Great thigh work-out tool. I understand this is a Pilates tools. I was introduced to it through therapy. Simply put, I sit & squeeze this tension bar and relieve lower back pain. Great buy!

Good for the price. Not bad, decent quality for the price. Not quite as sturdy as other brands I’ve used. The handles wiggle a bit and the resistance is a little lower than I’m used to but I just do a few extra reps to compensate. Over all it does the trick.

Great ab workout – glutes too. I never thought that adding this to pilates would make much difference but it really does. Check out ‘Move with Nicole’ on YouTube. In Sept 2024 she posted a workout for the ring and it’s a great full body workout – arms, legs, abs, glutes… the works. My abs really feel it and this ring is solid and does everything it should. It adds great resistance and has some give to it so you can pulse it with your hand or foot while crunching.
