  1. Did the job on my stubborn lab. Did the job, but I REALLLLY don’t like that you can’t adjust the intensity of the shock. I assumed since this is advertised for small and large dogs, the shock wouldn’t be bad at all. WRONG. The first settings I put it on was beep, vibration, and shock. First bark will cause the beeping- didn’t stop her. Second bark will cause beeping and vibrating-still didn’t stop her. Third bark will cause beeping, vibrating, and then a shock. I’ve NEVER hear her yelp and cry as loud as she did and for as long as she did with this shock. I immediately turned the shock off after that. She ran to her crate and stayed there for hours. She was terrified. The next day when she barked, she heard the beeping and stopped immediately. Even when she’s not wearing the collar, most of the time she’ll just do a low volume growl. Kinda like when your kid gets in trouble, they’ve learned their lesson, but will still talk back under their breath.Really sad this thing caused so much pain to my girl, but I only let it happen once, and the beeping and vibration seems to have done the trick after that.

Best Bark Collar I’ve Ever Tried. This collar fits all sizes, unlike a previous one I bought. And the results are amazing…better than any bark collar I’ve used in the past. I have an extremely vocal adopted 8 year old Beagle that needs to be trained not to be a nuisance both indoors and outdoors. On day 1 after receiving it, I set Tye beep sounds and Tye vibrations to setting 3 and did not use Tye shock feature. I put my Girl outside for some fresh air and a snack. She usually stays out there a couple of hours and after about 15 to 30 minutes and then barks almost incessantly. When I put the new collar on hee on day one she barked a few times and the beep started. She barked a little softer but still too loud to be acceptable so it went ti the shake mode (it beeps 3 times then goes to the shake mode). That did it. The barking STOPPED!! When she was ready to come in she came close to the back door and made a short, low pitched bark, paused and did it once more. I waited to see what he would do if I didn’t run right to the door and he waited a bit and tried his two low barks again. I think it takes 3 violations in a certain amount of seconds and she figured that out. So I let her in, took the collar off and praised her and gave her a treat. She hasn’t even barked inside since that one day.The second day when I let her out I did put the collar on her to reinforce the training and she behaved the exact way as the first day and when she came back inside and o took it off she has not barked once. I don’t even have to keep it out where she can see it as a reminder. I think I will continue putting it on her when she goes outside fir a week and then stop. But it will be sinething good to take when traveling and such in case she gets excited and overactive because it’s a instant Beagle bark is very obnoxious and unwelcome.I’m so glad I chose this collar because it has been a life changer. I would definitely recommend it. It is worth every penny and more for my sanity.

  3. It works… really well. We have a Border Terrier. He is NOT a cat person. Also gets upset at dogs he doesn’t know which is pretty much every dog since we live in an area full of short term rentalsWe did years of behavioral training. Little effect. His barking intensity freaks out the renters nearby. Finally decided to give this a try. We just have it sound the alarm and deliver a vibration. No shock. He learned fast. Now, if a cat walks by our backyard, he may do a short, mild bark. Then the device kicks in and he stops. No more crazy dog barking at the top of his lungs. The battery life, so far, is excellent. I’d like to be able to dial back the beeping volume, but as is, this device has made a huge difference.

  4. Works for my dogs. I have 3 dogs and a busy park directly behind my house. There are always people on the playground and sports events held in the field making the barking incessant. My youngest dog is 7 months old and if she sees other dogs or people coming up to the fence she will bark like crazy but not with this collar. My most senior dog of 8 years does the same thing but luckily they both hate the beep frequency. I haven’t tried the shock feature and probably never will because I don’t need it but the vibration works too. I set the beep and vibration feature to go off simultaneously, and it worked the first time they barked with it on. I then eliminated the vibration and it is just as effective with just the beep frequency. I have another shock collar with the same 3 features, I still only use the beep, but the fact that I don’t need a remote is the game changer. The battery life on this thing is insane too. I feel like I never have to charge it and I forget to turn it off all the time when it’s not on the dogs. I have the collar set to 5 which is the most sensitive setting.

