  1. Fantastic elastic strap with velcro. I play too many computer games and my computer chair is not height adjustable. My keyboard and mouse are also on a keyboard tray that rolls out from my desk. The tray sits above the armrests on my chair, so I have to angle my arm up, then kink my wrist to be able to reach my mouse. My wrist hits the sharp corner of my keyboard tray and after awhile it starts to hurt a good amount.Don’t think that this is some sort of a splint with any sort of hard support to keep your wrist from bending, because it isn’t.All this item is is a long piece of padded elastic with a thumb hole on one end and a piece of velcro on the other. This item is great if you just want to have some sort of soft cushion on your wrist. Anybody using a computer mouse for a long period of time should probably use one of these. Yes, it does help alleviate the pain, but if you actually have a serious issue with your wrist where you should NOT be moving your wrist back and forth, this item is pretty useless. The strap has little air-holes, so my wrist doesn’t get all sweaty and gross and smell like eggs.I have two issues though. After a few weeks of use I can see that the stitching is coming undone on the edges. Also, after wearing it for awhile the thumb hole gets stretched out so there is no longer any support on the underside of your thumb, and you have to re-adjust the strap.Anyone having serious issues with pain when using a computer mouse should probably invest in a trackball mouse. I have one and it allows me to use the computer pain-free as I can put my arm anywhere I want and still move the cursor. For anyone else who just wants some wrist padding, this item is great.

  2. confusing to use, but use 2 ways. I broke my wrist (both bones and needed a plate and pins) and after all the bones healed and occupatinal therapy, this wrap helps me lift things and put some weight on it. At first, I thought I was following the written instructions, and I pulled one end through the hole. I placed the hole on the outside of my wrist and it functioned more like the wristwidget and other customized straps my occupational therapist had made for me (with the outside rounded bone protruding through the opening)–and I liked it that way except that I couldn’t get it quite tight enough. Then one day when I was ordering more wrist braces for day to day wear, I read more of the reviews and I understood that the hole was for my thumb–I had been wearing it wrong. So I started wearing it as the picture now shows (I really think it was not shown when I first ordered it) and I could make it tight enough, but I didn’t love having it interfere with my whole hand and I could not wear it that way all day long. Now I only wear it with my thumb through the thumb when I am in an exercise class lifting weights and the rest of the time, I merely wrap it around my wrist with the hole placed on the inside again sort of helping that circular bone part of my wrist stay in place the way the WristWidget which I also ordered keeps it in place. I feel the wrap gets dirty and wet if I wash my face or hands, so I will be washing it soon and I hope it keeps its strength and shape through washing.I still wish the wrap was designed to work as I originally thought–one end going through the hole and going back over itself. If it had only been slightly longer and more adjustable it would have been perfect. Using it as the picture does, I do find the hole for the thumb is a little uncomfortable and that is why I often wear it without putting my thumb through the hole and then it functions pretty well too, especially if I am not lifting weights in an exercise class.

  4. Using since May 2012 for P90X workouts. Good product but not great. I purchased this wrap back in May 2012 and have since been using it almost everyday for my P90X workouts to help support my right wrist. To give you an idea what I put this wrap through, I have used this wrap while doing regular push-ups, plyo push-ups, yoga, and any other workout that required me to apply any type of pressure to my right wrist. This wrap for the most part has helped alleviate any pain I would feel without it.As other reviewers have mentioned, the wrap does tend to loosen itself around your wrist over time. This can get annoying when doing workouts or anything active. The wrap also tends to cut off blood circulation in your wrist making it uncomfortable over time but this is only natural since you are applying pressure to the veins of your wrist. I found the only way around this was to take off the wrap from time to time or try not to wrap too tight around your wrist. Since I mainly used it for my workouts, I have placed this wrap in the washer and dryer many times. After removing it from the dryer you will notice that it will reform back to its original state because after sweating and so many uses it tends to stretch a little. Now at the time of purchasing this wrap back in 2012, this was the only wrap I could find of it’s kind that was affordable and wasn’t too stiff. Now that my Bracco wrap has become worn and somewhat torn I have been looking into purchasing another Bracco but have stumbled across another wrap on Amazon that I have purchased that seems to offer much better support and is of much better quality: “FirmGrip Athletics Wrist Support Straps Wraps Bands (2 Pack) For Lifting Crossfit Workouts Sports Men and Women” I have been using the FirmGrip for a couple weeks now and I must say this wrap is much wider than the Bracco that it offers a much better support for the wrist. I also noticed this wrap does not loosen over time due to a much stronger velcro than the Bracco and it seems much more durable by the feel of it. The only issues I have with it so far is that since the wrap is wider it tends to cut off blood circulation in your wrist much easier and that you are forced to buy a pack of two for double the price of a Bracco. I have not placed it yet in the washer or dryer, so I do not know how well it will hold up. The Bracco is a good wrap and I definitely recommend it. The FirmGrip, so far I must say, is the better built wrap. Also, you will notice, 99% of the positive reviews for the FirmGrip were from reviewers who received a promotional discount for an “honest review.” I DID NOT receive a promotional discount for purchasing the FirmGrip and have not left a review for it, not until I have used it long enough to give it a fair review.

  6. Lightweight, but not the most comfortable. It fits pretty well, but becomes uncomfortable after a short period of use. Lightweight, doesn’t feel like it’s dragging you down.

  8. Does what I needed it to do. Washable, can adjust tightness. Fair price.

  9. Works great for my carpal tunnel. I like that it is adjustable and washable.

  10. Great wrist wrap. I needed just a little support for my wrist at times. This works great!
