  1. Worth it once all is well. I have now only had a fully formed one of these for about 16 hours after a week of …a lot of dumb. The one piece important item to pass on to you from that is to verify the mica heatwave guard is intact on the right of the machine. Be careful and do not tear it. Why?-Ge does not make the part for it. They’ll talk about ordering another size you can cut down but won’t verify it’s the same material.- They’ll also say you can use it without this guard, but don’t do this without research first. What I’ve found is this little piece of mica paper protects your machine and makes it last exponentially longer.- They’ll say 3rd party will negate the warranty while recommending you run it without.- Their CSRs are actually quite nice. It’s just the company policy is terrible.(My opinion on this is anger. A whole microwave should not be trashed due to a piece that’s built to be replaced….)I digress. Yea, I’ve only had it for 16 hours but I’ve run its paces to make sure nothing else is wrong. (I’ve been through a number of these now due to missing or damaged parts. Fyi: I was doing open box excellent/like new from all companies I was working with so I would not assume this is a base issue with GE but an issue with returned items not receiving a proper inspection for damage or missing items.)Now. Finally, what I think of it.Yall, I’ve never spent more than $50 on a Microwave. Granted, the original one I spent $50 would be more lile $100 now due to inflation but still. Considering you can buy a decent airfryer or convection toaster oven for under $100… this product is still more money…BUT as long as it is large enough for you (you can look up specs and the full user manual on GEs website…The full manual teaching you how to use it does not come in the box. It only gives you SOME direction. )It’s worth it.Why? I now have ONE device instead of three. It lives up to it’s name. For those of us that have tiny/efficiency kitchens this is HUGE. This alone makes it worth its weight in gold.It works. The baking function works. The air fry function works…and I’ve never had or used anyone else’s microwave where the popcorn function didn’t under or overcook popcorn….Even IT worksYes, the buttons are not lit …so place it at eye height, somewhere well lit…or get one of those USB strip lights to mount next to it. But tbh… 300 more for lit buttons (based on reading reviews of other similar products) just doesn’t cut it. There’s some great videos out there comparing different 3 in 1s and I feel like this one is being underserved for the more expensive ones. Which I’d hope for 150% price increase to be… 150% better… but I’m unsure what this thing would have to do better for that to be the case. (Other than needing a larger oven.)All in all…even if you struggle financially if you can find a way to squeeze it… do it.Potentially buy a warranty for it if that’s the case? They’re fairly cheap for a 2 year… I did.For GE if you need to warranty through them it’s a 6 to 8 week process. Yike. Idk about y’all but I can’t be without my main cooking source for that long. I purchased from Best Buy in the end (while at one point I had purchased from Amazon) and their warrenty was like…$25. Worth. It.And final note on the mica boards: I bet 3rd party mica boards are fine for some day when mines old and yucked to simthereens…. and then I’ll use one of those to keep this thing going as it’ll likely be well beyond warranty by that point. If you’re having trouble with your microwave definitely look in to these items instead of replacing your microwave… but if you want to replace it. Consider this.

  2. I appreciate the possibility to use microwave or convection . Defrost function very efficient, air fry acceptable. Against : clean the inside not easy.I recommend

  3. My microwave is better than yours. I’ve been using it 2-3 times a week for about 3 months and it has exceeded my expectations. 5 star review because this thing actually does everything it says it does! Who’d’ve thunk? You can safely purchase this. It’s even easier to use than the YouTube videos would have you think. (Mostly because it’s just a very reliable microwave with a capable toaster oven built in. The future is now.)I had a smaller competent LG microwave and a countertop Black & Decker convection oven (aka toaster oven with a fan) that may as well have been my brother. The microwave died. I was reluctant to get rid of my trusty Black & Decker along with the old microwave to make counter space for this but it was absolutely worth it.A couple of other reviews mention taking your time and slowly working your way through the different modes. Excellent advice. The following are test results in order of my experiencing them:Popcorn button test: 100% Nails it across multiple brands.Blindly adding time to reheat pizza test: 100% Nothing caught fire and the pizza was evenly heated.Pizza reheat button: 100% *chef’s kiss*Potato button(!?): 100% Everybody needs to know how to microwave a potato. It’s healthier, tastier, and more cost effective than ramen. And potatoesrule! If you weren’t raised with the ancestral knowledge of microwaving potatoes, this microwave has it.Using the pre-programmed thawing for frozen meat, and bread: 95% This is never an ideal thawing method but it works really well here. Nothing was actually cooked and everything was evenly thawed.”Air fry” some frozen nuggets (from frozen): 100% Sometimes you need those nuggets from the red bag and this has your crispy childhood craving covered.Broil some diy English muffin pizzas: 100% AGAIN! Why not microwave a mini pizza? The bread gets soggy. Why not bake it? In a small convection oven like this the toppings may blow around. I hope you have learned something.”Baking” a 9×9 enchilada casserole for 30min at 350°: 100% Good grief! I was very hesitant to even attempt this but the oven in my apartment is a joke and it’s summer. The cooking time and temp fell within the capabilities listed in the microwave instructions. Followed the microwave instructions for convection cooking and it came out great. Cheese bubbled on the edges, brown on top, and evenly cooked. Took it to a party.Microwaving a 16oz frozen lasagna: 100%…just because you can doesn’t mean you should. Thanks for reading! If you’re at all interested in it, just buy it. You’ll enjoy the thrill of having an appliance that delivers on its promises and your accompanyimg sense of superiority.

