Excellent customer service. I’ve been wearing these exact sleeves on my calves for about 2 years and they’ve changed my life. I used to get chronic muscle cramps in my calves, but these really help keep everything in check. Unfortunately, mine are starting to stretch out and aren’t as effective as they once were. I wanted to replace them, so I bought 4 pairs of these in December and received 4 individual arm sleeves that weren’t even pairs, yet the label still read ‘pair of size M legs’. All I had to do was reach out to Copper Compression’s customer service. They’re sending me the 4 leg sleeves free of charge and I don’t have to return the arm sleeves!Size wise, I’m just over 16 inches around my calf and I comfortably wear Mediums. I would suggest if you’re measurements are right on the line between two sizes like me, get the smaller size.EDIT: Ordered another pair in hopes that it would come before Copper could send the actual sleeves I wanted, but once again somebody beefed it… Copper said the issue is with Amazon’s warehouses, but I don’t know for sure who’s to blame, I just know I’m getting really frustrated that I’m just not getting the things my legs need on time.
Compression does not last through washing. I have only used and washed these once, but there is not much compression left. I bought these mainly for warmth while running so it doesn’t affect me much. Another compression sleeve is still very tight. This is now about as tight as a regular sock.
It worked great for leg cramps. I used these to help with night leg cramps. It helped. So did pickel juice.
Very helpful. These have been the most helpful compression socks I’ve used. I can stand for much longer now. I like that they are footless because I can wear sandals or nice cotton socks. The only downside is they are challenging to remove, but that is true of all compression socks if they are strong enough to actually do any compressing.

Great Compression. My wife purchased a pair of compression socks, which I hated because I couldn’t wear my own socks. The compression sleeve was the answer, as I can wear them and any socks that I choose. The compression sleeve is virtually invisible.
good stuff. I am 80 and walk about 4 to 5 miles a day. My calves were giving me some problems with just getting a little sore. These have solved that problem. At first you would think they would not fit but they do. Nice and tight, but not too tight.

Watch the size. I used the sizing guide to choose my size…measured my calf and ordered accordingly – WRONG! The size I ordered was medium (the add says if you are between sizes or if you want more compression order next size down) I received sm/m and it won’t even go over my calf. Went to local Wmart and they carry this brand so I noticed the sizing is not s, m, l, xl…..it is s/m or l/xl. Just be warned. Since I couldn’t even get them on I gave 3 stars across the board – I assume they would work if they fit.
Great customer service. I haven’t yet actually used the product, but plan to very soon. I have to wear compression socks daily due to recurring bouts of lymphedema. I wanted to try this footless style so that I could wear my thong-style sandals with them. After reading the cust reviews, and also checking the sizing recommendation (medium should fit 14 to 16), I decided to try the size Medium. Cust reviews seemed to indicate that this item ran large, and having worn compression stockings for a while, I know how they should fit. Unfortunately, when I received the mediums, I couldn’t get them even over my foot/heel! The package offered 100% satisfaction, so I contacted the company via email to ask what could be done. I received a prompt and courteous reply, promising to send me a new pair that were extra-large (the largest size offered in the item) and that I did not have to return the mediums – I could donate them or share with a friend. This is a perfect solution, showing utmost consideration for me, the customer. I highly recommend this company for its amazing customer service, and I’m sure I will be able to use the new X- large size (in which case, I will order more). Very happy with Copper Compression company!
