Take your cannabis edibles up to the next level! This book dives into the science that can be used to make better, more consistent products. There are recipes, but this book focuses on the information and principles you can use to make any recipe into an infused or elevated recipe!

Topics include decarboxylation; equipment for the home cannabis kitchen; doing extractions with butter, oil, alcohol and glycerin; estimating potency and calculating dosages; making big batches of consistent medicated foods; making cannabinoids water-soluble; making topicals; formulation of vape e-juices and liquids; mixed drinks; candies ... and much more... download a free sample to see the entire table of contents.

Who is this book for? Anyone who is interested in the science behind extracting cannabinoids and using them to make consistent, quality edibles and medibles. There are many cookbooks available, but a scarcity of information about the chemistry and food science that can make marijuana manufactured products top notch.

This book has many photographs, charts, and tables; it can be read on mobile phones, but it is optimized for tablets and desktop computers.

Special introductory pricing for beta-readers until 4/20/2019; after that, the price will be set at the average price of a movie ticket.

  7. Cannabis Chemistry. Very good read … it does provide some great information for people just getting started in the area of making cannabis infused products. Can be also a little advanced for some individuals without a science background.

  9. Overall great reference. This is a very thorough treatment of the subject. The loss of one star reflects a couple of minor (to me) oversights. One example, the bottom of page 9 starts a sentence that is not competed on page 9, nor in page 10. Probably more of a problem with the printing operation than proofing the original text.Otherwise I think this book is a great source of information for the truly interested kitchen hobbiest or budding (•~) pro. Very well written, easy to understand, nicely organized. It covers method, equipment and some folk tails that may, or may not, be fact. It could use a bit of updating, but nothing major. This should be in every cannabis cooks library.
