COLOR WOW Dream Coat Supernatural Spray – Keep Your Hair Frizz-Free and Shiny No Matter the Weather with Award-Winning Anti-Frizz Spray

Much heavier to handle than I thought. Review of Snow Joe 24V-SS13 24-Volt iON+ 13-Inch 4-Ah Cordless Snow Shovel, BlueUPDATE: Finally had snow, around 4″ slightly heavy snow. I used this on packed gravel and as long as I didn’t try to clear it out to the gravel, I never threw any. The driveway is only the size of 2 cars. Worked fine. I also used it on a 25′ x 25′ wood deck. The auger picked up loose sticks that were in the snow and tossed them. The rubber piece at the bottom of the Joe takes quite a beating on uneven wood decks but that part can be replaced. The battery life was better than I thought, it was down only 1 light doing both the gravel drive and the deck.I chose the 24V BUNDLE, which includes an additional 24 volt battery. This was very easy to put together. Follow the enclosed instructions and you’ll see that you attach the handle to the middle section FIRST, than attach that to the shovel part. That way the extra cord is easy to tuck into the shovel section. I had no problems, it was together in 3 minutes. The Rapid Battery Charger WAS included in the box, in a separate white cardboard box. I didn’t have to call Snow Joe for it. The batteries I got were both on 2 lights, so it took less than an hour to charge.I’ll update as soon as it snows. I was a little shocked on how heavy this is, even without the battery installed, so if you don’t have some upper body strength, you might have trouble with handling this. I’m also going to be using this on a gravel driveway, the auger looks like it has a couple inches of clearance before I start throwing rocks, but it may end up not working out for my needs. I refuse to pay $1500.00 for a 2-stage snowblower, since I only have to clear snow on a spot that takes up the space of 2 cars. Check back!

So far so good, charged and works. I will update this after it’s used in real snow but for now it worked in the initial charge test.Pros:1) Battery is easy to charge and attach and detach from the unit – that’s a real plus (I have the full size snowblower as well and the battery is very difficult to install requires a mallet to pound it flush so it will engage, and then a crowbar to get it back out which is too much drama IMO)2) decent size for days when full size blower is overkillCons:1) the 3 piece handle does not lock down tight so it has an over all wobble. No matter how much you tighten the wig nuts there is little change to the stability of the bar. I will most likely try to get washers to snug it up.Con which became a Non-event due to other reviews: thanks Amazon reviewers!I was reluctant to buy this because of the difficulty some reviewers reported in putting the three-piece handle together and getting the cord that runs through it to fit. That observation is completely true. If you follow the assembly instructions, you’ll end up with way too much cord left over to close up the connections. However on my unit, I was able to do it without any modifications by taking the three pieces and slowly connecting them a little bit at a time, this allows the chord to adapt inside the sections as you go along. Otherwise there is like 3 inches of cable/chord that prevents the thing from going together. One thing I would say is once you get it together, never take it apart…. Never…. Just don’t. I think I was only able to get it together because of all the warnings in the comments from other reviewers, which I really appreciate. I was prepared going in for a little bit of a Rubic’s cube moment and that helped. I knew trouble shooting would be necessary to get my unit together successfully. Lightweight, portable electric shovel. Shovel is easy to assemble and is lightweight. Holds a charge for a long time. Works well for lighter, fluffy snow, and not so well for heavier wet snow. Also does not work well once you have large snowbanks. You shovel in a straight line and the head doesn’t turn and it does not blow the snow high enough to go up on the snowbank. I end up shoveling to the end of the driveway, walking back up and then come down the driveway again. It would be better for something like a large deck where you can blow the snow off the sides.

Transformative results when used correctly. I bought this back in Feb and tried it a few times with rather disappointing results. I thought maybe the directions were a little exaggerated and I used it like other leave in products. Sprayed it into my hair, combed through, applied my usual anti-frizz serum and then blow dried as usual flipping my hair upside down. THIS IS NOT IT!A fewWeeks ago I tried it again because my hair was just a frizzy dry mess. I decided to follow the directions to the letter.I sectioned my towel dried hair that was still pretty wet. Sprayed each section LIBERALLY, like, more than I thought I ever should and combed each section through before moving on to the next. I skipped any other product in my hair which kind of terrified me.I let air dry a bit before blow drying with my giant air brush, again, going in sections and using tension and high heat.I was literally floored by the results! My hair was soft, felt like silk, was SUPER smooth and INSANELY shiny!!!!Since using this product the right way, my super dry, frizzy, crunchy hair has been the complete opposite. My co-workers all thought I had gotten my hair done at a salon, had my hair colored, had my hair cut….none of which has happened.My hair is easier to style and curl, it has bounce and movement. It glistens without looking oily.My only criticism is the design of the bottle. It’s not very ergonomic and the nozzle spins and I’ll lose my grip on it throughout application. So, I transferred the product into a different spray bottle that is much easier to hold while spraying.The moral of this story ladies and gentlemen is that you MUST follow the directions!! I can’t stress that enough. When they call it a coat, they mean it. Each section of your hair needs to be coating thoroughly and absolutely saturated by the product. Just spraying it into your hair isn’t going to do the trick. You also need heat with tension. Just blow drying won’t do it.Yes it takes a bit more time, but the results in applying it and blow drying correctly are worth it.I don’t notice a scent really.My hair just smells clean. I also notice my hair doesn’t get as oily as quickly. I was also surprised that no other products were needed at all. No leave in condition, no oil, serum nothing.

