Works good. I live in a rental sandwiched between 2 other renters. Although management does do a good job maintaining the grass cutting, they don’t keep up on the edging as much as I would like.I’m female, 5’5, 184lbs. I chose this tool because it didn’t require gas or electricity to operate. It wasn’t difficult to use at all and it did a good job! The cut grass just pulled right up, so I didn’t need a sidewalk scraper, and it just makes the front of my apartment look nice and finished. I highly recommend!I was not compensated in any way for my review.
Awesome tool for border edging your lawn. This tool is perfect for border edging a lawn that borders a driveway and sidewalk concrete. That way I don’t have to constantly go through trimmer line digging a trench while edging the lawn. I saw a picture of a reviewer that broke his tool using it like a prybar shovel. This is not for that purpose, it is to cut the lawn as deep as the tool, then you manually dig out the cut grass soil leaving a perfect manicured 1″-2″ trench around your lawn edges. This tool is plenty sharp to go straight in but you might need to water your lawn well around the edges if you have concrete type soil. If you use this tool as intended it will last you a lifetime. I used a old standard screw driver to lift out the edged lawn as it reached under the roots. I saw on Amazon a L shaped 6″ garden tool with a 2″ wide head for about 10.00 that would have worked perfect to get the grass and dirt out of the trench if I was to do it again on a neighbor’s lawn. I think it was called Eadwiella Weed Pulling Tool.
I like it. Really makes for an attractive edge. Grass is growing like crazy right now. I use the edger the and finish it off with the weed wackier. Very neat and easy to use.
Durable. I am in the process of replacing brick edging and had the chance to use this to re-edge the sides of my lawn areas. Love how it bites into the soil and the foot pad is excellent. The V shape is aggressive which works well with the stonier parts of the property. Really nice tool.

Good design and easy to use. I like this a lot and it works fairly well. I just wish it was a little sharper because some of the grass was hard to cut through. It’s a good size and weight and it’s pretty sturdy. Overall good purchase for the money.

Cuts the ground as advertised. It cuts the ground easily and the offset of the blade can be used in both direction depending on what you need. It holds up great and feels well built. I’m 6 foot 4 and it’s tall enough to use for me. Doesn’t weigh too much so it’s great for big projects.