  5. So far, so good. I replaced a microwave I’d had for twenty years with this GE model. I was looking for one that would be easy for my blind mother to use, but I also wanted to try one with convection and air frying. I was worried that it doesn’t have a one minute or reheat button, because my mom really can’t handle anything complicated. I usually put a bump sticker on whichever button she needs to use. As it turns out, she had a fall and has been in the hospital anyway, so I haven’t had the chance to try it out with her.It heats very well. I have not tried the convection oven, but the air fryer is crazy fast. Once I figured out that I had to click #5 instead of #1 to set the lowest temperature and time, I was fine. I don’t eat meat, so I have to be really careful not to burn things like pizza, tofu or vegetables. One thing I’d change is the buttons, either adding backlighting or a raised surface. They’re impossible to see if the room is dim.

  6. Great for a kitchen with limited counter space. This is perfect if you have limited counter space, and do not have enough room for and air fryer and microwave. It’s easy to use and works well. The only thing I would say is the air frying times take a little longer than a normal air fryer in some foods. You do have to be careful to not touch the top of the inside of the air fryer while ary frying or after because it’s scolding hot, because that is where the air fryer heating element is.Also if you reheat food using the microwave setting, make sure the food is covered because the food will splatter up into the air fryer heating element.

  7. SO FAR, SO GOOD. Y’all!!! A microwave that microwaves, airfrys, broils and can be used as a conventional oven too?!?!?! I totally thought this was too good to be true!! I spent countless amounts of time reading reviews before buying this and then again after receiving it; psyching myself out- thinking that (with my luck) my new and ‘MAGICAL’, “air-frying, conventional, broiler, combination” microwave that made it possible for me to get rid of two machines and replace it with one, was most DEFINITELY going to catch fire the second I turned it on.. I’m thankful to announce that this microwave is not only everything I had hoped for but also, has not yet shot any flames out of it haha.. I do however, think that GE should have included the full manual with the product because I can understand how people would easily catch their new microwave on fire without one.To make things easier for my family and I, I ended up cutting out the airfryer cheat sheet that came with it and added to it, the auto cook cheat sheet that I copied offline and then I taped it to the top of the microwave for a quick guide. It should also be noted that your “express cook” and “add 30 secs” use the ‘microwave function’. As this info was more ‘trial’ rather than found in the manual.. Which typically wouldn’t be that big of a deal but, with this microwave, paper plates can only be used on the ‘microwave function’ and the crisper tray and wire rack can not be used on this function.. I have also found that the convection setting does crisp food a little better than the air fry setting..The CONS- air fry mode doesnt seem to crisp as much compared to my old airfryer & you can not cook as much at once like I could in my airfryer. Additionally, like others have said, the “HOT” tone is definitely a very loud tone and I have not found a way to turn it off – so, if you have sensitive ears than this is not the microwave for you.Aside from that, so far we are very satisfied with it. We made fresh bagels in it last night and they came out pretty great! Have not used the broiler mode yet so I can not attest to that setting. Over all, for a “cheap” yet multifunctioning microwave, (as long as you’re willing to read the online manual and follow directions) I believe you’d be satisfied with this one. If anything changes I will update my rating! Hope this helps with your next purchase!

  8. Très versatile avec ses 4 modes de cuisson (micro-ondes, grill, convection et friteuse à air). Très efficace, rapide et précis.

  9. Great microwave and air fryer combo. Bought this to replace a 20 year old GE microwave that finally died. Very quiet, spacious inside. Looking forward to the air fryer feature which I haven’t used yet but expect it will be a useful addition to make food crispy. The only problem I had was that the unit wobbled slightly on my counter but this was easily fixed by adding a rubber pad under one of the feet. (Strangely the rubber feet are only in the front with only metal stubs in the back.)

