I love this laptop. I bought this as a replacement for a laptop that died. I thought it was a great value just for the disk size memory size and battery life. The touch screen didn’t really come into play but it is nice. This laptop is fast and has amazing battery life. I am very satisfied with this product and highly recommend it. I use it primarily for RDP access to my work computer, and I can work all day remotely without having to plug it in.

Buy it. Laptop was received on time. Was just as advertised. Lightweight, easy to setup/ install everything it is working perfectly. The touchscreen is a plus. Good for the price. No complains thus far. Do recommend.

Modified Settings. The laptop works well, however, the seller has checked or modified something prior to sell. I had to contact HP to have warranty set to my purchase date.
Potato camera or low res screen. While I got what I wanted processing-wise (basic office work), I am very disappointed in the quality of the camera. I do many virtual meetings, and the video on my end is grainy and washed out. I have noticed that the details on the screen are not very sharp. Edges are blurred and it honestly hurts my eyes. I’m wondering if it’s more of a low resolution screen issue.I do love the touch screen option. It is nice to have for clients during appointments.

It’s just okay. It’s a good laptop, I’m not sure it’s worth the money though. Seems to run a little bit slow and the battery life isn’t great.
