In love with this. OMG, I am in love with this eye makeup remover! Especially since I’ve been spending so much money on Lancôme bi-facil eye makeup remover for so many years! I thought that in order to get the best product you have to spend more money because I’ve tried other brands and the Lancôme was far better than any of those so I stuck with it. However, when I saw Cetaphil for only five dollars, and knowing that it should be for sensitive skin, I figured I would give it a shot. It works like a charm very quick to take off even the most persistent make up. The best part is it doesn’t leave behind an oily residue. It’s like 95% unscented, meaning there’s just a very small hint of something but definitely nothing to worry about. It also doesn’t irritate my eyes. I’m just happy I found something that works and doesn’t break the bank!Update: I do want to revise this review and mention 2 things. First, I forgot to mention how there is no inner cap to let out only a little bit of a product at a time, like most eye make up removers have. So you can easily pour out way too much of the product at once if you’re not careful. However, I have a liquid push down dispenser that I refill, so this didn’t bother me too much. I basically just use a cotton pad to push down on the top of the dispenser. I basically just use a cotton pad to push down on the top of the dispenser. Second, my sister used It and she said it burned her eyes. I guess you just have to be a little careful when using it. I personally didn’t have that issue but I figured I would mention it and for those two reasons I’m going to knock one star off.

I have sensitive eyes and was looking for something that would take what little makeup I wear (a little eyeliner, mascara, brow pencil) off easily, no scrubbing, & with no irritation. After reading multiple reviews, I chose the Cetaphil.I have used this for many days (3 blurps on a cotton pad) and this is what I have noticed. 1] to remove ALL of the neutrogena mascara, I either have to hold the pad on my eye to let the mascara ‘soak’ or I resort to light scrubbing. 2] more product on the cotton pad doesn’t help remove anything any better 3] Even though this is oil-free, there is an ‘oily’ feeling that is left around my eyes. It does not matter how much or little product is used. 4] rinsing my face with water after, as the directions state, doesn’t take away that feeling. 5] this caused some of the skin around my eye to feel irritated and slightly red.Conclusion: a] does remove makeup, but seems to not do well with mascara b] have to wash my face after using to remove oily feeling c] somewhat irritating to skin. I can use this, just not everyday. You may have different results.
Nice but might be expired. I couldn’t find an expiration date on these. But they were partially dry — not real wet like normal wipes. They were gentle on my skin. And I would probably give them 5 stars if there was a little more solution in the package and they were a little wetter. The partial wetness didn’t seem to be enough to actually wipe my entire face effectively. But very gentle for sensitive skin.
Amazing. Does a great job of effortlessly removing makeup, even waterproof mascara. Leaves face moisturized and not tacky but you still have to wash your face afterwards as it can clog your pores. I occasionally get one or two pimples if I don’t wash my face afterwards and I have dry/normal skin.
Awesome product. I have been using these face wipes for years. I have very sensitive skin. I have had issues finding an easy sensitive skin make up removing wipe. As a mother with two busy boys I need something that’s easy to use. These wipes clean my face of make up and dirt and grime. I also am able to use one wipe multiple times to get the most use! I have not had any skin issues since using this product. I never run out of these in my bathroom!
Best cleanser ever. I’ve been using this brand cleanser for many years in lotion form. It was recommended by my dermatologist. For the last year I’ve been using the cloth wipes and I love them. If you have dry, sensitive skin this is for you. Takes off stubborn eye makeup easily too!
Removes all of my makeup without irritation. I have sensitive skin and these wipes work perfectly without irritation. They have enough texture to them to make me feel like it’s scrubbing deep to get every last bit of makeup and dirt off my face, but it leaves my face feeling clean and without irritation

The makeup remover is really good my daughter said after using itIt removes makeup quickly and effectively.Even though it is oil-free, it does make my face a little oily after using it so I have to make sure to clean my face afterwards.It is good for sensitive skin
Love this product. I have been using this product for 3 years now and love it. I have sensitive skin and this doesn’t irritate it. I like how I can gently wipe my eye with this and removes my eye make-up and mascara very nicely. I put this on a cotton pad. It is a little oily so I wipe my eye with a face wipe before opening my eyes. I do not notice a smell to it. I love how well it works and will continue to buy it. I highly recommend this product.
Love these wipes. These wipes are my favorite especially for my lazy days where I don’t feel like washing my face. Very gentle on the skin, the scent is light and it removes your makeup. I have very sensitive skin and have never had an issue with these.
Great product. It works great. I think it’s better than the high end make up remover. My waterproof mascara is very hard to remove and it wiped it off with little effort. I would definitely recommend it to people with sensitive skin. Love it.
Works well to remove makeup. These clothes are a gentle way to remove makeup. No strong scent. The cloth is strong enough to use without tearing. I will be reordering them
Works great. The only makeup remover that takes everything off including eyelash glue that is so stubborn you have to run your eye to get it all. I hate how stores stopped carrying this product but thank you Amazon for having it in stock!
Does the job. I like the size of the cleansing. sheets. It is also soft but very sturdy while cleaning. Also cleans waterproof eyeliner and mascara. This is my 3rd purchase of this product and will purchase again. I don’t mind the mild scent it has. Smells clean. I do wash my face with soap and water after I use.
Good product. This product works great And gentle on my sensitive eyes.. was using Neutragena make-up remover wipes but they burn my eyes.. Am happy to find a product that does the job and is very affordable.
Easy to use and it works. Pretty much like the headline says, this product is easy to use and it works well. I’ve used it both on me and my 6yo after Halloween and dance recitals. She’s had no issues with this remover because of how fast it is.
Love this for sensitive skin. Cetaphil makeup remover wipes are a must for me daily! They’re soft on my skin and remove all my makeup, even mascara, without any scrubbing or irritation. I love that they don’t leave a greasy feeling like some other wipes I’ve tried. I also use them to wipe my face on high allergy day outs!
The best ever. Love love love ….big thick towelettes….I can take off my eye makeup with no stinging…takes all of your makeup or daily exposure off. Your Face Will Thank You. These are the softest wipes I have used. The scent is pleasant, but what I appreciate most is how nice my skin feels after I use one— no tightness, no stinging— just perfect.I use two wipes— one just for eye makeup, the other for the rest of my face.Great product.
