Nice jeans but color is not as pictured. The jeans are cute. They fit pretty much as all the other reviews have stated running a bit large. I ordered a size down based on this . I’m 5’7″ 180 lbs. The 12 is snug but began to stretch comfortably within minutes of trying them on.I was looking for a lighter shade of blue and ordered based on th photos in the ad. The “Blue” in the ad is much lighter than “blue 2” however in person the “Blue” turned out to be much darker. I’ve added a photo of the tag to show the color.I had also expected more if a cropped look. In my photos the front view shoes the cuff as it came right out if the bag. In my rear view photo I have rolled the cuff 1 more time. So they are longer than what I expectedI suppose the model was a lot taller than me.So all in all these are nice jeans but not at all what I expected based on the ad.Regarding the other reviews discussing a bad smell. My jeans have no odor at all.
Great jeans for curvy/mom women. I read through all the reviews and took the advise to size down for this style. I wear a 12 comfortably normally and ordered a 10 in these. More than I pay for jeans lately because they are such a hard fit for me now that I’ve turned 50 (I’ve had four sons and am shaped like a coke bottle lol) 5’7″ 160lbs. These jeans are perfect. I do not care for high rise anything and these hit perfectly mid rise-ish with the BEST tummy control I say that because it was secure but not at all uncomfortable at all! I have a 31″ inseam and these hit just to the bottom of my sandal perfectly. Great color. I did take the advice on a previous review and washed them twice before wearing them which handled all issues with blue color transfer. I did dry them after the two washes (I usually air dry jeans but they did well in the dryer and held their color nicely) Spend the money…if you are looking for a nice pair of jeans that help you look great and stylish buy these! (I also bought their white jeans – different style but they were equally great)

Runs large. I’ve wanted to try these for a while so grabbed them on prime day. I wear a size 2/26 in most denim. These are VERY “vanity sized”. The 2 is quite large. These fit like a relaxed/loose fit jean – there is definitely none of the “Ab-solution” technology holding things in, though I can see where it would work if they were more fitted on me. I wish Amazon carried the size 0 so I could size down and get the intended fit. I’m still keeping them because they are a cute loose fit, but I wish I could get the more fitted look.I ordered 2 of these and noticed the fit is different. The first pair was prime wardrobe and I planned to keep them until I noticed a flaw in the fabric that looked like bleach or distressing liquid had been dripped down the back calf. I sent back and ordered again same style size and color hoping they’d run smaller. The second pair ran even larger, unfortunately. I do worry these will stretch out too much as I wear them but for the sale price they will be ok for daily wear. I like the lighter weight denim and the stretch. I’m a teacher and am often sitting on the floor so they will be comfortable on jeans days. Amazon, PLEASE add the size 0 to your lineup (I know they sell it on their own website!)!

Buy a size down. These fit a little big. I have bought these before and the fit and comfort is spot on. The waist is flattering. I’m normally a size 6, occasionally a 4. The size I already had is a size 4. They seemed to be a little snug around waist, but still wearable. So I bought 6’s this time and, though comfortable, they are a little loose.So, short version of the review is, love them but if you are kinda in between sizes, go down a size. These will become your go-to jeans
Good for curvy gals. If you have a high hip to waist ratio then these are for you. They are not super stretchy though. I like that they are not skinny but not straight leg; they’re somewhere in between.
Fit like a glove. I am obsessed with this brand and style now! It fit like a glove on my body which is very hard to come by because I’m an apple shaped ,5’3 & 130lbs. I am extremely happy with this girlfriend ab solution jeans from Democracy. One star off because of the dye smell…even after several washes the smell is still very prominent.

Democracy, the big girl’s best friend. I am a plus size woman and I love the ab solution jeans. They have a stretch waistband and a built in panel that helps hide some things I wish I didn’t have. I have five different styles of Democracy jeans and love them all.
