Assembly is a nightmare. Can’t review the product itself yet because still have not finished assembly. Assembly is a nightmare. Instruction manual that came with it was filled with mistakes, (mislabled parts, mislabeled hardware, horrible diagrams etc.) I know there were mistakes bc I went online to see if I had the right manual and downloaded a newer one that had fixed a few of the mistakes (but not nearly all). None of the parts are labelled so it’s a guessing game to match up parts and hardware to their pictures. And of course the accompanying hardware doesn’t match up to the require hardware. It was short a bunch of bolts, nuts and washers. Had to go get them on my own. And you won’t know it until you are underway bc the listed inventory matched what was included but the instructions require more hardware than the inventory. I hope the machine works well bc the assembly effort might not be worth it. If you’ve never assembled one of these machines before make sure you have a day or 2 and a lot of patience to invest. Would love an instruction video of someone assembling this.

Poor quality. The product is not very dimensionally correct c is off-center from the overhead handles. Also the two upright frame pieces are not parallel with each other very annoying I would send it back but I don’t feel like going through all the aggravation. Will never buy another product from Best fitness
