Finally learned my lesson. I have had one or two dogs, at the same time,All my life! I have always loved and kept my animals until the end of their lives-considered them life long companions! Only the last 9 months I fed my dogs this canned food- their coat, energy,teeth, breathe… excellent..don’t skimp.. do the right thing for your loyal- feed them Hills! They are worth it!
Excellent. My terrier 20 lb was getting blood in his stool. I paid $150 to take him to the vet. My vet gave me these cans to feed him 2 days. I realized he has a very sensitive stomach and I needed to give him something that will be easy to digest. He loves the wet food I mix a handful of fry food in it. I feed him sparingly. His potty ever since has formed and he pottied twice a day with ease. I’m thankful to find this on Amazon. I have subscribed to it. I do feed him egg bland no spices and carrot for his crunchy urge as an alternative. Sometimes add boiled white rice to his wet food. He likes that. I don’t deviate too much from this diet. It’s working. Though expensive to do $4 a can. Cheaper than going to a vet. You can stretch one can longer than one day. Three spoon fulls of wet food plus dry food is usually enough. Plus treats and 1 minty 1/2 am 1/2 pm for dental care. Days he doesn’t eat the canned food I’ll refrigerate it in a clean rubber and give it the next day.
My Dog loves it. My 9 year old (human years) dog went through digestive problems a couple o month ago and the vet recommended this product, more expensive compare to what we used before but worst it. I have a chihuahua and a case last a little more than a month, I’m sure it will be different with a bigger dog.
My dogs can eat this without priblems. I like this brand, but I have another case that they do not like and I don’t know what to do with it. Did not order or don’t remember order one kind that you sent.
This is a game changer. My small dog had bad digestive problems until the vet suggested this product. Now she loves her food and her digestion is improved.Excellent product
Helped Fix my Miserable Pup’s Skin Condition. My aging rescued pup developed a food allergy that made her miserable. We spent a fortune on “novel protein” diets and allergy medications that didn’t fix her problem. Her paws were absolutely raw and bloody from the constant licking. We put her on HSD “Sensitive Stomach and Skin” formula wet and dry dog food, and Zesty Paws Aller-Immune bites supplements. Within a month, her paws cleared up and she was healthy. And she LOVES this Turkey & Rice Stew variety. They make the same SS&S formula in salmon and chicken loaf varieties, but the Turkey Stew is her very favorite. And truthfully, of all the dog foods she’s tried, this is the one that smells so good *I* would almost eat it – it’s that good. I absolutely credit this food and the above mentioned supplements for saving my best friend from absolute misery – and ELIMINATING all the expensive drugs and vet visits! I am sold on Hills Science Diet. It’s what I recommend to every pet owner!
Question on huge price increase. This is a good product and my pet loves it and wanted to buy this again but found that they increased the price…and found out that I can get this same product locally thru my Pet store at the original price paid previously. Amazon needs to check on why this. is.
My dog like this. Made a switch from the Id turkey to this brand all Hill’s. Do get my dog likes it. I mix it with the beef stew. My Australian Shepherd licks the dish every time since changing.
FOR DOGS WITH SENSITIVE STOMACHS I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. MY OLD DOG TOSKIE LOVES THIS STUFF! HE HAS SUCH A SENSITIVE STOMACH, THIS PRODUCT WAS THE ONLY FOOD THAT DIDN’T MAKE HIM SICK. GOOD VALUE IF BOUGHT IN BULK. IT’S NOT THE BEST SMELLING, BUT I MEAN IT’S CANNED DOG FOOD LOL! MY BABIES RECOMMEND IT THOUGH!
My dog loves this. My dog was having stomach issues and we switched to Hills Science wet mixed with their dry dog food. She has been doing so much better. It is expensive but worth having a older dog who is not sick.
Dented cans. Well received my 1st order. Needed to switch my yorkie to a low fat diet. Four cans were dented and one was popped open and unusable. I dont think it was the shipping as they came the same way as my old cans came. I think the tin is cheaper so they dent easier. But my dog loves the taste even tho it smells horrible and kinda lingers in ur house after u open it. I will order again but if it keeps arriving with open cans its prob not worth the money.
Morkie approved. Our morkie always had a hard time eating but we figured he was watching his weight. But recently he would skip multiple meals in a row causing him to throw up stomach bile every couple of days. We took him to the vet and they confirmed what we read online that he needs to eat more. They recommended to mix wet food in for him and give him an additional table spoon at night to avoid him throwing up again. We tried two versions of this brand for sensitive stomach and he liked this one best. This is cheaper than buying at pet stores in bulk but kind of expensive. Im just glad it works for our little guy
Great but expensive. My dog had a hard time digesting food & I found this & it worked. No more tummy troubles but it’s pricy. I only use this when she has issues.
Dog loved the taste, she “EATS IT” with the Hill’s Science diet sensitive stomach and Skin Dry food. I just adopted a Yorkie Szu who has sensitive skin and Stomach. She didn’t like just eating the dry food.I add the Hill’s Science Diet Can food. She loves it. thank you
My 9 year old chihuahua loves it. My ol girl lives with “low grade nausea” as so the vet says..she has sensitive itchy skin..and often refuses food at the smell of it. We’ve tried maybe seven different dog foods in her life.. She also just had a bunch of teeth removed recently. She’s old, she’s finicky, she’s picky, she’s a princess. Sometimes to get her to eat I have to put chicken in her other science diet 7+ senior food. I thought maybe this stew type would be better for her. More fluid in the mix to keep her hydrated. I topped the stew portion with fortiflora and some water, and a bit of pumpkin. She ate a serving at 9:30 in the mornin and finished within 10 minutes.
Excellent and healthy. I have an older dog that benefits greatly from this Hill’s Science canned food. I can see my dog’s coat improving and he no longer has watery stools so I will be a repeat buyer for this particular brand and recipe!
Great food. My dog will only eat this food and he will not eat anything else. He loves it and he has a pretty sensitive stomach and it works well.
Buy quality, dog food. It satisfies my dog’s palette , no digestive issues. Better quality, and dog loves it .
Pups love this food. Worked great for my older pup, her stomach was very sensitive to many products, and the Hills Science seem to be the best to help her out.
Absolutely makes a difference. 1. Dogs love it.2. Coat improvement for both long haired chi and Pom. Fuller, softer, even improved color seems to me.3. Decreased flatulence.4. Smells ok. Much better than previous brands I used.