  10. Excellent Performance. I’ve had this unit for a little over six weeks and am using it daily. It heats coffee to perfection in 1 minute. It defrosts perfectly without partially cooking the product. I’ve baked a 5# chicken at 400 degrees, made brownies and cooked a frozen pizza on convection mode, toasted bread on the broil function (4 slices at a time with flip for opposite side), broiled a pork chop and air fried potatoes. It replaced my microwave, toaster, and my oven. When cooking for one or two, you really don’t need anything more. The only flaws are the lack of lighting behind the selection panel and failure to include a user manual. I deducted 1 star for making me use an alternative light and look up every question I had on line. Otherwise, I’d recommend it for anyone in the market.

  11. It is a very good Microwave. The functions are a bit confusing until you get used to them, there are no directions or a manual to show operations for the extra functions and its a guessing game for a while. The microwave itself is very good, quiet and efficient. I like all of the functions and it’s even cooking abilities. Great for just about anything from toast to broiling a ribeye. DISLIKES ARE THE COOKING RACKS. They are not designed to this microwave very good. The turntable is easy for the legs of the rack to fall over the edge of the turn table and get caught. There also needs to be a medium rack not just the short and tall one. The spaces on the racks are wide so food falls through easily. See photos: you have to take the small rack and lay it diagonally on the tall rack to avoid food from falling through it. But it works. The air fryer is slower than counter top air fryers, but it’s evenness in cooking is superb but it just takes a bit longer. I wonder how I did without this thing for so long.

  12. Works great love it and just the right size! Happy I have this now, during hot days, I don’t need to use the oven.

  13. Amazing Microwave & Cooking Features, Good Quality, and Great Price. This review is for GE B0C1N64KBX 3-in-1 Countertop Microwave Oven, 1,050 Watts, Air Fryer, Broiler & Convection Mode, 1.0 Cu. Ft, Stainless Steel. I purchased this microwave so that I could replace my GE Cafe Advantium over-the-range microwave with a commercial-style hood. This microwave has a large 12.4″ turntable with 13.98″ W x 9.49″ H x 13.23″ D interior cavity dimensions. These dimensions work out perfect for everything I have ever needed to place in a microwave. The exterior dimensions of 20.6″ W x 11.875″ H x 16.6″ D also worked out for the space I needed to put this. The power cord is attached to the upper right corner (as you are looking at the front of the microwave), and the cord is about 4′ long and heavy gauge. So, you may need to do a little bit of planning for placement. It was packaged very well, so mine arrived with no issues.I have only used the microwave feature so far and just a handful of times. This microwave is significantly more powerful than my prior one, which was rated at 925 watts. Now I know why professional reviews recommend 900 to 1,000 watts. So far, I have had to stop the microwave early anytime I used any of the presets. I will have to go through the owner’s manual and see if I can turn the power down for the presets. I never used any of the broil, bake, or speed cook features of my Advantium microwave oven, but I may try some of the other cooking features on this one. Also, it is impressive that this has cooking features like convection bake, air fry, broil, and so on. This microwave seems well put together, and it looks nice. Overall, it is a very impressive microwave, and I am amazed that you get so much for the price. There are some things that could be better. The front control panel is very glossy. It can make it difficult to read the controls when there is direct light shining on them. Also, there are limitations on the options the preset controls give you. I would have liked to have seen more options. The best controls I have ever seen were on my microwave that I replaced. It had buttons and a selector dial. It had a very extensive list of options for reheating, cooking, and so on. It was also a much easier control to use. I also need to see about being able to reduce the power for the presets.Overall, I am still going to say this is an impressive microwave that is made more impressive by the additional cooking modes. This 3-in-1 microwave oven is hands down a perfect option for dorms, break rooms, entertainment areas, or small spaces where you need the ability to cook/reheat. The price is outstanding, and the build quality seems good. Time will tell how it holds up. I will update my review the more I use this and if I get around to trying some of those other cooking modes.

  14. WOW! New World for Cooking. We killed our other microwave last month. I had toyed with getting an air fryer but we don’t have much counter space.Enter the AirFry/Microwave combos. I grabbed this one because of the many things it does and the many fine reviews. It measures up to all its tasks. The microwave function itself has come a long way. So even cooking and quiet. Love that the turntable is connected to a piece that is attached to the bottom. No more having the turntable flopping off until you get it lined up with those little nubs. It has less power than our previous microwave but it cooks faster and much more evenly.I just tried the air fry setting and it is a new world.. Perhaps all of them cook chicken breast pieces to this level of tenderness but I was amazed at the flavor and how crisp they were after 5 minutes.I have not tried the broil feature yet nor have I tried toast. That heat element does work with the air fryer so I will assume it has those things well. I guess since it has the brroiler feature that that is why it has the extra insulation. Very easy to clean after it has been on. One good surprise after another. Quiet and competent. The only thing I would have liked would have been some kind of manual to use if you have never done convection or air fry. I would also add what others have added: the controls are a bit hard to see. I will write them up and tape them somewhere on the side.Other than that I am very happy with the price and the performance as well as the size for what it holds. It is a keeper.