This has saved me masses amount of time in the mornings. No more bed head!!! I had my hair up in a ponytail yesterday. Took it out before I went to bed and this is how it was this morning. Virtually straight every time. No more frizzy hair to tame. The only con to it, I feel, is that it’s still quite thick and can frizz up a little in the damp air. No where near as bad as it use to but, I can live with that. Makes my hair feel healthy and amazing

It works well enough. I expected that my hair would stay smooth all day. It doesn’t, but it gets less frizzy than it used to. First, I let my hair dry a bit… so it’s semi-dry rather than sopping wet. Then I spritz the product throughout my hair. About 8-10 pumps seems right. Then I use my Revlon dryer-brush, which lets me pull my hair straight while drying it. I work a section at a time and then go over it again once more to ensure it’s completely dry, even at the roots. I may put a spritz or two of hair spray on my palms and smooth them lightly over my hair just to get the extra strays.My hair stays reasonably smooth most of the day in humid weather. If it “acts up,” I just brush it back down again. However, it doesn’t get bushy, like it used to. I can live with reasonably controlled hair. Otherwise, I look like I’ve stuck my finger into an electric outlet. Using this product means I don’t have to use a straightening iron on my hair, which always damaged the ends, even if I was careful. For that alone, it’s worth the purchase. (However, I still think it’s awfully expensive…)

Works well, but must be with HIGH heat. This is my second time using this product and second time around my hair came out really nice, silky smooth. First time, that was not the case, but I used a different blow dryer. This product doesn’t work well if you don’t apply very high heat from the blow dryer. I used a DryBar blow dry brush the first time and it felt like it had a film and looked pretty dull, but that blowdry brush doesn’t get as hot as other and most traditional blowdryers. Second time I used a tradition blowdryer and it came out amazingly.Both times I followed instructions exactly as directed, only difference was the blowdryer. Thought I would share in case there are others that have done the same and had similar results. My guess is that a Dyson blowdryer would also not work great because they don’t get as hot either.Super high heat isn’t ideal for your hair, but it’s only necessary when you use the product, since it lasts 3-4 washes, the subsequent washes can be with whatever you normally use and your hair will look nice. You just need the extra heat with product application.

Best Product for at home “silk press”! Updated. The media could not be loaded. My daughter has 3b-3c curly hair. Her curls form beautiful spirals and are very bouncy. I recently straightened her hair for her after she requested it and her hair didn’t last a day. It was already reverting back to curly the same night and she was so disappointed. I remembered we had this product and used it previously with great success so I convinced her to try again and this time she was over the moon. Her hair was silky smooth and so shiny. I could barely get it to wrap to put it in the bonnet at night for bedtime because of how silky her hair was. I included a video of how shiny the product made her hair. We don’t get these results without color wow. I love that it has heat protectant in it so I don’t have to add any other products to her hair and it stays clean and flows beautifully once we are done. I use a pea sized amount of biosilk serum on her ends to protect them but that’s it. No touch ups, no extra heat throughout the week. It literally looks like a silk press from a salon even though I used a regular straightener. The product is heat activated so you have to heat style. You also must apply it liberally but it doesn’t leave residue or make the hair sticky or greasy like some heat protectants do. I will forever recommend and use this product and the formula as it is now.Update: We have continued to use this product with great success! It still gives the best results over any other brand out there and it seals out humidity that causes hair to revert back to curly after the flat iron. I noticed some reviews mentioning a burnt smell, not so smooth results or a sticky feeling after using the product. This happens when the hair is not completely clean. Product build up is a thing. Shampoo more than once and use a clarifying shampoo prior to using this because it’s all you need. No oils, no leave-ins, no serums prior to color wow and styling. You can add oil or a serum after you are done not before and you’ll get the amazing results you’re looking for. Also, apply liberally means EXACTLY that! Apply it everywhere and not sparingly. I typically towel dry to 50%, detangle, section, and apply the product to nearly 80% just shy of dripping then go in with the blow dryer and a round brush under tension. Once it’s completely dry I pass through each section again with a flat iron on medium-high heat two or three times. This product has heat protectant in it and it’s heat activated you MUST use heat. If you aren’t getting silky smooth, shiny, full of body hair you probably aren’t using the product correctly or you need to get help during the styling so you can keep tension on your hair during the drying process. My daughter’s hair stays shiny and moves freely like a salon silk press for a week before it starts to get greasy from her natural oils from her scalp. We wrap it at night and that’s it. I never have to touch up before it’s time to wash it. Hopefully, this helps troubleshoot.If it’s sticky, shampoo until there’s absolutely nothing on your scalp or hair and only apply color wow.If it’s not smooth, keep tension on your round brush while blow drying.If it smells burnt, that’s your hair. Apply it liberally (meaning drown it) it’s a heat protectant you need that to keep your hair from burning.

