Great idea, flaky timer, poor QC, and terrible support. There’s a lot to like about this unit: as an air fryer, it has the largest surface area I found, larger than the biggest Phillips or GoWise units (and surface area, rather than volume, is what really matters). It makes some delicious food and ticks some excellent boxes. Unlike the GoWise air fryer I had started with, but returned because the coating on the pan was coming off after only 3 uses, these trays are more durable. I debated whether to give it 2 or 3 stars, and overall I am keeping it so I gave it 3. But there are some pretty serious drawbacks. The first is quality control. On the first unit I had, only 2 of the 4 upper heating elements would ever work on any setting. (Note that only the outer 2 are enabled on some settings, such as broil, so that appears to be at least somewhat normal.) Moreover, the timer was wrong — set it to 10 minutes, and you get 14. Set it to 20, and you get 24. Very consistently off like that. On these grounds, I returned it.The replacement has working heating elements, but its timer runs 6 minutes long: 15 minutes gets you 21. This is very consistent. The label on the timer clearly had an inappropriately large gap between 10 minutes and 0, and this seems to be a design defect for the entire unit. I saw a lot of people here complain about the unit being too hot. I did not experience that, but it is possible that the timer’s inaccuracy would cause people to think that. The replacement unit also had uneven feet and doesn’t sit quite still on the counter.Secondly, the Cuisinart service. They could not tell me the difference between convection bake, convection broil, and convection air fry. Moreover, they promised to have a replacement for my timer problem at my door in 7-10 days. It’s been more than that, and all they say when I call is that the warehouse is “processing”. They said it could take weeks for “processing”, and it would be 7-10 days after THAT. They also outright lied to me (saying the warehouse didn’t have a phone; found the number on the Internet). So if you’re wondering about the different settings, here’s what they do:Convection bake: both bottom elements and outer two upper elementsConvection broil: outer two upper elements onlyAir fry: all 4 upper elements onlyThis isn’t clearly stated in the manual and Cuisinart doesn’t seem to know what their own product does. All three of these have the fan on high. The non-convection bake and broil have the fan on low but are otherwise the same.Bottom line: do not buy this for the warranty. It is so slow as to be indistinguishable from not existing. Buy it and a $5 digital kitchen timer.
Cooks great, not easy to clean. I waited almost a month to write this review.Pros: I’ve used this almost everyday since I had it. I’ve roasted two chickens, spatchcock and had delicious chicken in under 40 minutes. The air fryer basket is so much bigger than my original insta pot model, and for two of us, there’s room left over for anything I’ve cooked. Works great. Dials are a little wonky but turn them all the way to the right and work backwards to get to the setting you want. Being able to cook healthy dinners without heating up my kitchen is great. I think the last thing I actually made in it was toast and that worked out really well.Cons: every time I use it, I wipe it down with a wet cloth. Even using aluminum foil every time I use it, it’s hard to clean. I didn’t realize that the crumb tray also could collect grease and it was only when I preheated it a few days ago and there was a food smell that I investigated and pulled it out. The back of the tray was stained with grease. I pulled it out and tried to clean it. I ended up soaking it all night in baking soda and white wine vinegar. The same for the baking sheet, despite using foil it still has stains on it and while the soaking for both pieces helped, it’s not what I consider clean and it bothers me. You can’t use any abrasives on the trays or the inside of the oven so it’s a lot of wiping.I mentioned I cooked chicken twice and it splattered inside the oven, I mentioned it to someone and they said well don’t cook chicken, that’s ridiculous, I bought this to not use my oven when it’s 100 degrees outside!I think I’ll contact the company and see if I can buy another baking sheet and crumb tray to use when I bake because I won’t bake in that tray now, it’s just used as a rack to hold either the grill or air fry basket. So, yes it cooks amazing, it does not heat my kitchen, it looks great on the counter and the outside cleans easily, I wish it was easier to keep clean, and that’s a biggie for me, but I don’t regret buying it and I can’t complain about the quality of the product.

