Awesome, stays in place – wish it wicked sweat better. Love this. I’ve wasted so much money trying to find a headband that will stay put in strenuous boxing workouts. These workouts involve intense moving around, sweat in disgusting amounts, etc. I wore this one night to boxing to try it out. Most headbands have sprung off my head during jump rope – not this one. So far so good. I hit pads, and got hit in the side of the head for not rolling under a punch. This was still staying put. I kept it on under my headgear – usually my braids come undone and bits of hair stick out from various openings in the headgear. When I was done I checked the mirror and everything was under control and I didn’t look quite so much like a playdoh fun factory.I do wish this was a little thicker material. It’s pretty thin, and while it stayed in place it lifted away from my hair enough so that it wasn’t doing much for wicking away sweat. Still, it’s much better than I have found so I will order more. I’m happy with it, and recommend it.
Can’t live without them. I love my bondi bands! They keep sweat and annoying hairs out of my face while running, hiking, doing yoga, and doing gardening/yard work. I dread any of these activities when I have forgotten to pack one. I didn’t believe my husband when he said they didn’t keep him warmer in the summer until I tried it for myself. I can honestly say I’m cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter with these. I had wanted this color for a very long time, but for some reason this was the only color listed as $16, and I could never find it in my local running store. As soon as I saw it conform in price with the other colors I snapped it up, and I love it. I prefer the three inch bands as the four inch bands look funny on me since my head isn’t that big.
these are the best. Love Bondi Bands, they actually stay on my head and pull sweat off my face and keep it in. the 3″ are a little better than the 4″ in my opinion as I typically will end up folding the 4″ over to double it up, its a little thick for my liking. most other headbands slide back off my head even with the little silicone strips. This doesn’t have the silicone slip grips and it doesn’t need them they rarely if ever slip off my head. They are comfortable, don’t squeeze my head and get the job done. I own several colors and wear them for working out and work since I work outdoors often in hot climates. I wore them all summer in 90+ temps and they were a staple in my work uniform.
Keeps hair back and sweat out of my eyes. I’ve been using bandanas to keep my sweat from falling into my eyes and they would always get sweaty and gross while often needing to be re adjusted. I have unsuccessfully tried some bands, but really have fallen in love with these bondi bands! They are significantly cheaper than the Junk brand but work the same- maybe even better (they just don’t have the same designs).I see a lot of reviews of people saying it slips, however I have never had this problem, I wear the band on my forehead, so it is about half on my skin and half on my hair. Does a great job absorbing and wicking sweat away, while keeping my hair in place. I’ve even ordered additional colors!
done the job. just wasn’t what I needed. I bought this item to keep my wild crazy baby hairs out of my face.. but it wouldn’t stay in place.. kept sliding backwards eventually just hanging onto my ponytail.. as long as I didn’t do much moving its fine..
