. And, of course, they are picky eaters. All of our kitties love this food! I have noticed a change in the quality of their hair. The hair is much softer and more glossy than with the previous foods we had tried.
Cats love it, no urinary crystals after use. My two Himalayan cats both love this food, and they are very pretentious eaters. I had to transfer to a urinary tract health food after one of my cats suffered from urinary crystals. He has not had a problem since moving to this and they love it. The price is reasonable and again it seems healthy enough and well enjoyed.

Feeds three cats for two weeks. We love this food brand to help keep our kitties healthy from UTIs however with three cats, the small bag at target wasn’t cutting it. We spent $20 on a bag not even half smaller! This is a great deal for how much you get, keeps your cats urinary health up, the smell is good, and my cats love it!
Flavorful, consistent quality and a long time favorite. One of the few brands of flavored coffee I can still drink without feeling I have consumed gluten. Thank you !!
All 4 of our cats love this food. Our 7 year old male has had some urinary issues. He is doing well on this brand. The Hill’s Prescription diet Urinary Care c/d costs more than twice as much! As long as our boys continue to be healthy, we’re sticking with this.

Great Especially for Male Cats. The Vet recommended this food when I took a cat in because it was having issues going to the bathroom. Many dry cat foods cause male cats to develop crystals in their urine making it painful for them to go. Since switching to this food 4-5 years ago, have not had any issues. Cat has been healthy. He likes the food. And no matter what bag size you choose, it can be easily stored into plastic containers to maintain freshness and making feeding simple.
Only urinary tract health cat food my cat can eat without throwing up. This is the only urinary tract health cat food one of my cats can eat without throwing up. I needed to switch to one because she got urinary crystals that were making it uncomfortable for her to go. I tried several other brands that all looked similar to each other (more yellowish instead of the usual dark brown) and all of them made her throw up. This one doesn’t, she apparently likes the taste and it cleared up her problem in just a couple of weeks so I’m keeping my cats on this food. As a bonus it’s much less expensive than the previous brand I was feeding my cats.
Box is very difficult to pick up. The food is always good, and my cat really likes it. The problem is the box that it comes in is too big for short people like me. I tripped and fell trying to carry it. I hurt my face and my knee. Maybe a bag would be a better idea.
Great product without the major label pricing. Honestly I was skeptical at first because this was not a cat food recommended by my kitty’s vet but I have used it for almost a year now and haven’t had any problems. Originally I had started using the more expensive urinary tract cat food when my older kitty had to be hospitalized for stones in is urinary tract. I had used the more expensive for over a year when I started doing my own research and found that IAMS made one so I thought why not and gave it a shot. Currently I have all three of my kitties on it and have had to problem with it. They love the taste compared to the more expensive one and my oldest cat has not had any additional stones since being on it. Highly recommend this product for anyone needing a urinary health cat food.
Great food for a great price. My cat has urinary tract issues. This is one of the few foods that his body can tolerate and he loves it!
Cats like the taste. After losing a cat to kidney cancer, my veterinarian suggested I start feeding the rest of my cats this product to keep their urinary tract, clean and working well when I first introduced this tooth cats they weren’t amazingly excited about it. It was a mixed reaction some liked it some didn’t even wanna smell it, but I left it out there and let them get used to it and now they love it. Every single cat loves it. They like the taste they eat it and the best part is that I don’t see any throw up of the product anywhere white. When you open the bag, it doesn’t smell like the cheap cat food. You know that smell if you have cats, you know that smell it smells like a good clean product the cats love the smell of it and because there’s no ground yellow corn in the ingredients the cats aren’t lethargic after eating it so their energy level and happiness has been really, really good. their urine has been consistent and I’m very happy with the product.
