Great electrolyte. I would give it 5 stars but I don’t care for the flavor of any of them. I do like that it has the Himalayan salt and no sugar! It has helped me actually loose water weight. I do not have an accumulation of water below my knees anymore as strange as that might seem.
Use a shaker. Do yourself a favor and mix this using a shaker. I could not get the clumps out with just trying to mix by spoon. Ive tried adding the water first then mixing and vice versa with no luck. The shaker however does the trick. Flavor is good (raspberry and lemon). The individual packets were easy to travel with and made it convenient to bring on my 2 week vacation.
Works great. Required these for a weight loss program. They are delicious and do their job and flavors for everyone. Took away headaches and helped make me feel great. The first week on the program was rough, these were a life saver. I felt like myself within 10 minutes of drinking one. I would recommend for all ages when a product like this is needed.
Decent. I didnโt love any of the flavors they all seem to have slightly missed the mark as far as flavor goes but I appreciate the ingredients in here it doesnโt have any of the cancerous chemicals like some electrolyte powders
Worth it. I love the taste (Sportโs Electrolyteโs with zero sugar)!!!!! I plan on buying this again! But,two thingโs:I wish what I bought came in watermelon and or grape too! Second thing is it doesnโt mix very well ! But, I think itโs still worth it!!!!! *zP.S.-I tried a different brand that didnโt have Himalayan salt in it ;(just regular) the salt in this is much gentility & bio-available than otherโs! 🙂