Makes Rough Hair Silky. I have naturally wavy (not in the best way) red hair. Even if I blow dry my hair straight, it just doesn’t lay right towards the ends. Even if it looks ok, the next day it’s back to being weirdly straight with fluff/frizz at the ends. This helps a ton with that problem and my hair lasts for days after (I don’t wash my hair every day). It makes it silky smooth. I’ve purchased one for my other home and have the travel size as well.Overall, it just makes your hair easier to blow dry, shiny, and lasts for days. Highly recommend!

Probably great for really frizzy hair, but my results were underwhelming. I bought the Color Wow Dream Coat spray after seeing some raving TikTok reviews. I was hoping to help smooth out my color treated frizzy ends but was left a little bit underwhelmed by the results..Let me start by saying my hair is naturally pretty smooth/soft, it’s just my damaged ends that could use a little TLC. I have super long, straight, thin/fine hair that is prone to getting oily, and bleached ombre ends. With this spray, you need to apply it pretty liberally to damp hair, then blow dry until 100% dry. I usually air-dry my hair so this was work for me, but I trusted the process.The results? My hair was definitely shiny and soft. My ends still were frizzy, but maybe a bit less. I’m guessing that since my damage is the cause of the frizz rather than having naturally frizzy hair, the results were a bit subtle. The spray smells nice, and it does make my hair kind of water resistant but also a bit heavy and my roots got greasy quicker than usual (again, this is probably just because of my hair type but idk).The price is a bit high for such a small bottle, but for some people with really frizzy hair it’s probably worth it. For me, it really wasn’t all that impressive. I’m giving this 4 stars because I can see how this would help some people, but it just wasn’t the right product for me specifically.Hope this helps!

Great to smooth out hair. Have been using for an about 1.5 years and have purchased multiple bottles. I purchased it to help with my hair frizzy-ness in hot summer months. You have to apply on damp hair, I usually apply after I dry a it with a towel. I section it and spray liberally. I don’t section into four to be honest as suggested. But I it apply before brushing. I feel it helps to brush after to distribute evenly. I allow my hair to dry some more with product in it before going in with my brush blow dryer. Instructions say heat and tension must be applied to activate product. It makes my hair smooth and shiny. For me, it helps a lot but it doesn’t 100 percent help with frizziness the ENTIRE day. It makes my hair last longer but I also sweat a lot in my scalp so it maybe be me and not so much the product.

This has me in an absolute choke hold. I got this during the Black Friday sales bc it is a little pricey for something I hadn’t tried and didn’t know if it would work.For reference, I have very curly hair that is fine and super dense, like I have a *ton* of hair. I’m mixed (black and white). Usually I wear it straight (although now I’m seriously considering getting the curly version) because I struggle to get my curls looking sleek and refined.Anyway, normally I add a few products like argan oil and leave in conditioner, wait for my hair to air dry partway, and then blow dry with the revlon blow dryer round brush thing (highly recommend that too btw). Then I follow up with my babyliss flat iron. Normally the blow out gives me the body and shape I want but it’s still a bit frizzier than I’d like, so I have to follow up with the flat iron, but that kills the beautiful bouncy blow out shape even if I add in waves. They fall within 20 mins. Idk. Then I finish with an ogx dry oil or the chi shine spray.This changed the whole game. You definitely need to saturate the hair with it. Like make sure your hair is wet with it. Comb it through to make sure it’s fully and evenly distributed. Then dry. It’s super weird for me (and I imagine most people) to blow dry soaking wet hair, and I’d normally never do that, but this somehow speeds up the dry time.I was able to achieve the silky smooth finish I get with my flat iron while maintaining the body from my blow out. I didn’t need to use the flat iron at all. You CAN use it to enhance the anti frizz effects – and I considered doing that – but I loved how it came out without using it. I finished with the chi shine spray which I probably didn’t even really need as it was already so shiny and sleek anyway. This is like what I get from a salon blow out. Pic attached.As for scent it doesn’t really smell like anything. But this stuff works if used correctly.

Works well for frizz. Hair was Frizz-Free using this and definitely shiny. In the humidity, it didn’t feel greasy, and the size of the product was reasonable. I like the packaging of the bottle and quality seems to have held up to the reviews. Spray works well and bottle was a reasonable weight. Bottle was very expensive though. I would only get this on sale. Overall I would recommend it to others if they’re okay with splurging.

Favorite. Best hair product! I use this while drying my hair couple sprays around reduced frizz and makes my hair look and feel smooth and healthy, does not make my hair feel greasy my third time re purchasing this product.

Excellent product for reducing frizz. Yes it is worth all the hype! This product is just awesome. Tamed my frizzy hair even in super humid climate. My hair has the most beautiful smooth shine yet soft look. It is lightweight and not stiff or sticky. I will never be without it as long as they continue to make it. Definitely worth it! Last several days too. Highly recommend!!!
