Strong But Rolls. Just got these so I haven’t tried every type of exercise yet–currently using the “Light” (blue) band for clamshell exercise–works out super well. What I don’t like is the material these are made from. A shiny sort of sticky plasticy rubber which rolls into an uncomfortable rope once I get a band up around my knees. Comparing to Theraband whose material is a soft rubber and does not roll–but I don’t think they make these smaller bands you don’t have to tie.
These are GREAT. I bought these to assist with a particular medical situation that I deal with daily and I am so pleased with the quality, not to mention that they are pretty in pink! The other colors are great, too, I’m sure, but the Pink is perfect for me! :)I am able to graduate over time to the stronger bands and that also is perfect for my situation. ,
Great for stretching and travel. I use these whenever we travel so I can keep up with working out, I use them for stretching my legs, and for PT on my shoulders. They are good quality and the various resistance strengths are great for everything I use them for.
Ankle to Ankle. These are short-bandwidth exercise bands that are great for post-knee or ankle surgery. I can put one end under a table leg and do leg swings with my newly repaired knee. The nice thing is that as I get further along in my recovery I can use stouter bands to improve my strength. The pouch is a nice thing to have as I tend to leave these bands in my office or at the gym
Great bands. Love these. Colors are great and bands are perfect if you sit at your desk all day. I recommend these if you need to get the blood going at home or at work and don’t have time for the gym!
The bands are made very well. The bands are really nice. They arrived on time and they are easy to use. There was a small instruction book included as well as a small carrying draw string bag. It is important to know that the bands are looped. I don’t remember reading that. Having them looped was fine for my application. I did notice that once you use them the dusty coming rubs off a bit and they can stick to themselves a bit. I haven’t been storing them in the bag so it hasn’t been too much of a problem. Note, I have only been using the one Red band. I would buy these again.
They work. I like everything about these bands. They come with a small carrying bag, each band is marked and color coded for the resistance, there’s a small workout chart with some exercises on it. Pretty nice for the small price you pay. I bought two more sets. One for my daughter and one for me so I can use two at a time. So far so good. I like that you can use them anywhere too. Nice if you travel. You can take them with you anywhere.
HIGHLY recommend. Last year I trained for a 1/2 and got runners knee. The PT recommended I get some of these to continue my PT at home. These are perfect ! Easy to pick out the right weight (light – heavy) , perfect size , comfortable around my ankles and quads , AND didn’t charge more for the pink colors !!!!
Miracle on hip and knees. I use this to support my legs as I swing them in a way that pops my hips and knees. Like I haven’t even gotten into using them to exercise yet and my money is well spent on one use. A chiropractor won’t get those spots for twice the price.
Pretty great quality… and I’m a personal trainer. I work in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and coach and these bands are great! For the amount of use they get, they last and keep their resistance much longer than some other loop bands I’ve used in the past.Almost every single one of my clients use them in their session and I train anywhere from 20 – 30 sessions a week! Plus, the price point is great and makes it affordable for me to buy a set for all my new clients to keep at home.Very great product and I will definitely buy again.
