Sturdier than expected. I am new to grooming a long haired dog- our submissive, sweet dog went ballistic at the groomers!!! So- it’s up to me. I watched what little the lady did, knew I needed thinning shears and straight edges for around eyes, etc. Such a wide array and prices available. Thought I would get a less expensive set, then replace the shears later as needed. These were a great surprise! I first took out a very sturdy straight comb. Then the shears were equally impressive. Sharp, very comfortable and did the job well. I’m sure the price differential will show up in durability, but I’m only using them on one dog. Then I can replace the ones I use the most often. Overall, very pleased with the purchase!!

Very Easy to Use! Work Wonderfully. I bought these because my one pair of dog grooming scissors have become dull. I groom my dog myself. I can’t believe how much easier it is to cut her hair with these scissors! They cut cleanly and are easy to use. They are sharp but with the rounded tips and angles of them, I feel very safe in using them. I really love these grooming scissors! If I have one thing I’d change it is the rubber between the 2 rings to prevent them from clanging together. Because of my dog’s long hair, it caught her hair a couple times so I just removed them and all is well! I recommend this scissor set! Money well spent indeed!

Good stuff. You don’t know until you get these in your hands, but they really are professional Grade utensils. Solid tight and sharp. Now I just need someone to hold my poodle long enough to trim her face. Fortunately, the tips are all blunted so I don’t poke her in the eyes. Love these, highly recommend

Nice pet grooming set. This is a pretty nice grooming set, It comes with 4-different sets of scissors along with a very nice heavy duty comb. We have used this quite a few times already and the scissors are still very sharp. It comes in a very nice zippered storage case. Good buy!

These helped me take my home grooming to a new level. I’ve had clippers for years now, and have tried to save money by grooming my dogs myself. I’ve never had any lessons, and I think that shows in my results.I have miniature schnauzers, and the schnauzer cut isn’t easy. Something I’ve always struggled with is their eyebrows. Regular scissors just never seemed to work. That’s why I ordered these—they have scissors with an arch to them. Who knows if that’s what you’re supposed to use or not, but when I used these, for the first time ever, I got my dogs to look pretty darn good if I do say so myself. The comb was also quite useful, as this is sticker season, and those are pretty hard to get out.I think these are well-made, and they come with a little vinyl case that keeps them organized and together. I don’t know if these are what professionals use, but I feel like my dogs have a much more professional look to their cuts after getting these.

Nice set. Bought this for my wife who trims our dog between groomer visits. She says they work great and likes the feel of them. comes with a nice set of tools. good quality.

Perfect for Grooming. My dog is partially blind and stresses when groomed. No groomer would touch her unless she was sedated. I purchased these scissors and a razor to groom her myself to prevent sedating her. There are many designs to choose from, and they are sharp enough to trim with ease. This is a much less stressful situation for her as I can take my time and give her frequent breaks.

Great set for the price, works well. For this price we can do most of the grooming ourselves. We have a sharpener for the blades when they get dull so all we needed was sturdy, well made tools, so we are very satisfied. Fred the Destroyer (of shoes and pillows) loves the attention.
