Good Performance. I love the performance and speed of this laptop. It is working well as I need to use zoom and other programs simultaneously. Boots fast and has been compatible with the open software I use. My only issue it the lack of a an ethernet jack. I was forced to use ethernet (I am traveling) and used an interface which plugged in and provided the ethernet. Impressive speed BUT it consumed my battery in less than 2 hours. The power supply was unable to keep up but the demand (it was plugged in). If I power the interface AND the computer everything is fine. That issue is the only reason I give this 4 stars. If you are only using WiFi then this thing is fabulous!

Great EVERYTHING Computer. This laptop is super lightweight while still being the size and having the features I needed. The WiFi connection is great, superfast, finally using the speed I’m paying my ISP for. There is enough space to fit all my games and music on this device with room to spare for work projects and documents. The screen is bright (adjustable) and clear with quality speakers for audio. There is NO working microphone on this laptop. Another thing to be aware of is the fan. The fans inside to keep the unit cool and functioning are kind of loud. If you are sitting in a quiet room with no audio, you can hear the fans cooling down your machine as you are gaming. When I first got it, I thought something was wrong with it, but that’s just the fan doing it’s job. The battery life is true to the specs and the Windows 11 operating system is pretty good. I enjoy the graphic upgrade this computer gave some of my games and pictures. It also comes with McAfee web safety for free for a little while which is nice for peace of mind. Quality computer!

Very Good Except…. I enjoy this laptop and only bought it because my MacBook Pro’s keyboard is broken and I didn’t want to spend hundreds repairing an old laptop.Images are crisp. Had to turn off adaptive display because the lighting drastically changes when switching from one tab to another. Keyboard is responsive. Touchpad is so so. A bit clunky and does not compare to my very old 2016 MacBook Pro. The hinges look very strong. I only flipped the laptop once. I have had bad issues with HP laptops and hinges before. The hinges seem very strong since they are designed to be flipped often. However, it does make a noise when I open the laptop. Touchscreen is good but I haven’t really used it a lot. I have some issues scrolling in laptop mode. It is not very smooth.My biggest gripe is the battery life. It hardly lasts 5 hours with just basic Internet and MS Office use. It drains the batteries quite fast compared to my 6-year old MacBook.All in all, it’s ok. I should have spent a little bit more for at least a MacBook Air or just bit the bullet and bought a MacBook Pro. This laptop is more clunky than my HP Omen that I bought a year before and only use for gaming because it’s a behemoth. I usually end up using my “broken” MacBook Pro with a wireless keyboard/mouse or my very heavy HP Omen instead of this very newly bought laptop which should tell you how much I’m underwhelmed by this laptop even though I only use it for basic work stuff.

Nice Laptop for the Money. I have owned a lot of laptops and so far I really like this one. The screen is large and clear. The biometric scan works well with Windows 11. My only complaint is it is a bit on the heavy side and the battery charge doesn’t last as long as I would like.

Nice high end laptop. This was a Christmas present for my wife. She needed a laptop for her work from home job. She was initially hesitant to use it because of course she has to act like she didn’t want it. But I’ve noticed she’s used it more and more lately, to the point of nearly always being on it. I know it’s blazing fast, and the 1T memory is plenty for just about everything she wants to store on it. The screen is phenomenal!

Display came defective. Things to love- super fast, quickly starts.Things to hate- the particular item I was sent has a defective display. It flickers in and out constantly, eventually going completely off and requiring at times even a computer restart to come back on. It started doing this within 2-3 weeks of me receiving and starting to use the laptop. I went through HP support and the IT guy was super nice, but agreed after troubleshooting for over an hour that clearly it was a defect. He pushed me REALLY hard to buy an extended warranty, but I’ve never bought a laptop in this price range (over $800) and even with my cheaper laptops, they lasted a long time, so I declined.Well, I feel duped. Sent the laptop off to be fixed for free under the year warranty. It was returned and worked well for awhile. Fast forward to juuuust about the year mark, and the screen has once again begun flickering. It’s not as bad as it was before, but I can tell that it’s slowly getting worse. I’m incredibly disappointed and can’t believe I wasted over $800 on a product that has only reliably worked for about 6 months of the 13 months I’ve now had it. For the price, I feel like they should’ve replaced the laptop instead of doing what was probably a bandaid fix on the display issue. The support guy on the phone was really baffled about the issue also- so if it was a really uncommon issue and something he’d never heard of, how much would it have hurt the company just to replace the entire display?How pushy they were with the warranty left me with a bad vibe also- I’m not an overly suspicious person, but the fact that it started failing again right as the year warranty expired leaves me feeling distrustful of the company’s integrity when it came to fixing my product.

Doesn’t work – refurbished not new. So this would be replacing my previous HP laptop that no longer works. I like the brand and my experiences with them. Having said that, once I formatted and loaded all my personal files and bookmarks on the laptop, I connected my printer and shut it off, glad that I could resume my normal computer usage after being without for a few weeks. When I next powered up this ‘new’ laptop. I got a blue screen of death. Now this was not quite the same as the classic BSOD in that it had a few options to fix. It was saying it needed a ‘bit key’… never heard of one. Tried all the blue screen options; restore to previous restore point – couldn’t, brand new and restore point had not been set up yet. Attempted to follow the link to get this mysterious bit key code and the link did not work, going basically nowhere after several internet click throughs. Attempted the bypass option, that could not ‘be completed’. Even tried the old cold shut down and a warm reboot, neither would work. Its unclear if the problem involved the Microsoft Windows 11 software, hardware of the laptop, or both. Just a big disappointment and a waste of time. I did get a full refund from the seller, but I am not convinced this computer was not used or refurbished. The whole incident made no sense at all.

Great Buy Excellent Laptop. Receive the laptop earlier that the time given and we love it. Easy to work with and fast. We were so impressed with the sale, we bought another one for our daughter.
