Overall great. These are reliable little things. I’ve moved them from house to house, wifi to wifi. Never had a problem connecting them or keeping them connected. Even in those moments where I had to update the wifi, the whole process took a matter of seconds. You can even allow the app to remember your wifi and password so it autofills when you get to the next device, making adding each additional one a snap.Mine are integrated with Google. I worked for Google, so sorry Alexa, ain’t happening, lol. Works flawlessly with Google integration. Some of the things that aren’t necessarily available in this app, are in the Google Home app. So I’ve never had trouble making them do what I want them to do.In fact, I even have a few other Govee products integrated into my system and working together. I’d say one of the most useful things on these are the buttons on the side. Should I be away from my phone, or the wifi is out, or Google’s being words I shouldn’t type, then I can just press the little button and my stuff is up and running.That said:They are way too big. One to a standard socket, and then a two prong plug without grounding is the best fit beneath. Power strips? You’re losing one of those plugs. It is probably worth mentioning that this has obviously been addressed. The newer models are horizontal and you can even plug two on top of each other in the same outlet. I gave those easier ones to my foster mother, but I miss their easier plug capacity. But then you have the probably of them sticking out, haha. Nothing’s perfect.Overall: worth the low cost. Reliable, easy if you pay attention to the instructions (and the CODE FOR THE PLUG) to ensure quick setup. I dig ’em.

Thumbs Up. Love Govee stuff. Had some older power plug that I brought before I understood the whole automated home thing…. They work for a while, but eventually start causing issue with Alexa and finally stopped working so I brought these from Govee. So far I have no complaints just like all my other stuff from Govee. Works as advertised. Connects first time, Alexa found/saw the items immediately, and they have stayed connected with no resets. Very happy at this point. The only reason I gave lower stars on the timer function it because it’s not very intuitive. It works, but could be better I think. No biggy… not using the timer function with Alexa. Would recommend and buy again.
Works great. Just got my Govee plugs and have hooked everything up and everything works marvelously. Setup was a breeze as I already had an account for my hygrometer. I got a bit scared at first as it wasn’t accepting my wifi, but I quickly realized that I didn’t capitalize the letters in my password….duh lol 😅 I was worried because a few reviews had the complaint of not being able to get the wifi to work. For those who had or have trouble, double check the password to make sure you didn’t make the mistake I did. I hope that helps as this really is a cool and convenient device.
These are great. I bought these as a recommendation from someone else. I use these for my grow lights for my plants. They come with an app that you can use to program them, and it’s easy to use. They are also Alexa compatible. I’ve never had an issue with them not powering on when they’re scheduled to. My only complaint about these is that you can’t plug in anything above or below these other than a regular old plug in because they are round and take up a lot of space on the outlet.

Works well and convenient. It was super easy to set up with Alexa. Got it set up with my neon signs and lamps. Only downside is that they’re a bit large so it’s hard to fit in multiple on an outlet. Overall the price is reasonable and works great.
Easy setup. Easiest setup of a IOT device I’ve had. It instantly connected to my phones Bluetooth and the directions in app were easy to follow and quick. The whole setup, including Alexa integration which was the longest part, took maybe 2-3 minutes. The response time of the device was insanely fast and so far has worked flawlessly. It is the smallest size smart plug I have found and allows it to be placed on a power strip and still be able to use the other outlets. I would definitely buy again and wouldn’t mind buying other Govee products.

Great product, better customer service. One of the four had a malfunctioning button, so it wouldn’t connect to the app. I reached out to Govee customer service and they sent a complete replacement 4-pack. They even checked back with me a week later to make sure things are still going well.With regards to the product, the main reason I purchased it was because I use “hey Google“ and I love how this essentially can turn any appliance hey-Google compatible (or Alexa if that’s what you’re into).Connecting it and labeling the plugs were extremely easy. Each plug takes about one minute to set up. I wish there was a way that the plug can track how much watts are being used through it, but so far it’s wonderful for my automated routines. Overall, highly recommend
