Great for a lot of movements. I bought this because my school gym didn’t have this D handle attachment. It has held up two days of Back Workouts, pulling upwards of 100 lbs, the handles are comfortable and easy to attach and detach when required. Would recommend for single arm rows, single arm pulldowns.

No issue so far. I keep these as spares in my gym bag. My gym has a serious shortage of these attachments. They seem to just disappear when you need them. Having my own pair was the best decision I ever made. Just keep them in your bag and they’re ready to rock when the gym bros decide to hoard the other handles. I also like that they came with the two metal clips. Again, at my gym the metal clips also tend to disappear. I donated my clips to the gym and we’ve been good to go since. The handles have held up well and they are wide enough that they don’t rub against the edges of my hands. For the price, this was a no-brainer investment. Get yourself a pair!

Fantastic handles – using them on our Bowflex. These handles are sturdy, comfortable, and work perfectly on our Bowflex. Good handles. These handles have been great for me so far. The grip is good and they do what they are intended for. They allow me to do many different exercises and are very lightweight and compact for storing. Would recommend, especially for the price, this is a great product. Quality seems good and seems like it will last a decent amount of time.
These exercise handles were just what I was looking for. I wanted a quality product that would stand up to extensive gym work, and these fit the bill…quality construction, comfortable and reasonably priced!
Decent handles. These handles are alright, not the best but definitely not the worst and they’re fairly comfortable and fairly strong and have a spongy type of feeling to them if that’s what you like so I definitely like them but they’re not my absolute favorites!
Awesome Handles. I purchased these for greater comfort when performing chest presses and overhead presses on a Powertec Workbench Levergym. They work perfectly for this purpose, placing my wrists in a more comfortable neutral position and also bringing my hands closer together in the contracted position (simulating converging movement arms which the machine does not have). I attach these to “tree swing straps”, purchased separately and wrapped around the machine handles, using the included carabiners. These handles are surprisingly lightweight yet very durable, with very comfortable gripping surfaces. I am delighted with this purchase.