  5. Works well, may lose sensitivity over time. I’ve been using this for several months now and generally speaking, I’m very happy with it. It has really helped to curb our dogs barking, and I appreciate that there is a setting where it does not shock them. Two things frustrate me a bit. First, the charger is proprietary so if you lose it, you’re out of luck. Second, several months in, the sensitivity does seem to be dropping off, even though I have it set to the highest setting. So it doesn’t always go off when she barks. But it gets most of the stars for me because it has generally worked well.

  6. Worked Great. My dog was having a lot of separation anxiety after moving and me resuming my work schedule. She had been howling and barking. When I got this collar, I first put it on her when I was home to get her used to it and got to see how she reacted to the initial loud beep. Then I started putting it on before I left. She eventually got into a good habit and now she doesn’t even need it! This definitely helped during her transition. Also I appreciated that the shock feature could be turned off.

  7. Works great for quieting our dogs. We initially planned on using this for our dog who barks whenever he hears something outside. We would not use the shock part of the collar, just the noise and vibrating feedback. After finding that this worked great for him, I took it off for the night and hung it on the door handle. I forgot to put it back on him the next morning and when he and our other dogs went to the door to bark, the collar noise activated quieting them all! Since then we have placed the collar on a cabinet handle near the door, which has worked like a charm. I am considering getting another one for our front door! This thing works great, holds a charge for a long time, and is a great deterrent for the price.

  8. Really, really works. I have an extremely anxious foster dog who barks incessantly at everything! It’s really going to hinder his ability to be adopted. As a desperate last resort we purchased this collar, as recommended by a friend. It works!! He learned very, very quickly to stop barking whenever someone walks past the yard, even if they’re walking dogs! We noticed a difference the very first time we ever put it on him. One day I forgot to put it on him yet he still didn’t reactive bark! It’s very sturdy and easy to place on the dog. He doesn’t even mind wearing it! I only put it on him when he goes outside & immediately take it off him when he comes back inside. He very calmly allows me to put it on him before going outside so clearly he has no fear of it. I am very, very pleased with this collar!

  9. Well Designed Easy to Use, Performs as Desired. I have generally had a lot of difficulty with things I order on Amazon that are electronic and small. Typically so shoddy and hard to understand that I have gotten into a habit of purchasing Asurion insurance just to make sure I can get my money back, and I have had to use the insurance way too often. So, it was a pleasant surprise that the FAFAFROG Dog Bark Collar is so well designed, and the directions to use it are clear to make the preferred settings and see them work so well. I have been using it for two months now. When I first got it, I was skeptical because of what I wrote above, and it has a shock mode using two plastic protrusions, that looked like they might hurt Coco the Labradoodle’s neck. So I thought of returning it, but Coco was still barking too much so I thought I better try it without the shock mode. The “jiggle” vibration mode works perfectly. Coco quiets down immediately. And when she sees people and dogs (her friends of course) she self-regulates to make low growling noises which are so low they do not trigger the vibration. (Also, you can regulate the sensitivity on five levels depending on how loud a bark you will tolerate.) I have also used the “ring” mode, and that is okay, but jiggle vibration is sufficient. I still have not tried the shock mode because we did not need it. (I would hate to shock our mini-dog person family-member.) A surprising thing is Coco actually likes to wear it. She cowers from all her other collars. (I think this is because the FAFAFROG Dog Bark Collar does not have a hook for leash attachment as it is not designed to be your main leash-attached collar. It is purposed only for signaling. So Coco never gets an irritating tug from me on the FAFAFROG Dog Bark Collar). When we go out she wears two collars. One for the leash and the FAFAFROG Dog Bark Collar for her to self-signal and self-regulate.

Yay we found one that works. Probably the 4th or 5th collar we’ve tried. This one is easy to use. We’ve had for months now and it’s still working. The battery lasts a really long time. The charger is unique so have to keep track of it, but it’s better than using the wrong amp charger on standard usb types. We only used shock mode one time and now it’s just sound and vibration and works great for our little barker. He’s even barking less without the collar on. Thank you Fafafrog!
