My dog loves this. Helpful for different dietary issues. Before reading I do mention my dog’s stomach issues, I’m speaking on the positive for the brand and this particular item, so if you have a problem reading it, please go to another great review but know that this is a great buy for you and your small furry adult.I have a 15 year old Yorkie-poo and he adores this food. I use to give him beneful and pedigree years ago. Both for some reason made him constantly sick. My little man would eat then start coughing up mucus and throwing his food back up. He didn’t even want to eat his food, he would let it sit after awhile. He knew how he would feel after eating it and just said no most times. His his vet offered him to change foods that’s when I went from the beneful to pedigree due to people telling me how great it was for their dog and has less stomach issues. I did for a few months and It seemed better, less of him being sick but he still was very gassy. Then deciding to keep looking into stuff to help, my mom told me about blu Buffalo brand. She sent me a link to their website and a we went from there ( you can read up on different foods, wet and dry on their site) I went to the store an was suggested the small breed adult formula since at this time he was about 6 years old. We have never looked back. Within the first 2 weeks weening him from pedigree he was still a little sick but not as much. Within the month he was doing much better. I took him back to the vet a few months later an he was fine, no more bringing up the food or constant gassiness. He actually started eating up the food quickly compared to having to leave the food out since he would never eat when I scheduled him to eat it. Afterwards the food wasn’t in there more then 5 mins lol I do have to say that most ingredients in the other brands weren’t all that great for my dog and (Al lot of other dogs) so I do want to point that out but overall I can’t complain and I have a happy little furry senior citizen. Overall this is a great brand, I have tried the wet foods as well an since he’s older I do blend the dry up in a blender and give it to him. He loves it even more.Only con I have is probably like everyone else might have pointed out. It’s not about the food itself but the price. I know everything has gone up, but I use to pay about $24 for 15lbs now I’ll be lucky if I find one at $38. An Amazon has had vendors upwards as $45-$65 Which is ridiculous. It’s not about buying the best or buying what your dog needs when people are literally hiking up the price in general to help their pockets. This is Just for anyone that says the price is worth it for their fur baby.
My dog like this brand. My dog has tried other dog food but this is her favorite. She is a smaller bread and I love that Blue Buffalo has a small bread dog food, smaller for her to chew. My doggie is a happy camper!
Finally a food our ‘kids’ were excited to consume and quickly. We have two emotional support doggies (rescue poodles) so hard to interest then in food (aside for steak or chicken) Papa put small amounts of this in their bowls and they came to attention and quickly, eagerly consumed it all and 2nd serving.
What’s with the tiny dark round pieces. Our little Havaton likes this food, but then it’s the only one she’s ever had. When I dog sit my sister in law’s Yorkie she spits out the little pieces. They look like cloves, but obviously they aren’t. Now my labradoodle granddog does the same. The other one like the whole meal deal There’s no accounting for taste, I guess.
My Dog Loves This. I have bought different flavors of this brand and my dog loves them all. He has no problems at all with switching to different flavors.
My dog likes it so far. Blue Buffalo is recommended from a lot of vets. Just make sure you read all ingredients on dog food. This one breaks it down for you.

My dog loves it but the bag seal is not great. My vet recommended this brand and my dog loves it. I’ve bought multiple bags and each one of them starts out fine, and then the plastic “ziploc” seal never holds up until the end of the bag. It always rips off of one side. That’s my only issue.
Our little picky eater became a Blue Buffalo fan. Blue Buffalo Adult dog small breed dry food is a winner. We bought the chicken with brown rice. Our pup had grown tired of Science Diet and lately would not finish her meal.The Blue Buffalo smells fresh, and she finishes every bit. Great product. Would definitely recommend it.

Great ingredients, low protein, fair price. I like that it’s low protein. I have an 18 yr. old and needs to be on a low protein for her kidneys. The food that the vet recommends is Hills and the #1 ingredient is corn… so stupid. My dogs are small and wouldn’t eat it at first, but I just blend up some low protein treats or boiled chicken and top it off. The only thing I wish is for a velcro to seal the package off to keep it fresh. I have to pour it in an old food bag that has one, which is kind of annoying because it spills all over the floor while trying to poor it in the other. Please update your bag to keep it fresh! Otherwise, I’m super happy that my dogs eat it and its healthy. I’m now on autoship.
Quality dog food and not too expensive. We have two miniature Yorkies that are part of our family, we always want to do and buy the best we can for them. They both eat this food very well and it doesn’t bother their little tummies, highly recommend.
Good. Great food but way too expensive
Dog loves the food, I mix it with another brand. Great quality food and my dog loves it, but it makes her gassy, so I mix it with Purina Pro Plan. Still a little gassy, but not like when I only gave her the product.
