Great for sensitive tummies. My dog has such a delicate stomach and the specialty food to do allergy trials was ridiculously high priced. This has done great for her and is much more reasonably priced. Amazon subscription saves me 1 hour round trips since it’s not available in my rural town.

Update, 6 months later. My Boxer still loves it, but the last month and a half she’s been having digestive problems… Blood in her stools. At first we thought she may have eaten some of the tiny toads that are everywhere this year… But after tests, special healing diet (coconut oil, raw egg and sweet potatoes) she was doing great, so a couple weeks ago she started back on her regular food… This time she didn’t take months to have problems. We (vet and I) both decided she should go back on her prior food. This time supplemented with coconut oil, egg and sweet potatoes… To control the intermented loose stools she had with her prior food.I’m only following up because if you have a Boxer with the allergies that often goes with this breed to watch your dogs stool carefully. This is an excellent company, but my dog is extremely sensitive to various foods.This is my 1st review…I had been using another allergy/ sensitive stomach food, but wasn’t really happy (cost has increastd by 30%). I started this brand last month… the transition was seamless!She’s doing well at 3 yrs with no intermitted loose stools! She’s a happy puppy and is up to the high energy a boxer should have!

Worked amazingly. Our recently adopted golden mix was having serious stomach issues – loose stool, urgency to go, etc. We started her on Purina Pro Plan after adoption and we were worried she had some sort of pre-existing condition. Our vet took tests and prescribed meds and nothing seemed to work. Eventually we thought that maybe it was a food issue and decided to switch her to this kibble and boy, I’m glad we did. Her stool looked perfect after a couple of days and no urgent 5am wake ups sprinting out the door. This food has been a game changer for us, but our dog is happier, healthier, and better for it. If you suspect your dog may have a sensitive stomach definitely give this a try. This will now be on auto ship for the foreseeable future.

So far it’s working. I have a 4 year old Boston Terrier who suffers from numerous issues. We have tried various foods for sensitive stomach and this one has worked the best. He had vomiting, wicked gas, dry skin with dandruff and rough fur. Beau has been on this food for a little over 3 years and I am glad I decided to try it. He rarely vomits anymore, gas does not smell most of the time and his fur is super shiny with no dandruff.

Excellent for sensitive tummy,& not bad for skin/coat 😁. Changed from skin,& coat version as it upset a balanced gi tract. This version works great for sensitive tummy,& works well for skin/coat!!!

My dog is loving this. I will only feed Blue Buffalo to my dachshund. He is older and I recently noticed he wasn’t digesting the Blue Adult Life Protection chicken and brown rice anymore, so I was thrilled to find this Blissful Belly formula. I am now on my second bag and knock on wood, his digestion issues are no longer. It may cost a little more but it is not as expensive as prescription food and it is definitely worth it to see my dog begging to eat once

Finally Found a Winner for Our Picky Eater. Anyone with a fussy dog knows the struggle – you buy a big bag of food, they eat it for three days, then suddenly decide it’s beneath them. Well, this brand has somehow broken our picky eater’s record for consistently eating the same food – we’re talking months here, not days!The Victory:Dog actually finishes his meals (miracle!)No more sad puppy eyes asking for different foodHasn’t gotten bored of it (yet)Digests well (no stomach issues)The Only Downside:Limited flavor options (come on, give us more varieties!)Would love to rotate flavors to keep things interestingFor reference, our furry food critic has rejected about a dozen “premium” brands before this one. Life saving for pups with persistent tummy issues. This dog food solved 95% of my dogs tummy troubles. I had my dog on puppy food up until I ordered this. He is 7 months old, and they say to keep your puppy on specific puppy food until at least 9 months old, but I made the switch early and I am SO glad I did. He was suffering from vomiting, gas, and his poop was always soft or watery. This solved all of those things immediately after the first day of switching over. I am so glad I found this for my dog. He has had so much relief! The only part I don’t love is that the bag isn’t resealable as I’ve seen in the past with other foods, so you will have to buy a container in order to keep the food fresh.