AirFryer is LIFE. By far the best product I’ve purchased for my apartment so far!The versatility of it is amazing! I love how there is a “crisper plate” to grill chicken. And guess what?! It’s non-stick. This product is so versatile which is why it’s my most used Amazon purchase from the last 2-3 months. It’s pretty heavy, but then again.. it is a toaster oven AirFryer. But it’s not heavy enough where it can’t be moved weekly to clean under or behind. I love how it’s stainless steal so it matches with all my appliances. The size isn’t terrible, I think it’s just right, for all it’s features but I do wish my counter space was larger.
Pretty good. Cuisinart TOA-70W AirFryer Oven with Grill in White – Looks nice in white. Tired of stainless bc it’s not truly stainless. Finger prints, oil and smudges become difficult to clean off of a stainless surface so i opted for white and it looks great on the counter. Con – the rack tips and slides out so easily that whatever is resting on it can fall right out. Best to use with silicone hot pan holders so you control the rate of slide w/o burning fingers. I did buy an additional easy clean pan that fits the rack for air frying, baking and broiling and it’s heavy so that’s what slides out easily. Pro – air fry’s like a dream in a few short minutes and reheats prepared food like a charm retaining moisture and flavor. Saves energy bc you’re not lighting up the whole oven or microwaving which is not cool. The included cookbook is useful. I would imagine it can be hard to clean the glass over time so regular cleaning would be better than waiting until it gets real dirty.…..its been a few weeks of use and the oven doesn’t heat evenly. The temp is off. Interior Design is not well done and the heating elements doe not distribute heat evenly throughout the oven so burning and under-cooking happens easily. Too bad.
Navy TOA-70 + ASIN: B0CSJYQMT3 = Winning Combo. I purchased this 8-in-one in Navy blue to replace a Cuisinart Countertop Toaster/Convection Oven that was 20 years old. It still worked fine, and even functioned as an “air fryer” by setting it to convection– even though the air fry concept had not yet been invented back then. The primary reason for upgrading to this unit is the larger size. Having experienced a high success rate with the Countertop Oven as well all my other Cuisinart kitchen appliances, it seemed like a good idea to stay with the brand. I WISH I could say it is perfect, but it has some flaws that almost caused me to return it. Some days, I still question myself about the decision to keep it.CONS:The drip pan/try is aluminum and permanently stained on the first use. Within a week, it looked worse than any of the baking pans I’ve had for more than 30 years. At this price, I feel including an aluminum tray rather than stainless steel is a VERY poor choice by Cuisinart. I purchased a stainless steel replacement for well under $20 (search ASIN B0CSJYQMT3) that is a perfect fit. This particular item is heavier than the two other stainless trays I bought at the same time (those each came with another fry basket), so I recommend that one unless you want another mesh basket. The dials are anything but intuitive. In fact, even though I am a proficient cook I find them really confusing. There are too many similar options on the third dial and it is weird how the arrow for what you are selecting is NOT at the top like the others. Additionally, the timer (far left one) is a dial that is not accurate like a digital timer is. (Think the old, stand alone kitchen timers that clicked loudly as you dialed in the time, and then continued to rapidly click for an indeterminate amount of time, then made a single BING! when time ran out… THAT is exactly how this one works.)This oven itself cooks very hot, significantly hotter than the temperature selected. I’ve learned to set the temp lower than suggested for what I am cooking. It warped the non-stick liner I had on my previous countertop oven on the first use. By the third use, it was melted to the bottom of the unit. That was fun cleaning up. From what I’ve read in reviews from multiple locations, it isn’t uncommon for the temperature to be wildly inaccurate- some lower and some higher. Cuisinart does offer a warranty and has replaced some for people who called them and complained. Personally, I didn’t think it was worth the hassle unless I could feel confident that I would get one that works properly- and I did not believe that I would be that lucky.Lastly, I detest how the tray, rack, or basket can only be partly pulled out (and not far enough to retrieve most of your food) before it falls forward and down against the door. My old Cuisinart had a stop when it was pulled more than halfway out, (in the 2/3 to 3/4 way out range). If you wanted to completely pull it out, you needed to lift it a little to clear the stops. That was far better from the standpoint of convenience and safety. Those are my thoughts and opinions. I probably would buy something else if given the chance for a re-do. If you have read this far, hopefully you have the information needed to decide if this would be the right choice for yourself.
Works great so far. Mechanical controls ftw. Most even toasting of bread and air frying that I have seen so far in a toaster or air fryer. The electronic controls on the digital machines seem to fail early, possibly due to heat. The thermostat knobs and mechanical timer on this one should be more durable. These things do get hot on the outside and the vent on the back needs to be clear of delicate walls or cabinets if you’ll be cooking something that takes a long time. Nice thing is: the fan is quiet but powerful.I have a SS fridge, micro, and dishwasher so this one looks great and blends in perfectly.Space may be an issue. Before this I had a separate toaster oven and a small basket air fryer. This oven is on the larger side when it comes to kitchen appliances. Think small microwave size. But when you consider the size of the two separate machines put together, well, this is about that size so I think it works, even in my small kitchen.Cook time for air frying raw potato wedges was FAST. Like 12 minutes. Otherwise, apart from toast I’ve done some frozen foods which cooked very evenly. The main trick is following the instructions on what level to place the rack, upper or lower, depending on how and what you are cooking.Only con: I can’t run the microwave simultaneously on the same circuit, it trips the breaker. It’s powerful 😂
Works great. This is my second Cuisinart Oven . I tried other brands only to be disappointed. This oven heats quickly and all settings work well! The air fry function is amazing. Fries are crunchy but not dry. Perfect size for my house hold, easy to use even my 91 year old mother can use it. (This was important when selecting an oven) I did get the 4 year protection warranty, it’s affordable and worth having! This oven does not take too much space and it’s not an eyesore.
Versatile & cute. I love this miniature oven…..it has so many functions & it’s just the right size for my husband & myself. The best part is the air fryer option…perfect.
An excellent product. You am amazed at how often I use this unit! It has surpassed my expectations. I like the air fryer basket. It’s easy to clean and the design makes for some very efficient cooking. I used the air fryer for bacon, and chicken breasts. It’s fast. It’s easy. I like the feature where the unit stops cooking when I open the door. The toaster function is efficient. The air bake feature is very useful. I like the way the crumb tray is easy to remove for cleaning. I had a toaster oven before but this thing is a game changer. I use it almost every meal.
All Kinds of Cooking, Larger Oven. I had a convection oven before but did not use it much because it was smaller than this and it only did convection baking. This new oven does all kinds of cooking, toasting, convection baking, regular baking, air frying, and even grilling. It includes some nice large baskets and a heavy metal grill. This new oven is wider and higher and fits up to 3 lbs. of food including a whole chicken. It is fairly easy to clean. I have not seen rust. I don’t get the outside of the oven wet. I like the regular baking feature because it was hard to figure out how long to bake on convection baking. It will fit a loaf pan for quick bread or meatloaf but won’t fit a huge dutch oven that I bought. I use a bigger oven for that. It also fits a 12 inch pizza although I like to cook those individual pizzas. My favorite thing to bake is six muffins from mix. That muffin pan fits great in this oven. The taste is good as in a regular oven but uses less energy. It fits nicely on my counter and I sure like having it. I bought it for a very good price.
This toaster oven changed me. I have never had a toaster oven before, so when my wife bought me this one for my birthday, I had to fake happiness a bit. It seemed like an unnecessary adult easy bake oven. Boy was I wrong! This thing has entirely replaced my full sized oven. And everything tastes better air fried! As an avid review-reader myself, I want to address a few of the concerns I had before buying:Handwashing the trays is EASY. All these reviews about it being hard have me side eyeing your kitchen hygiene… I clean it with a light soap scrub every 3-5 uses and it looks good as new after a month of daily use. Very few crumbs, 0 grease stains. I’ve spent less time cleaning it in 4 weeks than I spent reading reviews about how hard it is to clean. The manual DOES say you shouldn’t keep it under a cabinet, despite the images advertising it stored as such. And it does get hot, even when it’s only on for ten minutes. But it’s really easy to slide backward and forward on my granite countertops- it’s surprisingly light and the legs glide without scraping or screeching. I do pull it forward everytime cause I’m paranoid + live in an apartment with minimal counter space, so if perchance a fire started it wouldn’t be under the cabinets… but I do think it would be fine either way. It’s never gotten crazy hot.I bought liners with this when I got it because I was convinced cleaning the bottom would be hard and annoying. They all burnt up within 3 uses and left a waxy finish, even the ones made for this unit. Don’t waste your money. It’s actually super easy to wipe out and it cools quickly after use if you leave the door open. I have used foil (the manual tells you not to) a few times and nothing bad happened either.

Multi-Purpose, Efficient, and makes me look Handy. This product takes care of my cooking needs in a variety of ways! From my morning toast to broiling meat, this machine is on my counter and ready to go for each meal. It fits well on the counter, comes with a variety of cooking surfaces and the instructions and dials make sense. I use the convection oven most of the time for roasted vegetables and it takes very little time in that device. The speed helps you to eat more vegetable because it is far less time consuming than making a huge pan of roasted veges—-just right for one or two persons! I haven’t explored the air fry options yet but am very impressed with what I’ve tried and I am always excited to use it and amazed at how handy, speedy and easy to clean it is! I’ve always wanted a counter toaster oven and I’m glad that I waited until this deluxe, multipurpose option was available.

Cost is reasonable and quality of cooking is very good. I like the multiple functions to include: toast, baking, broil, air frying, convection cooking and warm. My only wish would be for a temperature readout so I knew when it has preheated. We love it.
I absolutely love his oven. absolutely love this toaster oven and air fryer! I had been eyeing it for a while because my mother-in-law has the same model, and she uses it all the time—especially during holidays. She raves about how well it works, and now I can see why!I used to have the older version, but it wasn’t as easy to clean. This new model is so much more convenient. I can use tin foil and baking paper, which makes cleanup a breeze. Plus, the older version always took up too much counter space, but this one is much more compact and doesn’t crowd the kitchen. The cooking functions are fantastic. The 1800-watt power provides quick and even cooking, and the AirFry setting is a game-changer. I’ve made everything from crispy chicken wings to perfect toast, and it all turns out great. It’s not just for air frying, though—I’ve used the convection bake, broil, and grill functions, and they all perform wonderfully. I can bake a 12-inch pizza or roast a 4-pound chicken with ease, making it ideal for everything from everyday meals to larger family dinners. The controls are easy to use, with an adjustable temperature dial, a 60-minute timer, and an auto-shutoff feature for peace of mind. I also appreciate the toast shade selector, which helps me get my bread just the way I like it.The oven’s capacity is generous, and it includes helpful accessories like an oven light, oven rack, baking pan, AirFry basket, and a grill—everything you need to get started. The nonstick interior makes cleaning up after cooking so much simpler, and I can actually keep it on the counter without feeling like it takes over the whole space. It’s a great investment, especially considering the 3-year warranty. Highly recommend this product for anyone looking to elevate their cooking game!
Daily User. Meets my needs. I use this daily. Pro’s: Not messy like my previous air fryer, it catches all grease. I don’t have to worry about it leaking outside of the tray. I mainly use I for bacon, chicken, burgers, quesadillas, pizza and similar. Frozen pizza cooks very fast so I always subtract a couple minutes and slightly reduce the temperature.Cons: If you cook oily foods and don’t clean the heating rods religiously, switching from air fry to bake/convection bake setting can cause it to smoke like crazy for a few minutes so I have to place it under the kitchen vent and let it cook off. Also, most annoying, if you need to cook something for less than 4-5 minutes because it isn’t quite done, such as bacon or pizza, it often stops cooking after about 15-30 seconds so you have to add a minute to the dial to get around this. This means that if you walk away, your food will likely burn. For this reason I wish I had gone with a model with a digital timer. It has more features than I actually use. Still a worthwhile purchase, I’m happy with it.

Es el mejor hornito y air fryer. Nosotras buscamos muchas opciones y esta es la meeeejor opción. Si funcionamiento increíble.
